‘민주주의법학연구회 2020 선언문’ 검토: ‘민주주의 법학’의 정향 정련을 위하여 = Revisiting the ‘2020 Declaration of the Democratic Legal Studies Association’: for a refined orientation of the ‘democratic legal studies’

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This article suggests some reconsidered opinion for a more favorable re-orientation of the ‘democratic legal studies’ in South Korea, after reviewing the ‘2020 Declaration of the Democratic Legal Studies Association’ in comparison with the ‘Inaugural Declaration of the Democratic Legal Studies Association’. The gist of the opinion is that it seems to be necessary to refine the perspectives on ‘capitalism’, on ‘capitalist legal studies’, on ‘Marxist-oriented viewpoints’, and on the ‘independent reunification of the two Koreas’; to take issue with the ‘feudal’ elements remaining in South Korean society and with the treatment of people from abroad and ‘overseas Koreans’; and to adjust and rearrange the weight and order of proclaiming ‘ecologism’, ‘humanism’, and ‘popular partisanship’.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

‘민주주의법학연구회 2020 선언문’을 ‘민주주의법학연구회 발족선언문’과 견주어가며 검토한 다음 거기서 고쳐 바꾸거나 거기에 보태어 채울 만한 점들을 제시한다. 그 요지는 ‘자본주의’나 ‘자본주의 법학’ 및 ‘마르크스주의적 관점’과 ‘자주적 통일’에 대한 관점을 바꾸어 더 다듬으면 좋겠다는 것과, 남한 사회에 잔존하는 ‘봉건적’ 요소들 및 외국 출신 사람들과 ‘재외동포’ 처우도 문제로 삼으면 좋겠다는 것, 그리고 ‘생태주의’와 ‘인도주의’ 및 ‘민중적 당파성’ 표명의 의미와 경중 판단 및 차례 배치를 다시 가다듬으면 좋겠다는 것이다.
