        디지털 기업가 정신의 고용효과에 대한 탐색적 연구: 국가 단위의 실증분석

        디지털 전환은 기존 산업의 진입장벽 파괴에 따른 새로운 비즈니스 기회 확대, 자산의 디지털화에 따른 초기 창업비용의 축소 등 창업 및 기업가적 활동 측면에서 중대한 환경적 변화를 초래하고 있다. 이러한 변화로 인해 기존의 기업가정신 이론으로 기업가들이 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 인식하고, 기업가적 가치를 추구하는 일련의 과정을 이해하기에는 충분치 않으며, 기업가정신의 특성 및 효과에 대한 새로운 접근이 필요하다는 문제의식을 바탕으로 최근 디지털 경제 환경에서의 기업가정신을 조망하는 새로운 이론적 틀로서 ‘디지털 기업가정신’이라는 개념 및 관련 연구분야가 부상하고 있다. 그러나 디지털 기업가정신 연구 분야에서 디지털 기업가정신에 의해 창출되는 성과 측면을 살펴본 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 이러한 배경에서, 본 연구에서는 국제 기업가정신 관련 조사인 「글로벌 기업가정신 모니터(GEM)」 데이터를 활용하여 국가 단위에서 디지털 기술 활용 의지와 신규 인력의 고용의지 사이의 관계를 분석함으로써 디지털 기업가정신의 고용효과를 탐색적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 연구 결과, 기업가적 활동에 있어서의 디지털 기술 활용 의지는 고용의지와 긍정적 관계를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 디지털 기업가정신의 촉진이 국가적 차원에서 고용을 유발하는 효과로 이어질 수 있음을 시사하는 결과라고 할 수 있다. Digital transformation causes environmental changes in entrepreneurial activities, such as expanding new business opportunities due to the destruction of entry barriers to existing industries and reducing early-stage start-up costs due to digitalization of assets. In this light, the concept and related research field of 'digital entrepreneurship' have recently emerged as a new theoretical framework for looking at entrepreneurship in the digital economy. However, there are few that examine the outcome aspects created by digital entrepreneurship in the field of digital entrepreneurship research. This study aims to explore the employment effects of digital entrepreneurship at the national level. To this end, it conducts a generalized linear model analysis using data from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, an international entrepreneurship-related survey. In this study, the willingness to use digital technology in entrepreneurial activities has a positive relationship with the willingness to hire new employees. This study suggests that the promotion of digital entrepreneurship has the effect of inducing employment at the national level.

        Digital Entrepreneurship in Indonesia: A Human Capital Perspective

        Digital technology has become a new economic and social force, reshaping traditional business models, strategies, structures, and processes. This is a challenge for human capital to develop continuously in this dynamic era; one of the solutions is digital entrepreneurship. Digital entrepreneurship focuses on creating new ventures and transforming existing businesses by developing novel digital technologies or novel usage. Further, digital technology has also enabled the growth of the sharing economy, linking owners and users, and disrupting the previous dualism of businesses and customers. This paper provides a novel contribution regarding the emerging concept of Digital Entrepreneurship. Based on a qualitative literature review and interview with university staff, lecturers, and students in four large public and private universities in West Java and DIY Province, an interpretative framework for Digital Entrepreneurship has been proposed, which comprises of the following components: motivation (the rationale for the adoption of digital technology for academic entrepreneurship), stakeholders (the stakeholders involved through digital technology to achieve the academic entrepreneurship goal), process (the processes of academic entrepreneurship supported by digital technologies), and business form (the emerging forms of digital academic entrepreneurship). This research also shows several alternative government policies to improve digital entrepreneurship in the academic environment.

        디지털 기업가정신과 기업성과

        Advances in digital technologies have changed the industry structure and the rules of business competition as shown in the list of global top 10 companies in terms of market capital. Digital transformation, defined as the effort to standardize, modularized, and digitalize resources and processes of a company to provide solutions for customer problems, requires leadership and entrepreneurship to achieve the expected goals in an effective manner. Entrepreneurship, the most fundamental to the development of business, has been expanded to include digital elements in it. In this study, we define digital transformation and identify the characteristics of digital entrepreneurship as an extended form of entrepreneurship. Digital entrepreneurship in this study consists of innovativeness, risk-taking, pro-activeness, receptiveness, digital-thinking and collaborativeness. We then investigate the relationship between digital entrepreneurship and firm performance. To test the proposed research model, we collected data through using survey questionnaire from CEOs and executives of 115 companies. The test results confirm that digital entrepreneurship consists of proposed six components and influences organizational performance. Research methodology and findings are further discussed.

        디지털 기업가정신의 구성요인에 관한 탐색적 연구

        This exploratory study was conducted to derive the components of digital entrepreneurship by targeting the experts related to Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Through the review of previous studies and Delphi analysis, the major components of digital entrepreneurship were derived into the ‘digital entrepreneurial orientation area’ and the ‘digital technology competency area’. The components of digital entrepreneurship are innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking, desire for achievement, ability to identify digital business opportunities, digital technology utilization capability, digital operation process establishment capability, digital technology development capability, digital technology acceptance, information exchange, and cooperation network establishment, digital-based customer acquisition and management was presented. The importance and execution of success factors were measured through IPA analysis. The first quadrant(keep up the good work) includes proactiveness, ability to identify digital business opportunities, and ability to establish digital business processes. The second quadrant(concentrate here) includes innovativeness, digital technology development capability, and digital technology acceptance. The third quadrant(low priority) includes risk-taking, desire for achievement, digital technology utilization capacity, and digital-based customer acquisition and management. The fourth quadrant(possible overkill) includes information exchange and cooperation network establishment. This study is meaningful in that it presents the concept and components of digital entrepreneurship for digital entrepreneurs that can be applied in Korea. 본 연구에서는 디지털 기업가정신의 구성요인을 도출하기 위해 정보통신기술(ICT) 창업 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 탐색적 연구를 하였다. 선행연구 검토 및 델파이(Delphi) 분석을 통해 디지털 기업가정신의 구성요인 대영역은‘디지털 기업가적 지향성 영역’과‘디지털 기술 역량 영역’으로 도출되었다. 디지털 기업가정신의 구성요인은 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성, 성취욕구, 디지털 사업기회 식별능력, 디지털 기술 활용역량, 디지털 운영 프로세스 구축능력, 디지털 기술개발 역량, 디지털 기술 수용성, 정보교환 및 협력 네트워크 구축, 디지털 기반의 고객확보 및 관리 등 11개의 항목을 도출하였다. 주요 속성의 상대적인 중요도를 파악하기 위해 IPA 분석을 하였다. 제 1사분면(우위 유지 영역)에는 진취성, 디지털 사업기회 식별능력, 디지털 운영 프로세스 구축능력 등이 위치하였다. 제 2사분면(중점 개선 영역)에는 혁신성, 디지털 기술개발 역량, 디지털 기술 수용성 등이 위치하였다. 제 3사분면(저우선 순위)에는 위험감수성, 성취욕구, 디지털 기술 활용역량, 디지털 기반의 고객 확보 및 관리 등이 위치하였다. 제 4사분면(현상유지 영역)에는 정보교환 및 협력 네트워크 구축이 위치하였다. 본 연구는 국내에서 적용할 수 있는 디지털 기업가와 예비 디지털 기업가를 위한 디지털 기업가정신의 개념 및 구성요인을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

        Benchmarking digital education programs on social entrepreneurship: what a digital program on social entrepreneurship can learn from other digital social entrepreneurship programs

        Social entrepreneurship education is becoming a must-have for academic institutions. However, there is little agreement on how to consider dimensions like international scope, interdisciplinary participation and educational format. This paper illustrates how benchmarking can support the product creation and improvement process of such an educational program offered in a digital format. Social Entrepreneurship for Local Change (SELC) is a European Union funded Erasmus+ consortium, which developed a digital social entrepreneurship course. The program’s goal was to serve basic educational objectives of its students and teachers as well as strategic goals of the universities and the European Commission. Benchmarking, which has evolved to benchlearning, is a strategic management tool that measures the practices of one organization against the best practices of leading organizations in the same area. In this paper, the practices of SELC’s digital program were benchmarked against two more mature digital social entrepreneurship programs using qualitative methods and resulting in a comparative scorecard. By recognizing and addressing quality gaps revealed by the benchmarking process, SELC’s administrators can improve their own quality and put the program in the best position to achieve its goals.

        The Comparison of ESG Business Management Resources, Dynamic Capabilities, and the Decisive Power of Beer Consumer Purchasing Motives of Digital Entrepreneurship: Evidence from the Balance between Customer Orientation and Innovation Orientation

        The current generation is characterized by a fluctuating, complex and ambiguous social environment, and besides, the business environment has rapidly changed to non-face-to-face due to COVID-19. In addition, due to the recent advent of the 4th industrial revolution era, digital entrepreneurship (DE), i.e. digital transformation (DT) based on new digital technologies, dynamic capacity (DC), which is the ability to create resources in accordance with environmental changes, and non-financial performance related to sustainable management ESG has emerged as a central theory of competitive advantage strategies throughout the business. In order to preemptively respond to change drivers in the business environment to increase business competitiveness and to pursue new growth, this study examines the effects of ESG and digital transformation, which are new management trends, and dynamic capabilities based on digital entrepreneurship. The analysis was focused on the theory of balance between customer orientation and innovation orientations, and based on this analysis, the effect on the beer consumers' decision making power to purchase beer was comparatively analyzed. For this purpose, questionnaires were collected online from 408 beer consumers and empirically analyzed through the PLS-SEM model. As a result of the analysis, first, it was verified that digital transformation does not affect beer purchase motivation. Second, the fact that dynamic ability based on digital entrepreneurship has a positive effect on beer purchase motivation has been demonstrated. Third, it has been proven that ESG, a non-financial performance of sustainable management, does not affect beer purchase motivation. Based on such analysis results, this study suggests that top decision makers and corporate marketers cannot secure consumer satisfaction and loyalty if they adopt innovation-oriented only and ignore customer-oriented factors in order to enhance the purchasing motive power of beer consumers.

      • 디지털기업가정신 함양을 위한 4차산업혁명시대의 창업교육체계 제안

        4차산업혁명시대와 더불어 대학교육에 있어 창업은 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명시대의 대학생들의 디지털 기업가정신 함양을 위한 교육체계 수립 및 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 창업선도대학으로 선정된 33개 대학의 창업관련과목에 대한 키워드 분석을 통해 현재 우리나라 창업교육에 대한 현황을 살펴보고, 향후 4차 산업혁명시대의 디지털 기업가정신 함양을 위한 교육체계 수립을 위한 기초자료를 도출하고자 한다. 분석결과 정부의 창업관련 교과목에 대한 키워드 분석은 창업, 기업가정신, 실무, 등이 도출되었으나, 정작 ICBM과 관련된 기술창업 연구는 매우 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 기존 대학운영체제에 최소한의 영향을 고려하여, 각 대학별 다중 또는 융합전공제 등을 활용한 디지털 기업가정신교육 과정에 대한 설계방안을 제시하였다. This research is to be conducted in order to improve digital entrepreneurship, which can be represented as Industry 4.0 specially representative ICBM, by analyzing policy direction, budget allocation and status of 703 entrepreneurship education programs of 30 major Korean universities related to leading entrepreneurship. To that end, the government plans to categorize 61 programs, 780 billion won of the seven government-funded projects in early 2018, and analyze the history of starting education system of 32 leading start-up universities in Korea under the Ministry of Small and Medium Venture. As a result of the analysis, the government's classification of startup support projects could be divided into 'Preparation for Creation, Implementation, Growth, Re-Projection' and the most frequently allocated budget for start-up education. In the case of start-up education, entrepreneurship, practice. Technology start-up studies related to ICBMs were found to be very lacking. We should actively strive to foster the talent necessary for the Industry 4.0 by continuously finding subjects, educating professors, digital entrepreneurship education model.

        A study on the Impact of Online Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurship: A Case Study of Western China

        This study aims to investigate the influence of online entrepreneurship education on first-time entrepreneurs in western China. The research employed an online self-management survey method to collect data from participants involved in online entrepreneurship education and first-time entrepreneurs. The data was analyzed using SPSS and AMOS statistical software. The research findings indicate that online entrepreneurship education has a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. There is a positive correlation between online entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial execution capability. Entrepreneurial intention effectively promotes entrepreneurial execution capability, which is critical for successful entrepreneurship. Online entrepreneurship education also emphasizes the development of innovative abilities and thinking patterns, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of entrepreneurs. Additionally, entrepreneurial support plays a direct positive role in entrepreneurial success by providing resources, guidance, knowledge sharing, and confidence, thereby increasing the likelihood of success.

        The article considers the peculiarities of developing a marketing strategy for the adaptation of small businesses to quarantine restrictions in the field of commercial entrepreneurship. The importance of reformatting the existing marketing strategy in connection with the change of key conditions of trade activity with the introduction of quarantine restrictions due to the covid19 virus epidemic is substantiated. Quarantine restrictions and the temporary introduction of lockdown in various countries around the world, including Ukraine, have not only caused a crisis for small businesses. But they became a shock therapy and accelerated the digitalization of retail. Trends in digitalization and development of digital infrastructure allow both to adapt the structures of commercial entrepreneurship to the current conditions, and set directions for development in the long run. Particular attention in the article is paid to changing the business model and automation of sales processes based on the introduction of vending. The preconditions and existing experience of vending in Ukraine are analyzed. An outline of the business model of the project for the sale of goods through vending machines has been developed.
