The air suction filter of the power plant decrease the dust and impurities of suction air that reduce the life and efficiency of the boiler. The suction efficiency of the air filter falls with the dust and impurities when the time of use comes to be long. Therefore, the various contaminant of the filter must remove periodically. This paper presents a developed quick exhaust valve to use in the thermo-electric power plant. to removing contaminants on the filter, the blowing is done shortly by air pressure. The Air flowed out to the out side from the inside of the filter. The performance test of the developed valve is done by making a test-bench according to JIS and KS standards. The efficiency is found higher than the existing related valve.

Recently, environmental problem issued widely so the EV technology and HEV technology have taken the limelight. EV and HEV reduce the exhaust gas and environmental pollution material. Because driven motor or engine and motor. So EV and HEV are good for environment pollution. But car air conditioner still use R-134A refrigerant. R-134A refrigerant air conditioner is low efficiency and not good for environment. Because low efficiency and not good for environment, many researcher study CO2 air conditioner. CO2 air conditioner is kind of heat pump system and operate cooling and heating using only one system. The cooling and the heating depend on the refrigerant direction. In this paper describe the design and manufacturing of performance tester for CO2 air conditioner direction switching valve.

Port size 80mm or above large-flow type solenoid valves are extensively used in dust collector and power plants. These multi-stage solenoid valve have few problem. first, multi-solenoid valves are almost depend on imports and there are weak in the brine environment and the low energy efficiency. Because these problem, increased the necessity of research on the development of large flow and high pressure type solenoid valves. In this study, describe the design method of multi-stage solenoid test bench and confirm the influence valve performance on several parameter such as diaphragm orifice diameter. At first, each part has modeled by AMESim simulation tool and combining them. This AMESim virtual multi-stage solenoid valve found influence valve performance on the valve parameter. Finally developed the multi-stage solenoid valve and verified that performance on experimental result.

Port size 80mm or above large-flow type solenoid valves are extensively used in dust collector and power plants, steel mills and industrial water need where little power in used to control the large flow and high pressure; multi-stage diaphragm type solenoid valves are used. These multi-stage solenoid valves that rely on imports and are weak in the brine environment and the low energy efficiency are the main shortcomings of the present solenoid valves. Also, the necessity of research on the development of large flow and high pressure type solenoid valves is gradually increasing. In this study, a large flow multi-stage solenoid valve has been designed and developed by configuring the orifice, diaphragm and solenoid. At first each part has modeled and by combining them a virtual multi-stage solenoid valve has developed and finally the following results have derived from the simulation results of the developed model.

Solenoid valve has used in various industrial field extensively. A solenoid valve has different size, shape and method of operation accordantly to industrial field. Many researchers study on kinds of solenoid valve such as flow rate, dynamic, magnetic field, valve shape and operating method. But the flow rate characteristic and dynamic response time performance on the diaphragm valve are not studied. This paper describes the flow rate characteristic and dynamic response time performance on the diaphragm valve. At first, the diaphragm valve is simulated in AMESim simulation tool. AMESim model found that an effect of valve performance depends on parameter. The parameter is the diaphragm orifice area. And the performance test bench confirms the effect in this parameter. Finally, it finds out the flow rate characteristic and dynamic response time performance on the diaphragm valve.

The solenoid valve is basic part of industry and used widely. Especially the solenoid valve used on pneumatic system. Port size more than 80mm from the pneumatic system products used precipitator system and generator system and any heavy industrial system. That means some place of need much industrial water and need high pressurt control with little power. So they use multi-stage solenoid valve. This paper describe mention of valve simulation with AMESim and 3D modelling for development of multi-stage solenoid valve and character of valve performance based on orifice diameter of valve diaphragm.

The use of unmanned rotorcraft industry has wider ranges: Aerial photography, forest fire monitoring, disaster prevention and coast guard vessels, pest control in agriculture, weather data collection and research institutes etc. Therefore, unmanned rotorcraft industry is also increasing demand. In this paper, the applicability of CVT which use in Coaxial reversal of the power transmission system was examined in the unmanned rotorcraft. First of all, experimental was constructed by using the existing CVT Transmission. And it is described to investigate for applying to CVT based on the results of the experiment.

In this study, a wire/wireless communication system transmitting the operation data of engine from the ER (Engine Room) to the engine controller of ECR(Engine Control Room) has been developed through the communication of ISM(Industrial Science Medical) Band for the test operation environment improvement of medium speed engine. This wire/wireless communication system is composed of the RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) gathering and transmitting engine data as well as the MCU (Master Control Unit) receiving engine status information from the RTU to be sent to the engine controller (PLC). Through this study, a trial product of RTU and MCU has been manufactured. A test bench that has made temperature, pressure and pick-up sensor into a module for the local test of prototype was produced a test bench. In addition, at the same time save the data to a Web server and the smart phone real-time monitoring system has been developed using Wi-Fi communications. The ultimate objective of this study is to develop a wireless smart phone monitoring system of engine for the operator of engine to be able to monitor and control engine status even from the outside of engine room and control room based on this study.
