日本語教育における教師間協働 - 韓国協働実践研究会での執筆 · 出版の取り組み -

본고는 한국에서의 일본어교사 간 협동에 관한 사례보고이다. 한국 협동실천연구회의 회원에 의한 공저 『협동학습의 수업디자인과 실천을 위한 입문서』(『協働学習の授業デザインと実践の手引き』)의 집필 · 출판 과정을 통해 교사 간 협동의 실천사례를 소개하고자 한 것이다. 우선 협동실천연구회에 대한 소개와 연구회의 활동내용을 간략히 정리하고 본서의 집필 · 출판 경위에 대해 살펴보았다. 본서는 협동학습 수업에 있어 고려해야 할 요소에 관한 「제Ⅰ부. 협동학습 이론편」, 일본어수업의 실천사례를 소개한 「제Ⅱ부. 협동학습 실천사례편」, 한국의 중등 · 고등 교육기관에서의 일본어 협동학습에 관한 실천연구를 개관한 「제Ⅲ부. 협동학습 실천연구편」으로 구성되며, 협동학습에 대한 이해를 높여 협동학습의 수업디자인과 실천이 가능해지도록 조력하는 것을 목적으로 집필되었다. 또한 본서의 활용을 위한 발신 방안을 PDCA사이클로 제안하고 이를 연구회 전체 활동속에서 조망함으로써 향후 연구회를 통한 교사 간 협동의 지속적 발전을 위한 과제에 대해 시사를 얻을 수 있었다. 이와 같은 ‘실천지(実践知)의 공유 · 창조 프로세스’로서의 교사 간 협동 사례보고를 통해 또 다른 교사 간 협동방안을 모색하는 실마리를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study reports on teacher collaboration in Japanese language education by presenting practical examples of collaboration among teachers based on the writing and publishing process of the Handbook of Class Design and Practice of Collaborative Learning, which is co-authored by members of the Korean Collaborative Practice Society. The study introduces the Society and its activities and briefly summarizes the process of writing and publishing the handbook. The handbook consists of three parts: Part I ‘Collaborative Learning Factors’, which discusses the factors to consider in collaborative learning; Part II ‘Practical Cases of Collaborative Learning’, which introduces cases of collaborative classes; and Part III ‘Practical Researches on Collaborative Learning’, which reviews practical researches on collaborative learning in secondary and high education in Korea. The handbook aims to enhance the understanding of collaborative learning and enable the class design and practice of collaborative learning. The study applied the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) cycle as a dissemination plan for using the handbook and suggested implications for the continuous development of teacher collaboration by examining the overall activities of the Korean Collaborative Practice Society. It is expected that the study will provide clues for pursuing ways of collaboration among teachers as a process of sharing and creating practical intelligence.
