주거선택속성이 애호도에 미치는 영향력에 관한 연구; 서초구를 중심으로

Residential environment is not only the physical aspects affected by the unique characteristics of the residents , social , economic , cultural , etc. are closely related to many environmental factors. This research is based on choice attribute theory that substantially explains how housing choice attributes affect loyalty via image, perceived value in Secho. This paper investigate empirically relationship between selection properties of residential environment and loyalty, moderating effect of image and perceived value. Results were computed using SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis programs. The results are summarized as follows. First, The elements of choice attribute are divided into six factor, such as regional reputation, green environment, convenience, property value, safety, housing status. In the results of the analyses, housing choice properties gives a positive influence to the loyalty. Second, testing its mediating role, I use the three regression equation models by Baron and Kenny. When the mediator effect of image, perceived value was represented, the effect of image and perceived value was statistically significant. Thus, the mediating role of image and perceived value was supported. It means the higher image and perceived value can enhance loyalty of Secho. 주거환경은 거주자의 독특한 특성에 영향을 받는 물리적인 측면뿐만 아니라 사회적, 경제적, 문화적 등 많은 환경적 요소들과 밀접하게 관련되어 있다. 본 연구는 주거선택속성의 이론을 바탕으로 서초구의 이미지와 지각된 가치를 매개로 애호도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 경험적으로 주거환경의 선택속성이 애호도와의 관계에서 이미지와 지각된 가치의 매개효과를 분석하고자 한다. 분석방법은 설문지를 배포하여 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 주거선택속성은 지역 명성, 녹색환경, 편리성, 부동산 가치, 안전성, 주택상태의 6개 요인으로 나타났으며, 분석결과 주거선택속성은 애호도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 3단계 회귀분석을 사용한 결과 이미지와 지각된 가치는 정적인 영향을 미침으로서 매개효과가 규명되었다. 이러한 결과는 서초구의 애호도를 증가시키기 위해서는 물리적인 환경요소뿐만 아니라 이미지와 지각된 가치를 관리하는 것이 필요하다.

코로나19 확진자 동선정보의 모호성 차이가 유관 상권 방문의도에 미치는 영향 연구: 강남구민과 서초구민의 비교

This study aims to investigate the effect that local government's information release range on Covid-19 patients’ contact trace on consumer sentiment in the region. One hundred twenty-eight residents of Gangnam-gu and Seocho-gu participated in the study. The results showed that when ambiguity of information increased perceived anxiety on Covid-19 patients’ contact trace, which in turn led lower intention to visit the commercial district near the Covid-19 patients’ contact trace. Based on the findings, several suggestions was proposed for future research, including longitudinal studies covering even the “long-term” changes in consumer sentiment, the effect of implicit anxiety, and the behavioral difference between residence and non-residence. 본 연구는 코로나19 확진자 동선에 대한 지자체의 정보공개의 모호성 차이가 해당 지역상권에 대한 소비심리에 미칠 수 있는 영향에 주목하였다. 특히 상대적으로 정보공개 방식이 모호한 강남구와 상세한 서초구의 거주자들을 대상으로, 해당 구가 발표하는 코로나19 확진자 동선의 모호성 판단이 확진자 동선 인근의 상권 방문의도에 미치는 영향을 조사 및 분석하였다. 그 결과 거주지 인근에서 발생한 코로나19 확진자 동선에 대한 정보가 모호(vs. 상세)하다고 느낄수록 불안감이 높았으며, 이는 유관 상권에 대한 방문의도를 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 차이는 각 구에 따라서도 유의하게 나타났다. 한편 연령과 성별이 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않았다. 이 같은 결과를 기반으로 소비심리의 장기적 변화, 내재된 불안감의 영향, 거주자와 비거주자 간 차이 등을 담은 향후 연구의 시사점을 제시하였다.

2016년 3월 31일부터 7월 31일까지 서울특별시 서초구 서초동에 위치한 서울고등학교 교정 일대를 서울고등학교 환경생물부 부원들이 채집 조사한 결과 20과 43속 53종의 거미가 조사 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. From March 31st to July 31st in 2016, members of an environmental biology club at Seoul High School located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Dae-Hee Kim, Dong-Woo Park, Jae-Woong Seo and Hyun-woo Lee, collected 20 families 43 genera 53 species of spiders and report the result of the study here.

2015년 8월 8일, 8월 22일, 8월 29일, 8월 30일, 9월 19일, 10월 17일까지 서울특별시 서초구 소재 청계산 일대를 한국거미연구회 회원(김주필, 이형민 2명)들이 채집 조사한 결과 18과 38속 52종의 거미가 조사 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. The authors investigated the spiders of Mt. Chunggae in Aug.8th, Aug.22th, Aug.29th, Aug.30th, Sep.19th, Oct.17th 2015, In the present paper 52 species of 38 genera belong to 16 families were identified. These specimens are deposited at the Joo-Pil Spider Museum, Namyangju-Si, Gyeonggi-Do.
