외장 단열 마감 패널재의 실링 접합부 형태에 따른 성능 평가 연구

For energy savings in buildings, the external insulation method is recommended for ensuring the adiabatic performance. In using an external panel, there are a lot of researchs on the performance of external insulation panel itself, but there is not many researchs on the joint of panels. So, for this study, four kinds of joints as basic liner type joint, type shaped ‘T’joint(improved liner type), type shaped ‘ㅗ’joint with EPDM, and type shaped ‘I’joint were selected for assesment of panel joint. Test methods of four kinds of absorptiveness, permeability, fatigue resistance and tensile performance were quoted from the Korean Industrial Standards(KS). By analyzing the experimental results, it was observed that improved type procured better performance than basic type in common use and all types effected on performance by analyzing the experimental results.

In this study, to confirm the performance of gel type urethane (hereinafter referred to as urethane gel) developed for the purpose of securing waterproof stability after application by increasing compatibility with asphalt mastic film material, general urethane coating material and adhesion. As a result, gel type urethane showed “all right” in fatigue resistance test.
식물뿌리의 생장특성을 고려한 패널형 방수공법의 조인트부 방근설계에 관한 실험적 연구

In this study, the growth diagnosis of root is analyzed through plant's auxanology point of view, and the inductive root barrier ability of panel type waterproofing method which is designed to deal with it, is confirmed positively through long term(2 years) mock-up test. Moreover, basic ideas for inductive root barrier design in joint is presented through this study. The experiment result for the root barrier of sealed A-type during 24 months, there were no damages found on the waterproofing layer. -urethane sealing material was used to apply for waterproofing of joint- for roots. As the result, it was confirmed that it is possible to maintain the root barrier of method through applying inductive root barrier design such as the installation of decreasing space of bearing power which considers the growth diagnosis of root, even if the root barrier was not secured.
건축물 옥상 녹화 시공에 의한 방수 및 방근층 안전성 확보를 위한 제도적 대책 마련에 관한 연구

The green roof industry have been developed with Europe, North America, Japan. At the same time, being recognized the important of green roofs in domestic industry and we just start to develop the relative technology as analyzing the future direction of advanced technology. Recently, local self-government including Seoul support the system for green roof which provide 50% of working expenses form of Matching Fund by Seed Money. As years go by, the number of build up the green roof has gradually increased to be proved. At this result caused by management of system in government, unstructured construction system, low development of support technology. In this study as analyzing the present of technical development, supporting by law and system for the advanced waterproofing and root penetration resistance technology, we suggest the development direction of it to be compared with application advanced technology and we could strengthen the international competitiveness to be industrialized the green roof considering system, technology, human infrastructure.
자기수평 모르타르의 재료분리저감을 위한 고성능 유동화제와 증점제의 최적 조성비에 관한 실험적 연구

Superplaticizers and thickners are additives used to control the balance between the fluidity and the stability of self-leveling mortars. This experimental study is intended to find out the optimal ratio of these two additives which minimizes the segregation of the self-leveling mortar during its application, while maintaining the sufficient level of fluidity at the same time. Naphthalene, melamine and polycarbonate-based superplasticizers were tested along with the following choice of thickners: Polysaccharide (PS) and hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC). As a result, the most effective composition of self-leveling mortar turned out to be 0.519% polycarbonate-based superplaticizer with 0.002587% of PS and 0.155844% of HEC in the ratio by the weight of the inorganic binders. This composition not only enhanced the mortar stability without loss of its high-fluidity, but was able to prevent the segregation of material completely.
