        사회침투이론에 근거한 온라인 대인관계의 발달단계에 관한 탐색적 연구

        In contrast to offline-based interpersonal relationships, the development of online-based interpersonal relationships have been somewhat controversial, and researchers still cannot clearly define online-based interpersonal relationships according to any developmental level. For this reason, this research aimed to investigate the developmental process of SNS users’ online-based interpersonal relationships based on the social penetration theory. From October 12, 2012 to January 21, 2013, in-depth interviews were conducted on 10 voluntary research participants who were active in online-based interpersonal relationships with 30 online friends. Phenomenological qualitative research derived from transcribing the interview results in verbatim recording showed that online-based interpersonal relationships could develop in a different manner depending on whether personal information was open or closed in terms of cyber space’s environmental characteristics. After developing interpersonal relationships from the orientation stage during a brief period, self-disclosure SNS users showed a tendency to stay in the exploratory affective exchange stage during a long period. And those who had the experience of new offline-based meetings in the exploratory affective exchange stage revealed a tendency to move onto the full affective exchange stage. Self-closure SNS users showed a similar tendency to develop from the orientation stage through the exploratory affective exchange stage to the full affective exchange stage compared to offline-based relationships. Depending on whether they had a sense of closeness or not, they stayed at the full affective exchange stage or at the stable exchange stage. In general, very few people of self-closure SNS users reached to the stable exchange stage. During the disintegration process of online-based interpersonal relationships, the research participants reported that they were not able to continue relationships due to reasons such as reduced favors towards other sides, misunderstandings, and conflicts regardless of the specific developmental levels. Therefore, although online-based interpersonal relationships showed a similar developmental level to offline-based interpersonal relationships in terms of the developmental, intensified, and disintegrated processes, the results implied that online-based interpersonal relationships developed differently, depending on whether personal information could be open or closed in terms of cyberspace’s environmental characteristics.

        영유아교사의 셀프리더십이 대인관계에 미치는 영향 : 정서지능의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of early childhood teachers' self-leadership and emotional intelligence on their interpersonal relationships, and to analyze the mediating effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between early childhood teachers' self-leadership and interpersonal relationships. For this purpose, 218 kindergarten and child care center teachers in Busan were selected as research participants. The study results are summarized as follows. First, self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal awareness of early childhood teachers were higher than the average. Second, there positive associations among teachers' self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal relationships. Third, an examining of the mediating effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between early childhood teachers' self-leadership and interpersonal relationships, showed that the influence of self-leadership on interpersonal relationships through the mediation of emotional intelligence was relatively higher than the direct effect of self-leadership on interpersonal relationships. Therefore, it was confirmed that self-leadership directly affects interpersonal relationships, but it can have a greater influence on interpersonal relationships when mediated by emotional intelligence. Thus, it is necessary to strengthen self-leadership and emotional intelligence to promote the interpersonal relationships of early childhood teachers. Additionally, this study is meaningful it provides data for the development of programs to promote interpersonal relationships. 본 연구는 영유아교사의 셀프리더십과 정서지능이 대인관계에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고, 영유아교사의 셀프리더십과 대인관계와의 관계에서 정서지능의 매개효과에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산광역시에 소재한 유치원과 어린이집 교사 218명을 최종 연구참여자로 선정하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영유아교사의 셀프리더십, 정서지능과 대인관계의 인식정도는 평균보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아교사의 셀프리더십, 정서지능과 대인관계 간에는 긍정적인 관련성이 있음을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 영유아교사의 셀프리더십과 대인관계의 관계에서 정서지능의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 셀프리더십이 대인관계에 직접적으로 미치는 영향보다 정서지능을 매개하여 대인관계에 미치는 영향력이 상대적으로 더 높음을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 영유아교사의 대인관계 증진을 위하여 셀프리더십과 정서지능을 강화할 필요가 있고, 대인관계 증진을 위한 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

        알코올중독 환자의 성격유형, 대인관계 및 우울과의 관계

        N/A Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships among personality type, interpersonal relationships and depression. Method: The subjects were 82 male alcoholics who were appropriate to the standard of this study in two mental hospitals located in K Province and D City. The research tools included Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI), interpersonal relationships scale modified by Cheon and depression scale modified by Hahn. Using the SPSS/WIN 10.0 program, the collected data was analyzed by Chi-square test, t-test, one way-ANOVA, Pearson Correlation. Result: The findings of this study were as follows: There was significantly differences between alcoholics and Korean norm(man) in SN preference and JP preference. There was significantly differences between alcoholics and Korean norm(man) in temperament of MBTI. The mean score of interpersonal relationships was 78.62. The mean score of depression was 17.79. This study found significant differences between personality type and interpersonal relationships. The higher their preference score of E type is, the higher interpersonal relationships they get. The higher their preference score of I type is, the higher depression they get, but there was no significant differences. There was significantly correlation between interpersonal relationships and E type. There was significantly negative correlation between interpersonal relationships and depression. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that there is a need of nursing intervention considering personality type in alcoholics. We need to develope various group counseling program to improve interpersonal relationships and to decrease depression according to personality type.

        인간관계론 교과목이 대학생의 대인관계 문제 수준과 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of human relationships class on university students’ interpersonal problem and interpersonal competence. First, the contents of the class used for this study consisted of an examination of domestic/overseas precedent studies on university students’ interpersonal relationship and a reference to the books and reference books that have been used as university textbooks and the contents of several programs related to interpersonal relationships. To verify the effectiveness of the class, subjects of 77 students at a university in Seoul were divided into experimental group and control group with 45 and 32 students, respectively, and only for the experimental group, for one semester, 16 sessions of class were carried out, and as research tools, the simple scale of interpersonal problem by Horowitz, Rosenberg, Baer, Ureno and Vilasenor (1988) and questionnaire by Buhrmester, Furman, Wittenberg and Reis (1988) were used. As a result of the research, it turned out that the experimental group participating in the human relationships class had lower interpersonal problem level and higher interpersonal competence than the control group did. These results supports the fact that human relationships class in university can help university students have theoretical knowledge of human relations and actual interpersonal relationship. 본 연구의 목적은 인간관계론 교과목이 대학생의 대인관계 문제와 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 먼저 본 연구에서 활용한 수업내용은 대학생들의 대인관계와 관련한 국․내외 선행연구를 고찰하고 또한 대학교재로 활용되고 있는 책과 참고도서 그리고 여러 대인관계와 관련한 프로그램들의 내용을 참조하여 구성하였다. 수업의 효과성을 검증하기 위해 연구대상은 서울에 소재한 1개 대학의 학생 77명을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 각각 45명, 32명으로 배치하였고 실험집단에 대해서만 16회기의 수업을 진행하였으며, 조사도구는 Horowitz, Rosenberg, Baer, Ureno 및 Vilasenor(1988)의 대인관계 문제 간이척도와 Buhrmester, Furman, Wittenberg 및 Reis(1988)의 대인관계 유능성 질문지를 활용하였다. 연구결과 인간관계론 수업에 참여한 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 대인관계 문제 수준은 낮아지고 대인관계 유능성은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학에서 이루어지는 인간관계론 수업이 대학생들이 인간관계에 대한 이론적 지식을 제공할 뿐 아니라 실제 대인관계에도 도움을 줄 수 있다는 사실을 뒷받침해 준다.

        대학생의 완벽주의적 자기제시 성향이 대인관계 만족에 미치는 영향: 정서표현 양가성의 매개효과

        This study analyzed the relationship between perfectionistic self-presentation, interpersonal relationships satisfaction and ambivalence over emotional expressiveness in college student’s and investigated the mediation effect of ambivalence over emotional expressiveness on the relationship between perfectionistic self-presentation and interpersonal relationships satisfaction. Research participants were 328 college students in Seoul․Gyeonggi, Daejeon․Chungnam and Jeonbuk, and they completed measures of Perfectionistic Self Presentation Scale-K(PSPS-K), Interpersonal relationships satisfaction Scale, and Ambivalence over Emotional Expressiveness Questionnaire-K(AEQ-K). Findings are as follows: Firstly, there was found a significant negative correlation between perfectionistic self-presentation and interpersonal relationships satisfaction. Perfectionistic self-presentation and ambivalence over emotional expressiveness also manifested significant positive correlation. On the other hand, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness and interpersonal relationships satisfaction manifested significant negative correlation. Secondly, as a result of examining the mediation effect of each of the sub-factors of ambivalence over emotional expressiveness on the relationship between perfectionistic self-presentation and interpersonal relationships satisfaction, self-defensive ambivalence was found to be a complete mediation between perfectionistic self-presentation and interpersonal relationships satisfaction. On the other hand, relationship-involved ambivalence did not moderate the relation between perfectionistic self-presentation and interpersonal relationships satisfaction. Finally, the implication of this study and directions for future study are discussed. 본 연구는 대학생의 완벽주의적 자기제시와 대인관계 만족, 정서표현 양가성의 관계를 분석하고, 완벽주의적 자기제시와 대인관계 만족의 관계에서 정서표현 양가성의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울․경기, 대전․충남, 전북 소재의 대학교 재학생 328명을 대상으로 한국판 완벽주의적 자기제시 척도(PSPS-K), 대인관계 만족 척도, 한국판 정서표현 양가성 척도(AEQ-K)를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 완벽주의적 자기제시와 대인관계 만족은 유의미한 부적 상관을 나타냈으며, 완벽주의적 자기제시와 정서표현 양가성은 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 반면, 정서표현 양가성과 대인관계 만족은 유의미한 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 완벽주의적 자기제시와 대인관계 만족의 관계에서 정서표현 양가성의 하위변인별 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 자기방어적 양가성은 완벽주의적 자기제시와 대인관계 만족의 관계에서 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 관계관여적 양가성은 매개효과를 보이지 않았다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 후속연구의 제언을 논의하였다.

        대학생의 성인 애착과 대인관계문제 및 이성관계에 대한 연구

        본 연구에서는 대학생 집단을 대상으로 성인애착에 따라 구체적으로 어떠한 대인관계문제 영역에서 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 이성과의 관계에서도 어떠한 관련이 있는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 애착 유형별/차원별로 1) 성인애착유형에 따라 대인관계문제, 이성관계만족도, 이성교제기간에서 차이가 있는지 2) 성인애착의 두 차원(불안, 회피)이 대인관계문제, 이성관계만족도, 이성교제기간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 연구대상 표집은 서울, 경기지역에 소재하고 있는 대학교의 심리관련 수업을 수강하는 대학생들을 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 420명에 대한 자료가 분석되었다. 측정척도로는 성인애착유형척도(Relationship questionnaire; RQ), 성인애착차원척도(The experiences in close relationships questionnaire; ECR), 대인관계문제척도(Korean Inventory of Interpersonal Problem; K-IIP)가 사용되었다. 분석을 위해 일원변량분석 후 DUNCAN 사후검증과 중다회귀분석이 실시되었다. 그 결과 애착유형/ 차원모두에서 모든 대인관계문제 하위영역(통제지배, 자기중심성, 냉담, 사회적 억제, 비주장성, 과순응성, 자기희생, 과관여), 이성관계만족도, 이성교제기간과 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 애착의 범주/차원별 분석이 같은 결과를 나타냄을 알 수 있었으며, 반복적인 대인관계상의 어려움의 기저에 개인의 형성된 애착관계가 관련됨을 알 수 있었다. 이는 대인관계문제에 대한 치료 개입 시 애착 관계의 특성에 맞는 접근이 필요함을 시사하는 바이다. This study examined the interpersonal problems and romantic relationships of college students from the perspective of adult attachment. For this purpose, firstly, this study analyzed whether or not there exist any significant differences in the interpersonal problems, the satisfaction levels of romantic relationships, and the length of romantic relationships accompanied by adult attachment styles. Secondly, the study explored to what extent the two dimensions of adult attachment (anxiety and avoidant) can affect the nature of interpersonal problems, the levels of satisfaction of romantic relationships, and the length of romantic relationships. 420 undergraduate students, who were attending college psychology classes in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, participated in the study. The Relationship questionnaire (RQ), The Experiences in Close Relationships questionnaire (ECR), and Korean Inventory of Interpersonal Problem (K-IIP) were used for collecting data. One-way ANOVA, Duncan`s post-hoc test and multiple regression analysis were conducted in order to analyze the research problem. Conclusively, the study found that both adult attachment styles and the two dimensions (anxiety and avoidant) have significant associations with all sub-areas of the interpersonal problems (domineering, vindictive, cold, socially avoidant, nonassertive, exploitable, nurturant, instrusive), the level of satisfaction of romantic relationships, and the length of romantic relationships. As a result, the present study firstly concludes that the analyses of interpersonal problems in accordance with attachment styles demonstrates the same results with the those which examine dimensions. Secondly, the attachment relationships of individuals were related to repeated interpersonal problems. These findings imply that when considering counseling strategies, methods such a therapeutic approach based on the attachment relationship are required when being implemented for the treatment of clients.

        사격선수의 대인관계와 운동지속 및 중단 관계 연구 - 코치·선수 관계의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 사격선수의 대인관계가 코치-선수 관계를 매개로 운동지속 및 중단에 미치는 영향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 대한사격연맹에 등록된 사격선수 중 190명의 연구 참여자들에게 의사소통능력, 대인관계 유능성, 운동지속, 운동중단 관련 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 회귀분석과 부트스트랩 검증을 실시하였고 비교분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 대인관계 중 의사소통 능력은 운동지속에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대인관계 중 의사소통 능력과 대인관계 유능성은 운동중단에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 코치-선수 관계를 매개로 의사소통 능력과 대인관계 유능성이 운동지속에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 코치-선수 관계를 매개로 의사소통 능력과 대인관계 유능성이 운동중단에 부(-)의 영향으로써 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 엘리트 스포츠 상황의 상담 현장에서 사격선수의 운동지속을 높여줄 필요가 있는 상담이 요구될 때 건강한 의사소통뿐만 아니라 필수적으로 경험하게 되는 코치와 선수와의 관계를 긍정적으로 지속할 수 있는 프로그램을 마련할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was to present the effect of shooter's interpersonal relationships on the exercise adherence through coach-athlete relationship. For this purpose, data were collected from 190 research participants among the shooting athletes registered in the Korean Shooting Federation through a questionnaire related to communication ability, interpersonal relationships competence, exercise adherence intention, and exercise cessation. The collected data were derived through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, regression analysis, and bootstrap verification. The following conclusions were made based on data collection. First, it was found that communication ability among interpersonal relationships had a significant effect on the exercise adherence intention. Second, among interpersonal relationships, communication ability and interpersonal relationships competence did not significantly affect exercise cessation. Third, it was found that communication ability and interpersonal relationship competency had a positive mediating effects on exercise adherence through the coach-athlete relationship. Fourth, it was found that communication ability and interpersonal relationships competence had a negative mediating effect on exercise suspension through coach-athlete relationship. It is necessary to develop a program that can positively sustain the coach-athlete relationship, which is essential in elite sports situations.

        마인풀니스와 삶의 만족 간의 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 마인풀니스, 대인관계능력, 삶의 만족 간의 관계를 검증하고, 대인관계능력의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 성인남녀 549명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 구조방정식모형을 통해 마인풀니스, 대인관계능력, 삶의 만족 변인들 간의 인과관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 주요 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 마인풀니스, 대인관계능력, 삶의 만족 수준은 청년기, 성인전기, 성인중·후기 세 단계 생애주기에 따라서 꾸준히 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마인풀니스는 대인관계능력과 삶의 만족에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치며, 대인관계능력 또한, 삶의 만족에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 마인풀니스가 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향에 있어서 대인관계능력의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 삶의 만족을 높이기 위해서 마인풀니스 수준을 높이기 위한 개입뿐만 아니라 대인관계능력을 향상시키기 위한 다양하고 적극적인 개입이 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to verify the correlations among mindfulness, interpersonal relationships, and life satisfaction and to verify the mediating effect of the interpersonal relationships. Questionnaire survey measuring the mindfulness, the interpersonal relationships, and the life satisfaction was performed for 549 adult males and females. The research results by structural equation model to investigate the correlations among mindfulness, interpersonal relationships, and life satisfaction are as follows. First, mindfulness, interpersonal relationships, and life satisfaction steadily increase in accordance with the three stages of life: youth, early adults, middle and old age. Second, mindfulness has a significantly positive effect on interpersonal relationships and life satisfaction, and interpersonal relationships also has a significantly positive effect on life satisfaction. Third, interpersonal relationships has a significantly mediating effect between the relationships between mindfulness and life satisfaction. These results imply that various and active works are required to improve interpersonal relationships as well as mindfulness to enhance life satisfaction.

        무용학원 발레수업 참여에 따른 자신감이 대인관계만족도에 미치는 영향 (초등학교 고학년 여학생 중심으로)

        The purpose of this study was to investigate confidence of upper-grade female elementary students on their satisfaction with interpersonal relationship in accordance with participation in private ballet lessons. In the results of the study, first, regarding differences in confidence and satisfaction with interpersonal relationship in accordance with the frequency of participation in ballet lesson, period of participation, and hours of participation, students participating twice or more a week than students participating once a week, students participating for more than a year than students participating less than a year, and students practicing one and half hours or more each time than students practicing less than an hour, showed higher social confidence, general self-value, general interpersonal relationship, and interpersonal relationship with the teacher. Regarding the differences in accordance with the matter of participation in the ballet stage performance, students with the stage performance experience showed higher social confidence, general self-value, physical confidence, and general interpersonal relationship than the students with no experience while the students with no stage experience showed high peer interpersonal relationship. Second, the social confidence and general self-value of elementary school girls participating in ballet lesson had effects on general interpersonal relationship which is a sub-variable of the satisfaction with interpersonal relationship while confidence had no effects on interpersonal relationship with parents. Social confidence has effects on interpersonal relationship with teacher. When physical confidence got higher, the peer interpersonal relationship got lower. The findings in this study suggest various ballet performance programs should be proposed in ballet classes for elementary students in order to help them form self-confidence and positive interpersonal relationship and enjoy active school life.

        자기애성향이 외모관리행동 및 대인관계에 미치는 영향

        In a cultural context of the narcissistic era, people are becoming more individualistic and self-centered. One of narcissistic behavior is to invest time and effort into appearance management. Therefore, this purpose of this study is to examine the effect of narcissistic tendencies on appearance management behaviors and interpersonal relationships. As a research method, a survey using a questionnaire was used. The total sample size of 345 women was socially active and varied in age from 20s to 50s. The data were analyzed using frequency, factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, self-consciousness showed statistically significant effects on all sub-factors of appearance management behaviors. Other-consciousness showed a significant effect only on weight management among appearance management behaviors. Second, self-consciousness had a considerable impact on all sub-factors of interpersonal relationships except for self-centeredness. The other-consciousness had a significant effect on all sub-factors of interpersonal relationships. Third, weight management affected the attitude of others and self-centeredness among the influence of appearance management behaviors on interpersonal relationships. Hair management was affected by over-involvement, clothing management was affected by attitude toward others, and plastic surgery management was affected by attitude toward others, over-involvement, and self-centeredness. In conclusion, this study’s group of women with narcissistic tendencies found themselves using appearance management and interpersonal relationships. Women tended to be more narcissistic; women showed more involvement in appearance management and interpersonal relationships. Therefore, when women's social activities increase, interpersonal relationships become active and take more effort and interest in their appearance management. By identifying the narcissistic tendency of women in their from to 20s 50s, This study found the factor influencing appearance management behaviors and interpersonal relationships and contribute to the fashion and beauty industries. 현대인들은 개인주의적, 자기중심적 즉 자기애시대에 살며, 그 특징 중 하나인 자기과시에 나타나는 외모관리에 있어 많은 노력과 시간을 투자한다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적 참여가 증가되고 있는 20〜50대 여성 345명을 대상으로 자기애성향이 외모관리행동 및 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 파악하였고, 조사방법으로 설문지법을 사용하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기애성향이 외모관리행동에 미치는 영향에서 자기의식적이 외모관리행동의 모든 요인과, 타인의식적은 외모관리행동 중 체중관리에만 유의미한 영향을 미친다고 나타났다. 둘째, 자기애성향이 대인관계에 미치는 영향에서 자기의식적은 자기중심성만 제외하고, 타인의식적에서는 모두 유의미한 영향을 미친다고 나타났다. 셋째, 외모관리행동이 대인관계에 미치는 영향에서 소극적태도와 자기희생을 제외하고, 체중관리는 타인의태도, 자기중심성에만, 헤어관리는 과관여에서만, 의복관리는 타인의태도에서만, 성형관리는 타인의태도, 과관여, 자기중심성에서 상대적 기여도를 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보았을 때 20∼50대 여성은 자기애성향이 외모관리행동과 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 자기애성향이 높을수록 외모관리행동 및 대인관계에 더 많은 영향을 미쳤으며 사회활동이 많아짐에 있어 대인관계가 활발해져 자신의 외모관리에 더 많은 노력과 관심을 나타내고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 사회진출이 활발해진 20∼50대 여성의 자기애성향을 파악하여 외모관리행동 및 대인관계에 있어 영향 관계의 기초자료를 제시하고, 더 나아가 패션과 뷰티 산업에 기여하는 자료가 될 수 있기를 기대한다.
