        수량화방법Ⅲ에 의한 HOQ의 단순화에 관한 연구

        QFD(Qua1ity Function Deployment) is design method which is focused to guarantee of quality and function to satisfy for customer's need. QFD are used entire manufacturing, specially new production development and design. HOQ ( House of Quality) are important tool of QFD, which is implement that complex function and communications of customer. Actually implementation of HOQ are difficult by HOQ's size. It is well known that complexity of HOQ are exponentially increasing by increasing of HOQ's size. In this Paper, we study of HOQ Complexity reduction by Quantification Method of Type IU. That method is efficiency and minimize of loss information by reduction HOQ. We give example and prove our suggestion method is better than other methods.

        공공 서비스의 기술 요구사항 도출 방법론 제안: 대한민국 우편 배달 서비스의 전기차 도입 사례

        The purpose of this paper is to propose the methodology for extracting the technical requirements of RFPs for general public services that has become more complex and increasingly specialized for service providers, government agencies, technology suppliers with the rapid change in technology in the fourth industrial revolution. This study proposes four step process for extracting technology requirements for a request of proposal based on the quality function development (QFD) concept with the Delphi method: 1) Define public service attributes based on Delphi method, 2) Define the engineering characteristics, 3) Develop HOQ to transform the public service attributes to the engineering characteristics, and 4) Extract technical requirements from the result of HOQ. As an application, the proposed methodology's feasibility and effectiveness have been demonstrated for generating technical requirements for Korea Post's adoption of electric vehicles for mail delivery. 본 논문의 목적은 공공 서비스용 RFP의 기술적 요구사항을 추출하는 방법론을 제안하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 델파이 기법과 QFD(Quality Function Development) 개념을 기반으로 RFP에 관한 기술 요구사항을 추출하는 4단계 프로세스를 제안하였다: 1) 델파이 기법을 통한 공공 서비스 요구사항 도출, 2) 서비스 구축을 위한 기술 항목 도출, 3) HOQ를 통한 기술 요구사항 분석, 4) 기술 요구사항의 중요도를 고려한 기술 요구사항 도출 및 목표 값 설정. 본 연구 방법론의 타당성과 실증성을 입증하기 위해 우정사업본부의 우편 배달용 전기차 채택을 위한 기술 요구사항을 생성하는 데 적용하였다.

        저탄소 도시관리를 위한 도시공간조직의 재구조화 과정에 관한 연구

        This paper aims to identify the relationship and relative importance of the elements in a Green City planning, which are based on the spatial restructuring for qualities of urban form such as accessibility, efficiency, viability, security and amenity and the physical restructuring of the fabric and metabolism at various scale of urban system. What we find is that the linkage between quality of spaces in urban form and its planning elements (of a Green City) are generally complex and indirect. With these considerations, we find out the planning directions and practical lessons through pairwise comparison matrix of "quality of spaces (Q)" and "planning elements(G)" using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Also, this paper describes how to define impact on restructuring of urban system by connection between quality based goals-quality of spaces (Q), strategy planning-planning elements (G) and performance indicator-planning indicator (T) in urban system by applying QFD(Quality Function Deployment) methodology. The analysis in this paper is completed by the following processes: i) extracting major components on quality of spaces(Q) the planning elements(G), ii) understanding the co-operative relationship or effects between them, iii) analyzing the relative importance of planning elements with relation to quality of spaces, iv) and then determining the impact on planning elements by performance indicator in relation to quality of spaces implicated in urban system. It thus draws implications for spatial and physical restructuring of urban system at various scale in the planning process for a Green City. Finally, it is very important for an urban system as an engine of a city to be tuned or re-engineered for greater efficiency with good match or linkage between planning elements in relation to its qualities of urban space.

      • DFSS 기법을 이용한 글로우 플러그 컨트롤러 Heat Sink 설계

        Controller of Glow plugs with Diesel Engine have been designed for focusing on improvement of cold starting and following emission standard after starting up the engine on the diesel engine vehicle. However, recently around the world, according as reinforced regulation of low emission, the Glow plugs with Controller , Pre glowing time has been controlled instantly for more less White Smoke, NOx, Soot and so on. Therefore, it is expected more advantages, on the other hands, Glow plug heating must be controller to instant time with duty control methods, semiconductor switching device must be needed, but it has more temperature rising for switching loss. On this research, we present result that it minimizes the heat sink capacity related to switching emperature spreading with optimization of Heat Sink Capacity. The research has an optimum design of heat sink dimension with DFSS technique.
