웹 기반 인지기능 훈련 프로그램의 개발과 효과성 검증

This study aimed to examine the effect of web-based online cognitive training programs, the Cognitive Control Training program (CCT-Program), using cognitive measurement programs, Cognitive Control Task (CCT), by overcoming limitations of existing tools. For this purpose, elementary and middle school students participated in the current study and they were administrated CCT-Program for 8 weeks, and CCTs as pre- and post-tests to identify training effects. Participants were divided into lower- and higher-groups based on their accuracy in the pre-test and were classified into experimental- and control-groups according to their levels of involvement in training. Results showed that the lower-experimental group showed the highest enhancement in verbal and visuospatial 2-back tasks in the post-test. This study suggests applicability of CCT and CCT-Program in various research fields.

다이나믹 증폭기를 이용한 오프셋 보정 비교기

본 논문에서는 기존의 아날로그 증폭기를 사용한 입력/출력 오프셋 저장 비교기가 아닌 다이나믹 증폭기를 사용하여 저전력 고효율의 특성을 갖는 오프셋 보정 비교기에 대한 연구를 소개한다. 다이나믹 증폭기를 사용한 오프셋 보정 비교기는 디지털 오프셋 보정 기법과 달리 사전 캘리브레이션이 필요 없으며, 기존 아날로그 오프셋 보정보다 전력을 적게 사용하는 장점이 있다. 28nm CMOS 공정을 이용하여 다이나믹 증폭기를 이용한 오프셋 보정 비교기를 설계하였고, 제안하는 회로의 오프셋 표준편차는 σ=10.6 [mV]인 반면 기존 비교기 회로의 오프셋 표준편차는 σ=15.1[mV]로 면적과 전력 효율 측면에서 모두 우수함을 몬테-카를로 시뮬레이션을 통하여 확인하였다.

DowID Coreplex 20 STR 개발키트의 유효성 검증 및 한국인의 집단유전학적 분석

본 연구에서는 상용화된 제품의 18종 STR 마커를 포함하고, 2종 STR 마커(D6S1043, D8S1477)를추가하여, 총 20종의 STR 마커를 동시에 증폭이 가능한 DowID coreplex 20 STR 키트를 개발하였다. 본개발 키트를 사용하여 서로 혈연관계가 아닌 한국인 651명을 분석하여 검증한 결과, PIC 값은 평균 0.77, PD 값은 평균 0.92로 나타났으며, 이중 Penta E와 D6S1043의 PD 값은 각각 0.99와 0.97로 매우 높은 식별력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 개체간 유전자형이 일치할 확률을 나타내는 값인 PM 값은 2×10−23로나타남을 확인할 수 있었다. SWGDAM의 “Validation Guidelines for DNA Analysis Methods (2012)” 기준 및 KOLAS 국제공인시험 규격(DOW-LQI-11:2017)으로 인정된 시험법에 따라 개발 키트를 검증한 결과, 국제 기준 내에서 매우 정확하게 식별되며 민감도가 높음을 입증하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 반응 억제제 검증에서도 Humic acid 37.5 ng/μL까지는 모든 유전자형이 검출되는 것으로 확인되어, 개인식별 및 친자확인 검사에 대체 키트로 사용됨은 물론 범죄사건의 미량 DNA 시료 분석에도 활용이 기대된다.

The Impact of Intercultural Communication Competence (ICC) Instruction on Korean Students’ Motivation and Attitudes

This present study aims to investigate the impact of explicit instruction designed to improve intercultural communication competence (ICC) focusing on practice as well as theories on the motivation and attitudes of Korean students at tertiary levels. A total of 52 university students who are majoring in English Language and Culture participated in the Attitudes and Motivation Test Battery (AMTB) questionnaire. The pretest results indicated that the students held relatively positive attitudes toward English and English speaking cultures while they did not have high motivation for the study English as L2. Despite an unsatisfactory outcome for enhancing their overall motivation, the comparison of the pre- and posttest data showed that the implementation of the ICC curriculum increased the students’ integrative motivation as well as had a positive impact on their overall attitudes toward English and English speaking cultures. As pedagogical implications, ICC instruction which integrates cultural theories with practices and its curricular modification for enhancing students’ motivation considering contextual factors is suggested.

原三國時代 住居址 築造過程과 相對編年 수립을 위한 기초적 연구- 南楊州 長峴遺蹟 사례를 중심으로 -

최근 경기 북동부지역에서 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 문화재 조사는 북한강과 그 지천변이 주거용 단지로 선호됨에서 기인한다. 이 지역이 현대인 뿐 아니라 고대인들에게도 삶의 터전으로 이용되었음이 최근의 발굴조사를 통해 밝혀지고 있다. 주거지는 당시를 살아가던 사람들이 자연환경을 어떻게 이용하였는가를 보여주는 지표이며, 고대인의 생활과 관련된 흔적이 녹아있는 고고학 자료의 집합체라 할 수 있다. 본고는 남양주 장현유적을 조사하면서 느낀 필자들의 고민을 기술한 것이다. 우선, 원삼국시대 주거지 발굴 과정에서 확인된 내용을 중심으로 당시 가옥 구조를 복원하고, 이를 바탕으로 주거지 축조 공정이 어떠하였는가를 살펴보았다. 다음으로 유적 내에 중복 조영된 주거지의 선후 관계를 통해 내․외부 시설이 어떠한 방향으로 변화였는지 확인하고자 하였다. 그 결과 평면 형태는 육각형의 비율이 높아지는 방향으로 변화하였으며, 출입시설은 계단식에서 경사식으로 변화하였을 가능성을 확인하였다. 구들시설은 ‘ㄱ’자형에서 ‘一’자형으로 변화되고 있으며, 노지는 대체로 이른 시기의 주거지에 축조되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 장현유적의 상대편년이 원삼국시대 일반적인 변화와 일치하지는 않으며, 단지 유적내의 상대서열임을 확인하였다. 장현유적에서 기후 변화와 밀접하게 관련된 구들의 형태와 위치 변화라는 속성이 시간의 흐름에 따라 단계를 분기할 수 있는 유효한 편년 기준이 되며, 이를 바탕으로 장현유적에는 5단계에 걸쳐 마을이 형성되었음을 살펴보았다. The research of cultural assets, which is actively being carried out in the northeastern area of Gyeonggi-do, is attributed to the fact that people prefer to build housing complexes around the Bukhan River and its tributaries. Excavation has revealed that this area was also used for settlements by ancient communities. Settlements reflect how people used the natural environment, as well as being an aggregate of archeological materials containing traces of past lives. This paper is based on certain observations made by the author during the excavation of the Janghyun site. Firstly, the reconstruction of dwelling structures is carried out based on evidence recovered through the excavation of houses from the Proto-Three Kingdoms period. Based on this, the process of building houses is also reconstructed.The development of internal and external housing facilities was also examined by identifying the chronological sequence of houses at Janghyun. Research indicates that the floor plan of houses gradually became hexagonal in shape and that the entrance structure changed from the stair type to the slope type. It was also found that the gudul system generally changed from ‘ㄱ’-shaped to ‘一’-shaped structures, and that hearths were used within the earlier houses. This relative chronology identified at the Janghyun site was not consistent with the general changes observed for the Proto-Three Kingdoms period, and is relevant only to Janghyun.Changes in the shape and location of the gudul system, which are closely related to climate change, are useful indicators of temporal change. In the case of Janghyun, it was possible to establish a 5 stage process of settlement development.

코퍼스 활용 어휘 피드백에 따른 고등학교 학습자의 수준별 연어 지식 및 오류 교정 과정에 대한 분석

This study was designed to investigate the effects of corpus-based feedback on the learners’ acquisition of collocation knowledge and their processes of lexical error correction. A total of 40 high school students were divided into experimental and control groups. Both groups took a pre-WAF (Word Association Format) and were divided into higher and lower-level groups according to the results. The students wrote 10 compositions in total, using 3 verbs and 6 nouns that are collocated or not collocated with those verbs in each composition. After each writing session for a period of five weeks, the experimental group students were required to correct their verb+noun collocation errors using concordance lines provided in the form of hand-outs, while the control group students were provided with explicit error corrections from their instructor. The results showed that both types of feedback were effective in improvement of WAF test scores and correction of the collocation errors. The processes of using concordance lines for error correction were found to differ according to student level. Lastly, most students generally agreed on the usefulness of corpus-based feedback for error correction, while some of them pointed out difficulty due to their insufficient knowledge of words and grammar.
