통신망을 이용한 재난 예측 시스템 구현 ― 건물 안전 위기 및 유지 관리를 중심으로 한세대학교 대학원 IT융합학과 IT융합전공 박사 과정 김종열 우리나라는 1980년대 이후 건축 기술의 발전과 도시 지역 개발 등으로 도시 건물이 한층 고층화되고 스마트화되었다. 그러나 기간 시설의 확충과 물량 위주의 사업에 주안점을 둔 결과, 부실시공이 늘어났으며 시설물의 재난 안전 관리를 등한시하여 성수대교, 삼풍백화점 붕괴 사고 등 사회적 재난은 물론 최근 경주‧포항 대지진 등으로 인한 자연 재난으로 수많은 인명 피해와 재산상 손실을 야기하였다. 재난은 예측할 수 없기 때문에, 재난 예방 관리가 필요하다. 2000년도 이전에 대거 건설되어 노후화가 상당히 진행된 중·소 건물을 대상으로 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있는 안전 위기관리 및 유지관리 통제 시스템이 결여되어 있는 상황에서, 본 연구는 사물인터넷(IoT) 무선통신망을 이용한 중·소 건물 재난예측 시스템 구축을 도모하고 그 중요성을 강조하는 데 의의가 있다. 본 연구자는 시설물 중 건축물의 안전과 관련한 연구모델 및 타당성을 찾기 위하여 건설 관련 전문 기술자 500명을 대상으로 예비조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 304명(67%)이 하자 발생 원인으로 건물 부실시공과 건물 점검 소홀을 답하였다. 1차 본 조사(400명 대상)는 설계, 시공, 감리 분야의 부실시공 원인과 대책, 건물 점검과 안전문제에 대한 원인과 대책을 설문 항목에 포함시켰다. 2차 조사(300명 대상)에서는 세 가지 문제점을 가설로 설정하고 이를 검증하기 위하여 크론바흐 알파계수(Cronbach Alpha Coefficient)를 이용, 상관관계를 평가하는 SPSS로 각 항목별 해당 항을 빈도분석과 교차분석으로 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 재난 예측 시스템은 건물 취약 부분에 센서를 부착하고 중장거리 로라 기술과 SKT 망을 이용하여, 스마트폰과 태블릿 PC로 건물 위험 부분의 붕괴 징후를 실시간 모니터링하고 원격으로 제어함으로써 건물 감시, 보안, 방범에 활용할 수 있고, 안전사고에 신속하게 대응하고 피해를 복구할 수 있다. 이와 같은 설계 기반을 구현하면 지방자치단체가 정보 관리 시스템을 구축하여 노후화된 중‧소 시설물을 운영, 관리할 수 있고, 건물주 개인도 안전 대책으로 활용할 수 있으며, 재난으로 인해 발생되는 생명과 재산의 피해를 방지할 수 있다. 따라서 모의실험 및 시뮬레이션으로 도출된 문제 변수를 해결하여 시스템의 상용화와 상품화를 할 수 있도록 앞으로 연구를 지속해나가야 할 필요성이 있다.

While Local autonomy time has been started, It's getting important to ad their cities and develope economy of the city with characters of city. For this following fact, every local self-governing government are looking for the management strategies to seek the way to be a community development. In case of their efforts, they excavate culture assets and hold a local festival to be based on community culture and tourism. Nowadays, tourism firm is growling with elevation of standard of living, family income and leisure and then it supplies the demand of what they want. In every region or cities, they are makeing an effort to supply the demand from the customers that's why there is lots of festival moreover, We need to excavate, preservation and improve what only we have that shows the character of community and city. In Europe, it's the most important that let culture of community be fit with its surrounding and nature to make a tourism policy. According to WTO, they expect that the rate of sightseers in the whole world is going to grow more than 4% so that 1.05 billion people in 2010, 1.6 billion people in 2020 on their estimated number of tourism. Expecially, in east asia there is rapid growth more than 6% because asia has been moving from an area of confrontations to being the premier growth area of the world in Economic, political and cultural exchanges. And there is some kind of newly tourism for feeling or experience the novelty things from ordinary tourism service like before. Moreover, nothing can't classfy the nation to developed country or developing country from now on so all of nations will make an effort to export their culture to other nations and there will be new system of reservation, ad of tourism and many kind of tourism service from the newly ideas of tourism with development of internet. 21c is age of culture and nation for the developed countries. The culture is the origin of happniess and leeway furthermore it's the powerful reason to make a country to be one has competitive power in the world. Competitive of nation is connected with the competitive power or full of vitality of the region directly for sure. So, we need to look for the key to develop both of competitive of nation and development of region with using culture assets and nature assets. Nowadays, people think that every region or cities must have their own charater product or cultural things so they demand the paradigm to each of society. Citizens' concept of lifestyle is being changed therefore any society or region should look for the way to develop both of their lifestyle and its economy. According to it, A local self-governing government think they should effort to study about local development which is caused by local economy revitalization which is followed by the local-festival using their culture assets, nature assets and development of local-inhabitants. For this reason, this study will revitalize local-festival, eliminating the factors that obstruct our development , and then try to find a solution to revitalize our local economy and local-development using the toursist industry

新世代를 訴求對象으로 한 廣告表現에 관한 硏究 : 新聞廣告를 中心으로

The export-driven policies of the Korean government that took place throughout the 1970s and up to the 1980s broughout about external expansion of capitalism and capital accumulation, but these rapid expansions have made it necessary for the companies to find a domestic market for their products. Therefore, from the point of view of the companies, the companies needed to find a group of consumers who will buy their products, and they naturally begin to turn their attentions to the new generation, as these young generation began to emerge as major players in today's changing society. Newspaper advertisements targeting the new generation were selected for this purpose, and the following problems were discovered from this analysis: 1) The thoughts promoting "ME" or "ISM"tended to be variable and geared towards the new generation exclusively. 2) As the new generation prefers feeling to logic, the visual expressions tended to be sensual and emotional. 3) Expressions were borrowed from "Post Modernism" 4) They were dependent on "big" models. 5) Advertisements concentrated on lifestyles. In order to improve and resolve these problems, the following points should be considered. 1) The thoughts of the new generation should not be applied for all young generations, and the target audience should be differenciated. 2) Informational data should accompany the products for purchasing power. 3) The marketing approach should not be limited to the lifestyles of the current new generation, but try to accommodate and understand the new generation flexibly for the future. By doing so, advertisements targeting the new generation will be more effective and the purchasing power, more powerful.

균형조절치료의 처치방법이 요통에 미치는 영향 : 내인성 아편제와 비아편제를 중심으로

This study was about understanding that balance control therapy methods influences on college students' pain decrease who have low back pain, and it was done, focusing on the change between endogenous opiate peptide(β-endorphin) and non-opiate peptides(serotonin, norepinephrine), one of the pain indicators. Subjects of this study were composed of 20 college students with low back pain, and they were divided into two groups: group1 contained 10 students who have complained of lumbar and around the lumbar, and group2 contained 10 students who have sometimes or consistently complained of radiating pain of lower extremity with lumbar. We applied balance control therapy once to all subjects of this study. We compared the curative value with group1 which stimulated 6 treatment points and group2 which stimulated 16 treatment points. The test was measured three times at pretest, 20 minutes posttest and 40 minutes posttest, doing blood sampling. The collected date were analyzed by one-way repeated ANOVA. The results were as follows: 1. β-endorpine As a result of analyzing the change of timed β-endorpine, there was no statistically significant difference within groups and between groups. 2. serotonin; 5-HT As a result of analyzing the change of timed serotonin, there was significant difference within group1(p<.05) and group2(p<.01). However, no statistically significant difference was detected between groups. 3. norepinephrine As a result of analyzing the change of timed norepinephrine, there was no significant difference in group1, whereas there was significant difference in group2(p<.05). However, no statistically significant difference was detected between groups. In conclusion, it was confirmed that balance control therapy has greatly positive effect on the secretion of pain inhibitory substance. However, more subjects of study and studies including long-term treatment period must continue to generalize these results.

한방사료의 투여가 애완견의 간장과 신장의 안전성에 미치는 영향

한글초록:애견에게 한방사료를 투여한 결과 신장기능 및 간장기능에 대한 지표를 나타내는 여러 가지 혈액 화학치의 값이 정상범위로 나타났다. 이는 한방사료의 반복 급여 실험을 한 결과 일정 시간이 지나는 동안에 측정했을 때 한방사료는 신체에 해독작용을 미치지 않으며, 신체에서 어떤 효과를 즉시 발현시키기 보다는 각 장기의 기능 조절을 통해 전체적인 신체 상태를 조화롭게 만드는 효과를 가지고 있었다 영문초록:This study was aiming at assessing safety for liver and kidney in pet dogs administered feed adding oriental herbs. Nine healthy dogs aged 2∼6 years old were assigned into 3 different groups : oriental herb feed, oriental herb feed and oriental medicine, and control. Experimental feed was administered for 30 days and clinical examination was performed everyday during that period. Blood chemistry values were varied a lot in the same individual according to time : before start the experiment, and 15 and 30 days after starting the experiment. Similar trends of changes were observed for individuals in the same group. Some dogs had abnormal values before or 15 days after starting experiments, but the values were between normal ranges after 30 days of experiment. In conclusion, oriental herb feed didn't induce any toxicity in kidney or liver, but the feed seems rather regulate body mechanism to find normal function.Key words : oriental medicine, feed, liver, kidney, toxicity

스마트폰 출시 및 통신사 보조금 전략 시장효과 : Agent-Based Modeling을 활용한 국내 이동통신시장 분석

스마트폰 시장은 지난 약 10년간 이동통신 시장을 빠르게 잠식하여 2016년 기준 국내 보급률이 90%를 넘어서는 등 스마트폰을 중심으로 이동통신 시장이 변화하고 있다. 또한 2010년을 기점으로 국내 이동통신 가입자의 수가 대한민국 인구수를 넘어섬에 따라 국내 이동통신 시장은 포화시장에 가까워지고 있다. 스마트폰 시장 및 이동통신 시장이 포화시장에 가까워지고 있음에도 불구하고 삼성전자, LG전자, 애플뿐만 아니라 화훼이, 샤오미 등 다양한 제조사가 국내에 유입되고 있고 단말기 유통구조 개선법과 같은 정부의 이동통신 시장에 대한 정책으로 인해 시장을 분석하는데 그 복잡성이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 조건 속에서 스마트폰 제조사 및 통신사는 시장에서의 우위를 선점하기 위해 다양한 전략을 시도하고 있으며 이를 분석하기 위한 새로운 방법론의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 30명의 전문가 집단을 대상으로 계층화 분석법을 통해 다섯 가지 스마트폰 특성(제품 브랜드 이미지, CPU 성능 순위, 스마트폰 디자인, 스마트폰 스크린의 크기, 카메라 순위)에 대한 선호도 설문조사를 진행하였다. 인기 또는 선호도가 항상 Zipf 분포를 따른다는 기존 연구에 기초하여 다섯 가지 특성에 대한 Zipf 분포 선택확률 조합이 소비자 지불용의(Willingness to pay)를 결정한다고 가정하였다. 이러한 가정을 토대로 에이전트 기반 국내 이동통신 시장 모델을 설계하고 시뮬레이션 프로그램인 AnyLogic을 활용하여 시뮬레이션하여 스마트폰 및 이동통신 시장에서 다양한 전략에 따른 시장 성과를 관찰하였다. 본 연구에서는 두 가지 연구를 진행하였다. 첫 번째는 스마트폰 시장에서의 출시 전략 변화에 따른 시장 성과를 분석하였으며 두 번째는 전자의 스마트폰 시장에 이동통신 시장을 결합하여 스마트폰을 중심으로 하는 국내 이동통신 시장으로 확장시켰으며 이 모형을 통해 통신사의 전환비용과 보조금 정책 변화에 따른 시장 성과를 분석하였다. 이를 통한 실험 결과는 다음과 같다. ⦁ 스마트폰 시장에서 제조사의 출시 전략 변화는 시장 성과에 중요한 영향이 있음이 발견되었다. 제조사의 최신 제품 출시가 빨라질수록 스마트폰 시장의 시장 점유율이 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 단말기 유통구조 개선법 이후 소비자 제품 구매 의사결정에 각 제품 특성에 대한 소비자 선호도 영향력이 커졌음을 확인할 수 있었다. ⦁ 확장된 국내 이동통신 시장에서 통신사의 교체 비용 및 지원 보조금은 시장 성과에 중요한 영향이 있음을 발견하였다. 또한 단말기 유통구조 개선법 시행 이후 통신사의 변화가 크게 줄어들었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 국내 이동통신 시장을 시뮬레이션 모델로 개발한 본 연구 모델은 통신사 및 제조사의 전략에 따라 시장 점유율의 변화를 관찰하여 시장성과를 수치적으로 평가할 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

요한복음 2:13-22의 時期와 그 救續的 意味에 대한 考察

The event of the cleansing the temple recorded in the Gospel of John 2:13-22 has been a controversial subject for a long time because of its difference in recording and time form that of the synoptic gospels. In the Gospel of John it was written as occuring in the early ministry of jesus and never appeared after that. In the synptic gospels, it was written as occuring in the passion week of His later ministry. According to these facts, many contemporary theologians belive that this event did not occur at two times, but was only one event. Therefore, this study will attempt to solve the problem of time and explain the redemptive meaning of this text. In chapter 2 the chronological time and the patternn of the cleansing of the temple were explored. Chapter 3 addresses the practical and internal meaning of the cleansing the temple in the Gospel of John. The similarities and differences between the two events was studied in chapter 4. Through this study, it has been discovered that these two events are seperate events because of their contextual differences and the eminent diserimination of their contents. It is seen also that, these are not same events by comparison of their prominent chronoiogical differences. By this we understand the redemptive and historical relationship between the two events. In its internal meaning. Jesus' saying is related to His death and resurrection. By these facts. Jesus has desired to reveal Himself, and the true temple worship. This revelation leads to a conversion experience and true worship. This new birth and worship can be brought about only by hte death and resurrection of Jesus.
