        金炳淵 詩集 飜譯 檢討

        Kim Rip Shi Jib is the original text of Kim, Byeong-Yeon's(1807∼1863) collected poetry. The research about the original text of Kim Rip Sin Jib is based on Lee, Eungsoo's first, second, and final editions of which the title was changed into Satirist Kim, Satkat. The secondary texts that are used for the comparison with the main text are Kim Rip Sin Jib by Baek, Gilsoon, Park, Oyang and Chinese poetry written by Kim, Byeong-yeon and translated by Heo, Munsub, Keon, Yonghan, Kim, Yonghan, Lee, Myoungwoo which has the same contents as 『Kim Rip Shi Jib』 but only changed its title. Leaving the wrong words as unsolved led to serious mistranslation. Therefore, the wrong words handed down since Lee, Eungsoo should be thoroughly corrected. Questions can be raised about the authenticity of the poems in the collection given the problems mentioned above. Appropriate measures should be taken to solve the problem.

        소자화 현상에 따른 일본의 자녀양육지원정책 및 보육서비스의 현황과 과제

        This study has researched some new alternatives for our childcare support policies and system; therefore, first, it investigated 'Decreasing Childbirth', a common society situation, which both Korea and Japan are facing, and clarified its cause. Second, it analyzed Japan's childcare support policies and nurture services for families with a small number of children. The Japanese government, in 1994, earmarked expenses for 'Angel Plan' aiming at 'Building a Childcare-support Society.' Then in 1997 it arranged its childcare support policies, a legal and systematic device, through the amendment of the Children Welfare law. The Japanese Angel Plan regards the following as its basic policy: the formation of circumstances under which whoever wishes her own child can deliver comfortably; the building of a social system that all social members work together to help domestic childcare; the maintenance of the childcare support policies to set the highest value on children's interests. In order to make the amended Children Welfare law help the healthy growth and self-independence of children, a new generation, Japan has aimed at the reconstruction of the children & home welfare system, and executed various policies for nurture, children's independence support, and mother-children home support. So they are being realized through the following: the system of protectors choosing their favorite nursery school, the enlargement of nurture opportunity for babies and young children, extended nurture period, temporary nurture, and 24-hour nurture, after-supper children's clubs, the management of childcare support centers for local residents, temporary nurture work for the support of babies and young children's health, and advice on childcare at nurture facilities for local residents.

        전래동화를 활용한 창의적 독서 활동이 아동의 문해효능감과 정서능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 전래동화를 활용한 창의적 독서활동에의 참여가 아동의 문해효능감과 정서 능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 실험집단 아동의 읽기효능감에 긍정적인 변화가 나타났으며, 특히 실험집단 남아의 문해효능감이 높아졌다. 또한 실험집단 아동은 정서조절 능력과 대인관계 기술이 통제집단에 비해 발달하였으며, 활동에 참여한 여아의 정서인식 능력이 남아보다 더 높아진 것을 알 수 있었다. 한편, 아동의 문해효능감이 높을수록 정서능력도 우수한 것으로 나타났다. This research has analyzed the effect of a traditional fairy tales-based creative reading activity on children's literacy efficacy and emotional ability. The emotion ability of the experimental-group children had more meaningful change in such subordinate areas as emotion regulation and relationship skill. In the emotion awareness, the ability of girls was higher than that of boys. Also, there were significant correlations between the children's literacy efficacy and emotional ability. Therefore, the results have showed the necessity of development and application of traditional fairy tales-based programs for reading.

        정상, 낭종 및 법랑아세포종 세포에서의 유전자 발현 차이 분석

        법랑아세포종은 1868년에 처음 보고된 이래 명칭, 발생기전, 분류 그리고 치료 방법 등에 관하여 수 많은 논란이 있어 왔는데 이는 법랑아세포종이 양성종양임에도 불구하고 종양자체의 진행이 파괴적이고, 외과적 처치를 한 후에도 재발이 잘되며, 흔하지는 않지만 악성종양과 유사하게 전이를 보이는 등 독특한 특성을 지니고 있기 때문이다. 정상세포와 암 세포 간에 차이를 보이는 유전자 혹은 정상세포에서 변형이 일어날 때 특이적으로 발현하는 유전자의 분리 및 분석하는 것은 암세포의 생성과정을 이해하는데 있어서 중요한 열쇠를 제공할 수 있다. 이에 본연구는 RNA differential display 방법 중 재연성과 반복성이 개선된 Ordered differential display(ODD)RT-PCR과 보다 개선된 GeneFishing™기술을 이용하여 악성과 양성종양 사이의 유전자 발현의 차이를 조사하고, 특이 유전자의 profile을 확보하고자 하였다. GeneFishing™기술과 RT-PCR을 수행한 결과 nasopharyngeal carcinoma gene을 제외한 9개의 유전자는 악성에서 특이적으로 발현되는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 GeneFishing™을 이용하면 각 시료간의 mRNA 상에서 발현차이를 보이는 DEG를 비교 분석하면 암관련 유전자, 항생제 내성 유전자, 그리고 분화 관련 유전자들에 대한 연구가 용이하게 수행할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Ameloblastoma is the most commonly occurring odontogenic tumor in oral cavity. Although most are benign epithelial neoplasm, they are generally considered to be locally aggressive and destructive, exhibiting a high rate of recurrence. The biological behavior of this neoplasm is a slowly growing, locally invasive tumor without metastasis, therefore malignant neoplasm, changed its histological appearance to carcinoma or showed distant metastasis, is only defined clinically. In this study, we identified the differentially expressed genes(DEGs) in stages under benign or malignant ameloblastoma compared with normal patient using ordered differential display(ODD) reverse transcription(RT)-PCR and GeneFishing™ technology. ODD RT-PCR is rather effective when the investigation of samples containing very small amounts of total RNA must be accomplished. ODD RT-PCR used the means of amplification with anchored T-primer and adaptor specific primer, bearing definite two bases at their 3' ends and so this method could display differential 3' -expressed sequence taqs(ESTs) patterns without using full-length cDNAs. Compared with standard differential display, ODD RT-PCR is more simple and have enough sensitivity to search for molecular markers by comparing gene expression profiles. However, this method required much effort and skill to perform. GeneFishing™ modified from DD-PCR is an improved method for detecting differentially expressed genes in two or more related samples. This two step RT-PCR method uses a constant reverse primer(anchor ACP-T) to prime the RT reaction and arbitrary primer pairs(annealing control primers, ACPs) during PCR. Because of high annealing specificity of ACPs than ODD RT-PCR, the application of GeneFishing™ to DEG discovery generates reproducible, authentic, and long(100bp to 2kb) PCR products that are detectable on agarose gels. Consequently, various DEGs observed differential expression levels on agarose gels were isolated from normal, benign, and malignant tissues using these methods. The expression patterns of the some isolated DEGs through ODD RT-PCR and GeneFishing™ were confirmed by Northern blot analysis and RT-PCR. The results showed that these identified DEGs were implicated in ameloblastoma neoplasm processes. Therefore, the identified DEGs will be further studied in order to be applied in candidate selection for marker as an early diagnosis during ameloblastoma neoplasm processes.

        Hydrogen Peroxide 농도와 적용시간이 Hydroxyapatite discs의 미백과 물리적 성질에 미치는 영향

        법랑질의 주성분인 hydroxyapatite 분말을 성형하고 소결하여 착색을 유발한 다음 과산화수소의 농도와 적용 기간의 변화에 따라 나타나는 미세 조직과 기계적 성질의 변화 및 미백 효과 등에 관한 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 과산화수소의 농도와 적용시간이 증가함에 따라 미백 효과가 증가되었다. 2. 표면조도는 15% 과산화수소 10일, 30% 과산화수소 7, 10일 적용 시 유의한 차이로 증가하였다(p<0.05). 3. X-선회절 분석결과 미백처리 전·후의 결정상의 변화는 관찰되지 않았으나, 주사전자현미경 관찰시 표면의 미세구조는 과산화수소 농도와 적용시간의 증가에 따라 미세기공이 증가하였다. 4. 2축 굽힘강도는 30%농도의 과산화수소로 7, 10일 적용하였을 때 유의한 차이로 감소되었다(p<0.05). 5. 미소 경도값은 15% 과산화수소 10일과 30% 과산화수소 3, 7, 10일 적용 후 유의한 차이로 감소되었다(p<0.05) The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect that various concentration and application time of hydrogen peroxide had on tooth whitening and physical properties. The hydroxyapatite (HA) discs of 12 mm (Φ) x 1.2 mm (t) in dimensions were made by compression (100 kg/㎠) and sintering (at 1350℃ for 2 hours). All specimens were polished sequentially with #240 through #2000 emery paper and one side of each specimen was polished finally with 0.3 ㎛ alumina paste. The discs were placed in sterile whole stimulated saliva overnight at 37℃ in order to form an in vitro pellicle layer. Then the discs were rinsed with distilled water and soaked into staining broth at 37℃ for 7 days. These stained specimens were bleached with hydrogen peroxide according to the change of concentration (3∼30%) and application time (3∼10 days). The specimens were analyzed with a spectrophotometer, X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), surface roughness tester, microhardness tester and biaxial flexural strength. The results of present study can be summarized as follows: 1. The bleaching effect was increased with the increased concentration and the extended application time of hydrogen peroxide. 2. The surface roughness was significantly increased from the specimen bleached with 15% hydrogen peroxide for 10 days and with 30% for 7 and 10 days respectively (p<0.05). 3. The changes of crystal phase observed by XRD between before and after bleaching weren' t shown of any difference, but microporous structure of surface observed by SEM was shown of increase with the increased concentration and the extended application. 4. The biaxial flexural strength was significantly decreased from bleaching of specimen with 30% hydrogen peroxide for 7 and 10 days respectively (p<0.05). 5. Microhardness was significantly decreased from bleaching with 15% hydrogen peroxide for 10 days and with 30% for 3, 7 and 10 days respectively (p<0.05). Although the tooth bleaching effect was greater when the high concentration was applied, further in vivo experiment will be needed to prove it s safety.

        Local administration is closely related with intention of residents. Especially, a plan item is closely related with life of residents. Therefore, it has to be logical and objective solution for opinion convergence. Decision of opinion has to be in a triangular position standard and stand in a trio of criteria in standard. But, opinion convergence of residents very difficult. Recently, the technique of GIS presents method for opinion convergence with logical and objective and scientifically solution. And, this study present method for decision of intention to a complex element with GRID and NETWORK techniques of GIS. This study present optimun site of constructure with the GIS technique in consideration of a side face of transportation, technical, social economy and environments.

        고속액체크로마토그래피-가시선/자외선 검출기를 이용한 Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate 검출 방법 검증과 일부 한국 성인 남성 혈액 중 DEHP 정량

        목적: 이 연구는 HPLC-UV를 이용한 생체 시료 중 저농도의 DEHP 분석법을 CDER 기준에 따라 검증하고 검증된 분석법으로 일부 한국의 혈장 중의 DEHP를 분석하여 인체 노출 정도를 뒷받침할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제시하고자 한다. 방법: 혈액 내 DEHP 정량을 위한 HPLC-UV 정량 분석법을 CDER의 검증 기준인 검량선 및 직선성과 정밀성, 정확성에 대해 시행하였다. 검증된 분석법으로 울산과 춘천 일부 지역의 근로자 30세 이상 60세 이하의 건강한 남성 255명으로부터 채취한 혈액 내 DEHP를 정량하였다. 결과: 혈액 중 DEHP 정량을 위해 사용된 HPLC-UV는 표준액 0∼150 μg/l 에서 직선성을 나타냈다(r²=0.999). 검량한계는 5.22 μg/l , 정량한계는 15.81 μg/l 이었다. 정밀성과 정확도는 2.5 μg/l DEHP 농도에서 첫째 날을 제외하고는 둘째 날과 셋째 날은 CDER 기준에 적합하였다. 50 μg/l 과 150 μg/l DEHP 농도는 모두 CDER 기준에 적합하였다. 대상자의 98 %가 10 μg/l 이하이었고, 85%는 5 μg/l 이하이었고 왼쪽으로 치우친 분포를 나타냈으며, 최고 농도는 18.9 μg/l 이었다. 대상자의 혈액의 DEHP 농도의 기하평균과 기하표준편차는 0.4±1.5 μg/l 이었다. 결론: 본 연구에 사용된 HPLC-UV를 이용한 혈액 중 DEHP 분석법은 CDER 기준에 따라 검증한 결과 정밀도, 정확도, 검출한계 및 정량한계 등 모든 항목에서 기준에 적합하였다. 일부 한국 성인 남자의 혈액 중 DEHP 농도는 0∼18.9 μg/l 이었으며 왼쪽으로 치우친 분포를 나타냈다. Objectives: This study was conducted to validate a simple, rapid and sensitive reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method with UV detector (HPLC-UV) and present the plasma level of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) in some Korean male workers. Methods: HPLC-UV for quantification of plasma DEHP was validated by the following guideline from the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) - calibration/standard curve, precision, accuracy and recovery. Plasma DEHP from 255 healthy Korean male workers aged from 30 to 60 years was analyzed by validated HPLC-UV method. Results: The calibration curve over the range 0∼150 μg/l for the plasma DEHP standard solution showed linearity(r²=0.999). The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) of plasma DEHP were 5.22 μg/l and 15.81 μg/l , respectively. The accuracy and precision for 2.5 μg/l of DEHP were acceptable in CDER guideline on the second and third day but not first day, and those for 50 μg/l and 150 μg/l of DEHP were acceptable on all three days(Ed-confirm this addition). The distribution of plasma DEHP level was skewed to the left and ranged from 0 to 18.9 μg/l. The plasma DEHP level was lower than 10 μg/l for 98 % of subjects and lower than 5 μg/l for 85 %. The geometric mean and standard deviation of plasma DEHP were 0.4±1.5 μg/l. Conclusions: The HPLC-UV method for quantification of plasma DEHP was acceptable by CDER guideline. The plasma DEHP of 255 Korean male workers ranged from 0 to 18.9 μg/l and the distribution was skewed to the left.

        포괄적 보육서비스를 위한 지역보육정보센터 프로그램의 개발

        The purpose of this study lies in developing a local educare information center program used for comprehensive day care service, which can satisfy local desire for daycaring and support a community, together with children of day-care age, their parents, and their homes. Through literature research, desire investigation, and day-care specialists' conferences, the study divided the concept of day-care service into three large indexes-children, parents and homes, and a community. The service area for children includes developmental, individual, and specific desire service; the service area for parents and homes has parental participation, parental counseling, and parental training, home-supporting service; the service area for a community has local public information, local participation, use of local resources, local public service. By the way, all of them are medium indexes, and their organization has required small indexes respectively. According to the concept model of comprehensive day care service, the study selected as a dimension the two places for this program and then developed this program for supporting day-care facilities and also, supporting children, homes and a community. Therefore, the program has consisted of 'Furnishing educare information and counseling', 'Training day-care workers', 'Managing a day-care library', 'Children' education and counseling service', 'Parents' training and counseling service', and 'Inter-local exchange.' And each project has its own concrete program and managerial method.

        HSDPA 모뎀용 동기추적회로의 설계 및 성능분석

        본 논문에서는 3GPP HSDPA 모뎀용 비동기식 동기추적회로를 설계하고, 설계된 동기추적회로에 대하여 정상상태 지터 분산과 타이밍 에러의 과도응답 특성을 이론적으로 분석하였다. 우선 AWGN 환경에서의 지터 분산을 펄스성형 필터, 타이밍 오프셋, 신호 대 잡음비, 루프 대역폭에 대한 식으로 유도하였으며, 과도응답특성 또한 이론적으로 해석하였다. 끝으로 설계된 동기추적회로의 성능을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 확인하였다. In this paper, a non-coherent code tracking loop is designed for 3GPP HSDPA MODEM and its performance is analyzed in terms of steady-state jitter variance and transient response characteristics. Analytical closed-form formula for steady-state jitter variance is first derived for AWGN environments as a function of pulse-shaping filter, timing offset, signal-to-interference ratio, and loop bandwidth. Also obtained is the transient response characteristic of a tracking loop. Finally, the performance of the designed tracking loop is confirmed by computer simulations.

Recently, a slope analysis tend to use the digital elevation model rater than the traditional map sheet. But a terrain slope analysis by the digital elevation model depends on grid size of the digital elevation model. Hence the effect of a slope analysis by the digital elevation model is a important factor. In this study, therefor, in order to determine a hydrological parameter and a terrain parameter for simulation of the water quality and the hydrological property, we adapted two sample area that are the Nerin stream of the basin of the Soyang lake and a Osip stream of Samchuk, and its individual coverages are 640㎢ and 33㎢. Also to analyze the effect of grid size in the slope of a basin, we apply DEM changing a grid size respectively at intervals of 100m from 100 m to 1,00m fur the Nerin stream basin and at intervals of 10 m from 20 m to ,)00 m for the Osip stream basin
