Paget's disease is a common skeletal disorder affecting middle and later age groups in Western countries, but extremely rare in Asia and Africa.
It is characterized pathologically by the simultaneous or alternative phases of abnormal bone resorption and regeneration, and radiographically by the irregular bony fragments with thickened and disorganized trabeculr (mosaic) pattern.
Authors experienced a case of polyostotic Paget's disease involving skull, humerus, scapula, rib, spine, pelvis, fermur and tibia with a pathologic fracture in th proximal femur.
