        Culture is an accumulation of beliefs, values, attitudes, and meanings transmitted through generations and learned in a specific society, this is called socialization. The main purpose of this study is to investigate collision factor of tourism culture and examine the solution way. Based on the documentary study, this paper was surveyed the factor of tourism culture collision through the field research and analyzed regression analysis through SAS program. As a result, solution of tourism culture collision is considered to be solved through deviation of that think own. Also, the solution is available through the spirit of tolerance

      • 관광지 이미지 속성 요인에 관한 연구

        This study is analysed the Tourist’s behavior in order to identify of attributes fator of tourism destination image. Attributes factor of tourism destination image are formed based on the perceptions of physical attributes of a tourist place and plays an important role in changing primary awareness set into secondary awareness set. Data is corrected from six different national park(Mt. Sorak, Mt. Halla, Mt. Jiri, Mt. Naejang, Mt. Togyu, Mt. Kyeryoung). The statistical analysis of the data is conducted using techniques of frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, regression analysis. The results of this study analysis is analyzed that attributes factor of tourism destination image is very much affected to fator 3.

      • 안동지역의 전통민속마을을 이용한 관광상품 개발에 관한 연구

        Traditional folk village has a great significance because it possesses cultural and touristic resources. However for its utilization as touristic resources existence of considerable obstacles must be recognized. What is most important for traditional cultural experience of the region is service to the visitors and attraction luring their re-visitation but currently general attitude is viewing the place merely as an object for sightseeing and such mentality should be transformed. At this juncture what is urgently demanded is transformation of residents’ mentality toward tourists. It is necessary to instill impression on noble style of traditional culture to visitors, providing allurement for revisiting and opportunity for tourists to experience traditional houses personally as touristic product. What is truly required for publicizing Andong is developing traditional touristic products by grafting concept of traditional cultural tourism to the place so that tourists can experience the heritage of traditional folk village and open their eyes to the charm of our unique culture.

      • 박람회 관광객의 만족요인 및 행동의도 결정요인에 관한 연구 : 안면도 국제 꽃 박람회를 중심으로 Focused on Korea Floritopia 2002

        The research on the factors determining the satisfaction which exhibition tourists feel after their touring is expected to provide an important material to tourist businesses planning exhibitions in understanding the determining factors of customer satisfaction. Putting together the above-stated results of empirical analysis, it shows that tourist service business has some satisfaction-determining factors different from those of general services or products due to its unique characteristics, and the determining factors may have influence on the behavioral intent of tourists after their touring. Among the satisfaction-determining factors on the side of non-suppliers, "empirical characteristics" was especially disclosed as the variable that influences on both the general satisfaction and behavioral intent, thus implying the necessity of the succeeding research on it.

        This study is not present explanatory or conclusive study results, but exploratory study. Tourism affects the society and culture of a destination regions and tourism has both negative and positive impacts on a local community. Tourism development is usaually justified on the basis of economic benefit and challenged on the grounds of social, cultural, or environmental destruction. The purpose of this study was to review the previous survey research on the impacts of tourism development It is suggested that future attempts to develop measures of impacts of tourism development be undertaken through testing of all the related concepts and meanings of the particular attribute under examination An obvious direction for future research is the direct empirical research.

      • Analyzing the Expenditure of Korean Tourist

        그 동안 관광자 지출에 대한 연구는 많이 있었지만, 관광자 지출 구조에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이 연구는 내국인 관광자의 지출 구조를 파악하기 위하여 제주도를 방문하는 322명의 내국인 관광자를 대상으로 지출구조를 조사하였다. 내국인 관광자 지출을 분산분석한 결과, 여행목적, 체류기간, 동반형태, 숙박시설 등에 따라 관광자의 지출구조에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다중회귀분석 결과, 입장료, 식음료, 숙박, 그리고 선물 및 기념품 구입비가 전체 지출에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 입장료는 전체 지출의 가장 작은 부분을 차지하고 있음에도 불구하고 전체 지출에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

      • 관광호텔의 외국환 관리에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to deal with the effective management of foreign exchange for improving profitability of tourism hotel, and specially to aim at the gap between the remittance to foreign banks and the collection from foreign banks. This study analyzed the number of foreigners in each deluxe hotel in Seoul, trade status of foreign exchange, and profit from money exchange. An analysis of remittance status of foreign exchange because of commission payment on the management skill from foreign hotel chains and the cost from hiring foreign general manager proves that first, deluxe hotel in Seoul just do their duties as a purchasing foreign exchange, second, cost rate is too high to exchange into Korean Won because they draw the money from foreign banks after purchasing traveler"s check, and third, there are some needless cost in sending the money to foreign banks which is needed for management of tourism hotel. This study has following limitation. First, there are some errors in collecting data and analyzing status because of statistics of the amount of money exchange is not computerized. Second, research objective is restricted as deluxe hotels only in Seoul. Third, American dollar is the key currency in many countries, so there are a lot of difficulties in analyzing status for the scope of money exchange. So, a study that can minimizes errors in collecting data is required and systematic and steady study is urgently needed.
