        단순 추정량을 이용한 악성코드의 탐지척도 선정

        네트워크 내의 다양한 악성코드는 변종들이 빠르게 생성되고 그 행위는 점차 지능화되어 피해도 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 효과적인 악성코드 탐지를 위해 탐지규칙 생성에 효과적인 척도선정 방법을 제안한다. 실험에 헤더 정보만을 활용함으로써 페이로드 데이터를 검사하는 과부하를 최소화 하였고, 패킷의 단순한 정보가 아닌 네트워크 연결정보인 다양한 척도를 사용하여 악성코드의 특징 파악을 용이하게 한다. 실험에 사용된 80개의 연결정보 중 유용한 탐지척도를 선정하기 위해 히스토그램 방법을 이용해 확률 분포를 구하고, 단순 추정량에 적용한 후, 상대 복잡도를 이용한다. 단순 추정량 방법은 기존 방법인 히스토그램 방법의 단점인 임의로 나눈 경계 부근의 값에 대한 오분류를 해결하고, 악성코드 탐지에 유용한 척도의 선택을 유도한다. 선정된 척도를 바탕으로 탐지규칙을 생성하고, 탐지실험을 하여, 그 결과를 기존 방법과 비교평가함으로써 제안하는 기법이 유용함을 보인다. The various mutations of the malicious codes are fast generated on the network. Also the behaviors of them become intelligent and the damage becomes larger step by step. In this paper, we suggest the method to select the useful measures for the detection of the codes. The method has the advantage of shortening the detection time by using header data without payloads and uses connection data that are composed of TCP/IP packets, and much information of each connection makes use of the measures. A naive estimator is applied to the probability distribution that are calculated by the histogram estimator to select the specific measures among 80 measures for the useful detection. The useful measures are then selected by using relative entropy. This method solves the problem that is to misclassify the measure values. We present the usefulness of the proposed method through the result of the detection experiment using the detection patterns based on the selected measures.

      • 통계적 척도 선택 방법에 따른 네트워크 침입 분류의 성능 비교

        네트워크 기술의 발달에 따른 서비스의 증가는 네트워크 트래픽과 함께 취약점도 증대하여 이를 악용하는 행위도 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 네트워크 침입탐지 시스템은 증가하는 트래픽의 양을 처리할 수 있어야 하며, 악의적인 행동을 효과적으로 탐지 할 수 있어야 한다. 증가하는 트래픽을 효과적으로 처리하고 탐지의 정확성을 높이기 위해 처리 데이터를 감소시키는 기술이 요구된다. 이러한 방법들은 크게 데이터 필터링, 척도 선택, 데이터 클러스터링의 영역으로 구분되며, 본 논문에서는 척도 선택의 방법으로 데이터 처리의 감소 및 효과적 침입탐지를 수행할 수 있음을 보이고자 한다. 실험 데이터는 KDDCUP 99 데이터 셋을 이용하였으며, 통계적 척도선택의 방법으로 분류율, 오탐율, 거리값, 규칙, 선택된 척도 등을 제시함으로써 침입 탐지 시 데이터 처리량이 감소하였고, 분류율은 증가, 오탐율은 감소하여 침입 탐지 정확성이 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한 본 논문에서 제시한 방법이 다른 관련연구에서 제시한 선택 척도보다 높은 정확성을 보임으로 써 보다 유용함을 증명할 수 있었다.

        This study was carried out to examinate the drainage effects of the shallow horizontal typed underdrain which can drain off excess water quickly in rainy wet season for produce ginseng crops stably in the paddy. Measured soil moisture data during 4 hours of rainfall (a total of 36mm rainfall) were 27.9kPa, 82.6kPa, 66.0kPa, and 47.5kPa in the control(untreated) plot and treated plots where underdrains were installed with 3m, 5m, and 7m intervals. Accordingly, soil moisture contents in a treated plot were lower than ones in a control plot. An average value of the ground water level in a control plot was -5.1㎝, while average values of the ground water levels in a treated plot where underdrains were installed with 3m, 5m, and 7m intervals were -51.0㎝, -37.9㎝ and -35.9㎝, respectively. In addition, the ground water level in a treated plot was 36.5㎝ lower than the one in a control plot.

        This study was carried out to select a suitable improver for underdrain to stably produce crops in a paddy area. Talk, small pumice stone, heated clay, coating chaff and chaff were considered based on unit price, specific gravity and availability. In this study, a total of 19 improvers were selected and compared to choose the best improver for an underdrain. The findings in this study are: 1) a change of soil moisture after rainfall showed that Talk was superior to de-water from soil; and 2) the lowest average ground water level was observed from an underdrain filling up with heated clay, followed by small pumice stone, Talk, coating chaff and chaff. This indicates that the performance of coating chaff was superior and its economic efficiency and drainage effect.

        LiCl 용융염에서 전해환원법을 통한 La0.5Nd0.5Ni5 합금 제조

        LiCl 용융염에서 희토류 금속을 포함한 Nd2O3-La2O3-NiO 복합산화물의 전해환원을 통한 La0.5Nd0.5Ni5 합금제조에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. Nd2O3-La2O3-NiO 복합산화물은 1100 oC에서 소결시에 NiNd2O4 (스피넬)과 LaNiO3 (페로브스카이트) 구조가 생성되었다. 스피넬 및 페로브스카이트 구조는 복합산화물의 전해환원 반응속도를 증가시켰다. LiCl용융염에서 전해환원 반응 동안 Nd2O3-La2O3-NiO 복합산화물은 Ni, NiLa2O4 등의 다양한 중간생성물을 거쳐La0.5Nd0.5Ni5 합금으로 환원됨을 확인할 수 있었다. XRD 분석결과를 통해 최종 생성물인 La0.5Nd0.5Ni5의 생성 메카니즘을 제시하였다. The electrochemical behavior of Nd2O3-La2O3-NiO mixed oxide including rare earth resources has been studied to synthesize La0.5Nd0.5Ni5 alloy in a LiCl molten salt. The Nd2O3-La2O3-NiO mixed oxide was converted to NiNd2O4 (spinel) and LaNiO3 (perovskite) structures at a sintering temperature of 1100 oC. The spinel and perovskite structures led a speed-up in the electrolytic reduction of the mixed oxide. Various reaction intermediates such as Ni, NiLa2O4 were observed during the electrochemical reduction by XRD analysis. A possible reaction route to La0.5Nd0.5Ni5 in the LiCl molten salt was proposed based on the analysis result.

        Drug resistance of bladder cancer cells through activation of ABCG2 by FOXM1

        Recurrence is a serious problem in patients with bladder cancer. The hypothesis for recurrence was that the proliferation of drug-resistant cells was reported, and this study focused on drug resistance due to drug efflux. Previous studies have identified FOXM1 as the key gene for recurrence. We found that FOXM1 inhibition decreased drug efflux activity and increased sensitivity to Doxorubicin. Therefore, we examined whether the expression of ABC transporter gene related to drug efflux is regulated by FOXM1. As a result, ABCG2, one of the genes involved in drug efflux, has been identified as a new target for FOXM1. We also demonstrated direct transcriptional regulation of ABCG2 by FOXM1 using ChIP assay. Consequently, in the presence of the drug, FOXM1 is proposed to directly activate ABCG2 to increase the drug efflux activation and drug resistance, thereby involving chemoresistance of bladder cancer cells. Therefore, we suggest that FOXM1 and ABCG2 may be useful targets and important parameters in the treatment of bladder cancer. [BMB Reports 2018; 51(2): 98-103]

        터널 단면적 변화를 고려한 각부보강 영향성 평가

        단층 등 취약지반 조건에서의 터널굴착 시 터널천단 및 측벽변위의 억제를 목적으로 하는 각부보강공이 일반적으로 적용되고 있으며, 터널 단면증가 변화율에 따른 각부보강공 설치각도 및 길이를 고려한 지보안전성 확인을 위한 주요 인자로서 내공변위 · 천단침하 · 각부침하 · 각부축력 등의 여러 응력변위 특성 변수들이 있다. 이러한 굴착중 안전성확인을 위한 변수들에 대한 검토 결과, 우각부 침하영향성이 단면증가율 보다 더 큰 변위경향을 보이는 가장 중요한 중점관리 지배요소로 분석되었으며, 터널단면 증가변화율에 대한 각 보강공 길이별 축력의 변화관점에서는 큰 연관성을 보여주지 못하는 터널단면 증가율 대비 작은 증가율을 나타냈다. 또한, 각부 보강공 축력의 발생경향은 터널 단면증가율보다 보강공 마찰지지 개념 메커니즘에 따른 거동 영향성을 보여주는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과, 일정한 길이의 각부 보강공이 선정될 경우 지반불량 구간에서의 터널 단면이 다소 대단면화하여도 무리하게 각부보강공의 길이를 연장시키지 않는 것이 시공성 및 경제성을 고려한 보다 더 합리적인 방법으로 판단된다. In case of excavation of the tunnel under weak ground conditions, such as fault zone, leg pile reinforcement with the purpose of suppressing tunnel crown settlement and side wall displacement is commonly applied. There are convergence, crown settlement, leg settlement, and the axial force of leg as a main factor for confirming the safety of support considering the installation angle and length of leg pile reinforcement according to the increase in rate of change of tunnel cross-section. In particular, the influence of right corner settlement, among variables for safety confirmation during excavation, has been analyzed as the dominant factor in the most important priority management showing larger displacement tendency than the increase in rate of the cross-section. And, it was analyzed that the occurrence tendency of axial force on leg pile reinforcement showed the influence of behavior according to the friction support concept mechanism of the pile reinforcement rather than the increase in rate of tunnel cross-section, as it showed a small increase compared to the increase rate of the tunnel cross-section which did not show a great correlation from the viewpoint of the change of the axial force by the length of each leg pile reinforcement with regards to the change in rate of increase in tunnel cross-section. If a certain length of the leg pile reinforcement is selected based on the above grounds, even if the cross-section of the tunnel in poor ground condition is somewhat larger, it has been proved to be a more reasonable method considering the workability and economical efficiency by not extending the length of the leg pile reinforcement by force.

        AB-슬라이드를 이용한 월슬라이드 운동이 앞톱니근과 위등세모근의 근활성도에 미치는 영향

        Background It is known that a wall slide exercise is required to strengthen the serratus anterior. However, overactivation of the upper trapezius during wall slide exercise reduces serratus anterior mus-cle activation. Currently, methods to strengthen the serratus anterior muscle during wall slide exercise are being studied. However, there is no study that wall slide exercise using AB-SLIDE the affects upper trapezius and serratus anterior muscle. Objectives The purpose of this study is to compare the upper trapezius and serratus anterior muscle activity between general wall slide exercise and wall slide exercise using AB-SLIDE. Methods A total of 15 healthy male volunteers were recruited for this study. With and without AB-SLIDE, muscle activity of the upper trapezius and serratus anterior was compared during the wall slide exercise. The electromyographic data of the upper trapezius and serratus anterior was measured using 4D-MT, 2EM. The difference between general wall slide and wall slide using AB-SLIDE was ana-lyzed using the paired t-test with p < 0.05 as a significant level. Results Compared to the general wall slide exercise the upper trapezius muscle activation was sig-nificantly decreased when wall slide exercise using AB-SLIDE(p < 0.05). Also, serratus anterior muscle activation was significantly increased when wall slide exercise using AB-SLIDE (p < 0.05). Conclusions In this study, compared to general wall slide exercise, the upper trapezius muscle activity was significantly decreased and serratus anterior muscle activity significantly increased when using AB-SLIDE. The result of this study can confirm the wall slide exercise using AB-SLIDE will be a useful way to increase the muscle activity of the serratus anterior.
