삼국사기 지리지에 보이는 고대 호남지방 武州의 郡縣 편제 양상

최일례 한국세계문화사학회 2021 세계 역사와 문화 연구 Vol.- No.58

This study speculated on the aspect Guns(郡) and Hyons(縣) of Muju(武州), one of nine districts of ancient Shilla, were organized. However, as for the a site of Muju, there was a difference in the quantity, class change and concentrated arrangement of Guns and Hyons between Muju of Shillla recorded in the Samguksagi(三國史記) Geography Section(地理志)3 and the Mujinju(武珍州) of Baekje in the Samguksagi(三國史記) Geography Section(地理志)4 It was recorded that the Muju of Shilla had 14 Guns while the Mujinju of Baekje had 15 Guns. As for the way of military arrangement, there was a difference in the districts Chisogun(治所郡, the place with an administrative office) was concentrated between Shilla edition and Baekje edition. In the Shilla Edition, to the north of Muju, 1 Gun(Jangseonggun) was added, and to the plain area of South, 1 Gun(Bannamgun) was added. However, in the Baekje edition, four Gun were arranged in Seungju, Nagan, Bosung and Bokne of Bosung that correspond to the southeastern area of Muju. In the Shilla edition, Neungju was abolished. As for the Jindogun case, in the Baekje edition, the entire island area was arranged into a single Gun. However, in the Shilla edition, Injindogun that had been the administrative office of the island was served as a subordinate Hyon of Muangun. Considering the distance between Muan and Jindo, it is difficult to understand. Thus, it was assumed that the basic reasons why the organization of Gun-Hyon was different according to periods and records were for ruling goals of Baekje and reorganization of local administrative systems according to the ruling goals of Shilla after the three states had been unified. Based on the results of the study, further research will focus on more specific background.

Adult chironomids were collected at Dangsan-ri, Muju-eup, Muju-gun, Jeollabuk-do on 5 September 2008, 22 May 2009 and 28 August 2009. A total of 221 specimens belong to the genus Polypedilum Kieffer from 1,113 adult midges collected were morphologically examined, and 16 Polypedilum species were identified. One species is new (Polypedilum dangsanensis Ree et Jeong sp. nov.) and eight species are newly recorded in Korea (P. asakawasense, P. convictum, P. decematogutatus, P. japonicum, P. kamotertium, P. pullum, P. serugense, and P. unifascium). These nine species are described with illustrations. Polypedilum nubifer was the most frequently collected species, consisting of 25.8% of the Polypedilum samples.

Chironomid adults attracted to the light were collected at Dangsan-ri, Muju-eup, Muju-gun, Jeollabuk-do in 2008-2009. Two new species, Lymnophyes parakitanaides sp. nov. and Parakiefferiella mujuensis sp. nov.,and four unrecorded species, Cardiolcladius capusinus, Thienemanniella vittata, Conchapelopia pallidula, and Nilotanypus dubius were found and are described with illustrations. The genera Thienemanniella and Nilotanypus have not been previously reported in Korea. The genus Thienemanniella which belongs to Orthocladiinae is characterized by the radial sector retracted and apically fused with the costa, and the genus Nilotanypus which belongs to Tanypodinae is characterized by the absence of R2+3, pubescent eyes and lack of the gonocoxal lobes.

<<삼국사기>> 지리지3 武州와 <<삼국사기>> 지리지4 武珍州에 소속된 군현의 변동 배경 검토

최일례 한국세계문화사학회 2023 세계 역사와 문화 연구 Vol.- No.69

Mujinju recorded in Baekje Section of the Samguksagi Geography 4 was organized into 14 Guns and 44 Hyons while it was recorded to include 15 Guns and 43 Hyons in Shilla Section of the Geography 3. As it was discovered that there were a few changes between the two different data in quantity, standing and position, the data and background were examined. Firstly, it was recorded that Wolhnagun in the Baekje Section had 1 Gun and 6 Hyons while it had 3 Guns [Yeongamgun, Gapseonggun and Bannamgun] and 6 Hyons. Gapseonggun in Jangsug included Jinwonhyon and Samgyehyon nearby. Bannamgun had Yarohyon and Gonmihyon nearby as the jurisdictional Hyon. Bannamgun had good geographical conditions for trade with China at the west sea coast through the Yeongsan River channel. Gapseonggun and Bannamgun were raised to the Gun position to efficiently govern neighboring Hyons in consideration of their geographical positions. Secondly, Mujinju of Baekje Section ad 4 Guns in Boseong and Sunchon in the southeastern area while it had 3 Guns in the record of the Shillla Section. However, after the unification, dense deployment of the military defense power was not needed anymore. Thirdly, Jindo Island had 1 Gun[Injindogun] and 2 Hyons[Dosanhyon and Maegurihyon]. However, in the record of Muju in the Shilla Section, it had 1 Gun[Dasanhyon→Noisanhyon] and 1 Hyon[Maegurihyon→Chomtamhyon] and 1 Hyon[Injindogun→Jindohyon] under Muangun, which was unusual. Noisangun which was a strategic route located in front of Jangsando was more profitable in trade with China than the route in Jindohyon. Therefore, it was assumed that the position of Noisangun was raised to Gun and Jindohyon was reorganized as a Sokhyon. In that point, it was suggested that the record of Jindohyon as a Sokhyon of Muangun was incorrect.
