The abroad advance of a domestic car increased and A domestic car export is increasing in America market. The sale of the car have been commanded greatly owing to J.D. Power and Associates conducted independent surveys of customer satisfaction A domestic car is true satisfying result in IQS. A Vibration of Doortrim was increased by the speaker compared with former time. The relation is determined with the Door module of the car to the reason. The car to be produced recently is closed completely the outside pannel with the inside pannel of the door because of Sealed module preventing of rainwater and improving of aucoustic. furtermore, An Ansorption pad for door trim exised between insied and outsied was unnecessary. but, by reason of terrivle vibration of the door speaker, We analyzed a vibration problem which brings Sealed Module that has the problem common We analyzed whether the trim-pad covered the whole inside of the doortrim gave the vibration any influence.

Global car makers or component makers use Door assembly to evaluate Buzz, Squeak, Rattle (BSR) performance of vehicles. The purpose of this study is to provide instructions for performing Objective Squeak and Rattle Door Subsystem and Component Testing. Infact The Door system is one of the major source for vehicle interior noise under a variety of load conditions. If we find noise source of door system, evaluation of customer will be going up. One point of this study's objects is to find easy method for the door subsystem and component in-vehicle road vibration. One point of our objects is to making the BSR test method of static door assembly subsystem and component in-vehicle idle condition. Another object of this study is focuced how can we find BSR noise in Door Speaker's vibration working. This paper describes three challengeable methods by noise measurement of Door subsystem or component. But this paper helps many of engineers to direct innovative solution and overcome many of BSR problems.
Sled 시험과 해석을 통한 복부상해에 미치는 도어트림의 설계 연구

The sled impact test and simulation of door trim for side impact protection were conducted in order to classify the role of door trim during the full vehicle side impact. This paper describes the correlation of armrest stiffness for door trim in abdomen forces by simple sled test method to simulate Korean side impact regulation. In this sled test, the door inner panel which was deformed in the full scale test was rigidly set on the sled, and impacted the dummy. Even if the sled moved in normal rail used in HyGe sled facility, the dummy responses were correlated with full vehicle tests in order to study occupant protection practically. In the study of sled tests, the effects of door trim especially armrest stiffness were studied in terms of abdomen forces measured from EUROSID abdomen 3 force sensors. In conclusion, it was found that the sled test with deformed door was a useful and efficient method to study for occupant protection.

This paper shows that the mathematical relation-equation about the generated force when the folding-map - pocket in the door trim in the car body is worked and has an intension of optimal design it. Construction parts of the folding-map-pocket (oil damper, torsion coil spring, rubber damper, pocket weight, hinge) cause forces and frictions when the folding-map-pocket is working and relation-equations consider making it. This paper shows verification of the mathematical relation-equation through comparing with the measurement force take advantage of three cars that are GENESIS, GRANDUAR, VERACRUZ.

Especially side impact crashes represent the most hazardous mode of all planar crashes in automotive industries. Side impact pad that is attached door trim interior is designed for absorbing impact energy and pushing occupant pelvis to decrease injury in case of side crash. Generally, this part is made of PU (polyurethane) foam. This PU pad has a good impacting performance but have some problems, which is bad smell. and poor recycling, and including formaldehyde compound. To solve these issues we are developing polymer impact pad of air-blow injection mold method. To make robust design, we are using DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) method. And to find optimal design we are using standards S/N evaluation method to satisfy robust and impact performance.

As times goes by, the viewpoint of the vehicle purchase consumers is on the increase. Because of the fact that the number of car accident casualties through the various boradcast media is announced, Above all, they take an active interest in vehicle safety. A safety is directly connected to vehicle crash and especially, The Side impact is extremely influenced on the driver’s injury. in case of side impact, Sharp edge which is caused by door-trim crack is directly injured to the driver. Therefore, car maker and door trim manufacture company are making an effort to pre-predict and improve sharp edge. In order to not only pre-predict sharp edge but also protect it, the repeated (real) vehicle crash test is the most accurate method, however, it isn’t effective in terms of time and cost that a large number of trial is conducted. For overcoming this problem In this paper, we propose a reliable testing methodology to pre-evaluate Door Trims for the chance of sharp edges occurring after impact, and show how to resolve the problem if it occurs before full-scale Car Side Impact test. This research leads to exact prediction of Door Trim sharp edge as full-scale Car Side Impact test.

The object of this research is fineness net speaker grille design and mold development and test analysis specification standardization. We established main design factor that influence in quality for speaker grille of door trim that is required from customer, achieved design optimization, and established manufacture standard, test method and test specification for request quality. We developed process for confirmation about reliability of speaker grille of door trim. We will apply process in new model design project. We apply product that study on deluxe car and will contribute to high-quality improvement. We studied actively about design condition grasping, product design technology acquirement, material application, localization of mold technology about fineness net. Injection molding technology for production, confirmation about reliability and specification and cost down through reduction of process. Result presentation of design condition, mold technology, injection molding technology and confirmation about reliability, etc consisted about fineness net speaker grille that is preceding product. Effects are world competitive power increase as engineering technology and reliability construction test method and standardization process settlement. Plan is world market conquest as apply to high-class automobile and cost down through localization, reduction of process.
