        As That people need to feel relaxation and beauty without inconvenience is necessary because of the importance of the scenery. The city is consisted of all of elements, colors, locations and so on. The city will be recognized by the possibility of the objects that are all physical environments. If I say it in detail, its meaning is very wide and general because the whole city comes from contractual space such as living, commercial area that are two dimensions, for example, public signs that are things hung on the wall to advertise. Therefore, to make more beautiful and exciting scenery of our city, we are looking for the ideal items to come up with the problems such as the difficulty in how to succeed for the architects planning that are excluded the concerning of the natural view. And it is the most important things to prepare the variety of solutions for the afflictions of the architects dreams because most architects usually miss the significances of the scenery. After advanced countries have understood the morphologic planning of the city long time ago, they have built up various systems about the basic planning, regulations, guidelines, and awards of design for scenery. The systems have allowed people to live in beautiful and good scenery of the city. The scenery is very important that for making a good city the urban culture is one of the necessary things. In the case of Korea, the government of Korea has began to start some departments for planning and organizing of scenery like PUD and tried to settle for the new plans, but the quality of DUP is lower than that of the advanced countries. This project for the problem will offer some foundations to our society. It has been researched on how to make a beautiful and convenient city. The research and survey are based on the answers of the scenery experts and public officers who have done their best at work to make people happy and content with living in their city. The foundations will give the architects more chances to show the best direction for the planning of scenery and the good management of administration.

        제한적 탐색 범위를 갖는 저 복잡도 그래프 신호 샘플링 알고리즘

        그래프상에서 샘플링된 신호로부터 원신호를 복원하기 위한 저 복잡도를 갖는 샘플링 기술에 대해 연구하였다. 기존의 샘플링 기술에서 사용되는 탐욕 알고리즘은 매 단계마다 비용함수 (예를들어, 복원오차)가 최소가 되는 한 개의 노드를 선택하기 위해, 현 단계에서 남아있는 모든 노드들에 대해 비용함수를 계산하게 된다. 이는 샘플링 알고리즘의 복잡도를 높이는 주요 원인이 되며, 이를 해결하기 위해 매 단계 제한적 탐색 범위내에서 최적의 노드를 찾는 저 복잡도 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 탐색 범위를 결정하기 위해 이전 단계에서 계산된 비용함수를 활용하여 다음 단계에서 선택될 가능성이 높은 노드들로 탐색 범위를 제한하고, 또한 비용함수가 계산되는 업데이트 간격을 조정하여 복원성능 저하 없이 고속 샘플링 작업을 수행하게 된다. 다양한 그래프상에서 실험을 통해 기존 샘플링 기술 대비 복원성능을 유지하면서 약 1.5배 이상 빠른 실행시간을 보임을 확인하였다. We study graph sampling methods that seek to reconstruct original graph signals from sampled signals. Greedy approach that previous methods typically adopt computes the cost function (e.g., reconstruction error) for all remaining nodes at each step to find the node that minimizes the cost function. Noting that this computation causes a huge cost, we propose a low-complexity sampling process which computes the cost function for the nodes in a limited search range which is constructed by collecting the nodes with low values of the cost function since those are likely to be selected at the next step. Further, to achieve a complexity reduction for the proposed method, the search range is updated in the fixed interval which is experimentally determined in order to maintain reconstruction performance. We investigate the performance of the proposed algorithm in comparison with the previous methods for various graphs, demonstrating about 1.5 times faster execution time without degradation of reconstruction performance.

        아파트 자전거 주차장 이용실태에 관한 조사 연구 - 광주광역시 자전거 주차장 설치 아파트를 대상으로 -

        The purpose of this study was to examine the current status of the use of bike parking lots in apartment complexes located in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The results were as follows. While common respondents answered the use of a bike for leisure or health, relatively few respondents answered a means of transportation such as going to school or work. It suggests that systematic plans to expand the range of using a bike should be made such as the connection of an apartment complex with a bike road. The common places to keep bikes were the entrance, the inside of the house, or stairs rather than bike parking lots because of safety problems such as theft or damage. In this regard, it is necessary to prepare clear regulation guidances to complement the safety problems of bike parking lots such as CCTV installation in the parking lots or compulsory installation of night lighting. Based on the findings, the methods to improve a bike parking lot should consider safety solutions and the complement of locations or keeping types. To activate the use of a bike, it is necessary to improve facilities to help residents’ use of bike parking lots and expand their size in the future and examine the design of bike racks.

        A novel approach to design of local quantizers for distributed estimation

        In distributed estimation where each node can collect only partial information on the parameter of interest without communication between nodes and quantize it before transmission to a fusion node which conducts estimation of the parameter, we consider a novel quantization technique employed at local nodes. It should be noted that the performance can be greatly improved if each node can transmit its measurement to one designated node (namely, head node) which can quantize its estimate using the total rate available in the system. For this case, the best strategy at the head node would be simply to partition the parameter space using the generalized Lloyd algorithm, producing the global codewords, one of which is closest to the estimate is transmitted to a fusion node. In this paper, we propose an iterative design algorithm that seeks to efficiently assign the codewords into each of quantization partitions at nodes so as to achieve the performance close to that of the system with the head node. We show through extensive experiments that the proposed algorithm offers a performance improvement in rate-distortion perspective as compared with previous novel techniques

        도시경관에 대한 주민의식 변화 연구 - 전라남도 영암군을 대상으로 -

        In this study, we investigated and analyzed changes about the landscape consciousness of Yeongam-gun residents, in chronological order. As a result, the landscape consciousness of 10 years ago and the present has not changed significantly. Also, the residents' consciousness of the Yeongam-gun landscape image has not changed from 10 years ago, and we recognize that it is necessary to preserve and form the natural landscape. As for the problem of urban landscape, the needs of residents for the development of urban infrastructure facilities and the development of tourist spots are higher than 10 years ago, and the problem of each landscape element is found as the formation and management of a road environment. It was found that the degree of satisfaction with the Yeongam landscape is generally below average, compared to 10 years ago. Residents' willingness to participate in landscape projects has changed as the number of respondents who do not want to participate has increased compared to 10 years ago, and the project method must be promoted by residents / administration / experts as one. The awareness is judged as administrative agencies need to change from the role of regulation-oriented in the past to the role of resident support and cooperation.
