        전문수기마사지 동작 중 원형강찰법에 대한 동작 및 가압력 분석

        In this study, the circular friction massage technique was performed on the trapezius, the levator scapulae, and the deltoid muscles to collect the information on massage pressures and positions, and thus to utilize it in professional massage system design. Massage motion was measured with the 3-D motion capture system and finger pressures were simultaneously obtained with grip sensors. Massage motions, pressure patterns, and pressure times were different on each muscle, and the motion trajectory was similar to the ellipsoidal shape. The trapezius had higher pressure, longer massage time, and larger impulse than other muscles. These results could be useful to design a massage system based on biomechanical analysis. In order to improve massage effect, it is also strongly recommended that the tip of the system be similar with that of a human thumb in shape and material.

        등척성 요추 신전운동 시 중앙주파수와 토크의 특성

        국부적 근 피로는 근전도 신호의 저주파역으로의 천이, 특히 중앙주파수의 감소로 특징된다. 여러 운동각도(0$^{\circ}$, 12$^{\circ}$, 36$^{\circ}$, 72$^{\circ}$)에서 등척성 요추신전운동을 수행하는 동안 근 피로에 따른 근전도 신호의 중앙주파수와 토크의 특성을 살펴보고자 총 20명 (평균 연령 24.35$\pm$2.70세)의 건강i한 피검자를 대상으로 본 실험연구를 수행하였다. 근전도 신호로부터 FFT를 사용하여 중앙주파수를 추출하였으며 선형회귀분석을 통해서 시간에 따른 초기중앙주파수의 초기값과 기울기를 계산하였다. 중앙주파수의 기울기와 토크의 기울기에 대한 상관관계를 정량화하기 위해서 피어슨 상관계수를 적용하였다 중앙주파수의 기울기(p〈0.656)나 v-절편(p〈0.609), 피로지수(p〈0.555)에서는 요추의 각도 타이에 영향을 받지 않아 유의한 차이가 없었으며. 토크의 기울기. 피로지수 역시 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 토크의 y-절편에서는 차이(p〈0.04)가 나타나서, 근육의 길이 증가와 자세변화가 토크에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 개인간의 중앙주파수와 토크의 기울기에는 상관관계가 낮았으나, 개인 내에서 중앙주파수와 토크의 시계열 변화에는 유의한 상관관계(0.682)가 있음을 알 수 있었다. Localized muscle fatigue can be identified by a downward shift of the EMG frequency typically represented by a fall in the median frequency The Present experimental study was Performed to investigate the time change of the median frequency and the muscle torque during maximal isometric back extension exercises at different exercise angles (0$^{\circ}$, 12$^{\circ}$, 36$^{\circ}$and 72$^{\circ}$) Twenty heath subjects (mean age : 24.35 $\pm$ 2.70) were Participated in this study Median frequency was extracted from EMG signals by employing the fast Fourier transform. Initial median frequency and the slope of median frequency was not significantly correlated with the muscle torque. Pearson's Product moment correlation was used to quantify the relationship between slopes of median frequency and torque. The results may suggest that the exorcise angle during maximal isometric back extension exercises does not affect the slopes of the median frequency and torque, and y-intercept of the median frequency among exercise angles There was no significant correlation between slopes of median frequency and torque. But there was a moderate correlation between median frequency and torque at each exercise angle. In conclusion, the exercise angle during maximal isometric back extension exercise is not a direct effect on slopes of median frequency and torque. But results showed that the shift of median frequency and torque shift were highly correlated in all subjects.

        합금도금강판의 수적에 의한 표면층의 부식기구에 관한 연구

        Since the early 1980's the use of zinc-aluminum alloy-coated steel sheet(Galvalume) for vehicular corrosion protection has increased drastically. It is consisting of 55%Al-43.4% Zn-1.6%Si. Galvalume has a good corrosion resistance, heat reflectivity and shiny appearance, which has a dendritic structure of alloy layer. It has a good corrosion resistance due to dendritic structure. But, this also has a weak point against moisture during long period of transportation as sheeted and or coiled without any relation of chromating on the surface of steel sheet or not because of high humidity and temperature. Here, We studied the corrosion mechanism by the moisture.

        일본시장에 수출된 여러나라의 냉동돈육 품질 비교

        N/A For the quality comparison of frozen porks exported to Japanese market, American, Taiwanese, Canadian, and Japanese frozen pork loins were analyzed. In chemical composition, there were significant differences in moisture and fat contents. The fat content of Taiwanese is remarkably higher than that of the others. In physicochemical properties, Canadian pork loin was darker than the others. There was no significant difference in pH and all the pork loins showed normal pH. Canadian and Taiwan pork loins had higher TBA(thiobarbituric acid) values and drip loss than American and Japanese pork loins but there was no significant difference in VBN (volatile basic nitrogen). 1n the results of surface bacetrial wants analysis, all the pork loins were in good condition, showing 10²∼10⁴CFU/㎠ in total froml counts. Canadian pork loin had the lowest froml counts (10²CFU/㎠). In sensory test, there were significant differences in tenderness and juiciness. Canadian and Taiwanese pork loins had lower scores than American and Japanese pork loins. There were no significant differences in aroma and flavor.

        Diazinon이 Mouse의 간세포내 미세구조에 미치는 영향

        The organic phosphorus compounds have been widely used as an insecticide, since toxicity of these compounds is especially drastic to the insects than to men and other mammals. The organic phosphates are rapidly hydrolized and hence have little cumulative and ecologic effects. However, due to their acute toxic effects organophosphate have recorded rather high fatalities in men and domestic animals. The organic phosphorus compounds are powerful inhibitors to the carboxylic esterase enzymes such as acetylcholinesterase and pseudocholinesterase. As a result of firm binding characteristics of phosphate radicals to the active sites of enzyme, the activities of these enzymes are inhibited by the organophosphates. The organophosphates such as diazinon is easily observed from skin, gastrointestinal tract, conjunctivas and respiratory tract, and it is converted to more toxic form during metabolism in the liver The present study was carried out in order to investigate the hepatotoxicity of diazinon by observing the changes in the ultrastructure of cytoplasmic organelles of hepatic cells in albino mice. The animals were killed at 6, 12 and 24 hours after administration of 25mg/kg diazinon. The piece of hepatic tissue obtained from each animal was ultrathinly sectioned. The specimens stained by uranyl acetate and lead citrate double contrast methods were observed with JEM model 100B electron microscope. The results obtained were as follows: 1) A prominent dilatation and sacculation of the cisternae of rough endoplasmic reticulum associated with detachment of membrane bound-ribosomes, and disaggregation of the free ribosomes were recognized. 2) The hypertrophy of the smooth endoplasmic reticulum associated with depletion of the glycogen particles was observed. 3) The atrophy of cisternae of Golgi complex was observed. 4) A large number of secondary lysosomes (autophagic vacuoles and residual bodies) were formed. Consequently it is suggested that diazinon would induce disorganization of the cytoplasmic organelles of hepatocytes in albino mice.

        일본시장에 수출된 여러나라의 냉장돈육 품질 비교

        N/A For the quality comparison of porks exported to Japanese market, American, Taiwanese, Canadian, Korean chilled pork loins and Danish frozen pork loin were analyzed. There were significant differences in the chemical compositions which seemed to be due to the different processing methods. In color, Korean and American pork loins were darker than the others and Canadian pork loin was the lightest among them. Danish pork loin showed the lowest pH(5.16), American pork loin the highest pH(6.12), and the others normal pH. In fatty acid composition, Canadian and Korean pork loins had higher ratio of unsaturated to saturated fatty acids, than the others. American pork loin had the highest linoleic acid ratio. In the results of surface bacterial counts analysis, American and Canadian pork loins(30 days old after slaughter) and Taiwanese pork loin(25 days old after slaughter) showed the early stage of spoilage(10^6CFU/㎠). Korean pork loin(18 days old after slaughter) was in good condition, showing 10⁴CFU/㎠ in total bacterial counts. Danish frozen pork loin had very low bacterial counts(10²CFU/㎠). In triangle test, all the combination had significant difference except Korea-Taiwan and Korea-Denmark combination. In descriptive analysis, American pork loin resulted in the highest tenderness score and Danish the lowest score. In juiciness, American pork loin had the highest score and Danish the lowest score. The low scores in tenderness and juiciness of the Danish pork loin were probably due to freezing and thawing process. There was no significant difference in flavor. Korean pork loin had lower score in tenderness and in juiciness than any other chilled pork loin.
