統一新羅時代 竪穴住居址 硏究 -京畿 南部地域을 中心으로-

경기 남부지역에서 조사된 통일신라시대 수혈주거지는 삼국시대보다 발전된 구들시설을 갖추고 있다. 본고는 이 통일신라시대 수혈주거지의 특징과 그 부속시설의 형태를 대상으로 그 변화에 따른 편년을 살펴보았다. 통일신라시대 수혈주거지의 평면형태는 방형과 장방형으로 대별되는데, 방형의 주거지에서 는 ㄱ자형 구들시설, 장방형 주거지에서는 T자형 구들시설이 주로 조성되는 특징을 지니고 있다. 특히 T자형 구들시설은 연도부가 있는 고래의 길이가 반대쪽 고래의 길이보다 더 길게 축조되며, ㄱ자형 구들시설은 벽면의 ⅔는 구들시설을 조성한 후 나머지 공간은 출입시설, 저장(수납)공간으로 이용된 것으로 보인다. ㄱ자형 구들시설에서 T자형 구들시설로의 변화는 화성 봉담 수영리유적의 주거지와 와요지, 그리고 청주 비하동유적 출토 연질완을 중심으로 검토한 결과 8세기 중반 이후에 변화가 이루어진 것으로 파악된다. 이러한 변화원인은 삼국통일 시점에 고구려 유민들의 유입에 의해 ㄱ자형 구들시설에 변화를 가져왔고, 이후 경제적 기반의 확충과 지방제도의 완비가 이루어지면서 주거지의 대형화에 수반된 장방형주거지에서의 T자형 구들시설의 출현이다. Semi-subterranean houses of Unified Silla Period investigated in the southern part of Gyeonggi Province are equipped with more advanced gudeul(Korean floor heater) than that of semi-subterranean houses of Three Kingdoms Period. Main purpose of this paper is to investigate characteristics of Semi-subterranean houses of Unified Silla Period, and to attempt relative dating of the houses based on the changes of the accessory facilities. Plan forms of the houses can be divided into square shaped and rectangular shaped ones, and while square houses tend to be equipped with ‘ㄱ’shaped floor heater, rectangular houses tend to be equipped with ‘T’ shaped floor heater. In case of T-shapedfloor heater, the length of heating system with flue part is longer than that of heating system in the other side. On the other hand, in case of ㄱ-shaped floor heater, two thirds of the wall seem to be allotted for the floor heater, and remaining space for entrance and/or storage facility. Considering houses and roof-tile kilns at Suyeong-ri site in Hwaseong and soft-fired bowls from Biha-dong site in Cheongju, transition from ㄱ-shaped floor heater to T-shaped floor heater might occur no earlier than middle of the 8th centuryAD. This transition was partially influenced by influx of Kogureyo population with the emergence of Unified Silla. In addition, expansion of economic base and completion of local administrative system brought about the appearance of T-shaped floor heater accompanied by larger rectangular houses.
