Study on Logistics Cooperation between Shandong and South Korea

With the rapid economy and trade development between South Korea and Shandong, strengthening logistics cooperation of both sides is becoming increasingly important. At present, the slower logistics system and co-operation can’t catch up with the quick development of bilateral trade. To promote logistics cooperation and development, this article explores the current situation and existing problems in the logistics cooperation between South Korea and Shandong, and gives recommendations so as to further boost trade development between two sides.

<P><B>Through metal‐assisted chemical etching (MaCE), superior purification of dirty Si is observed</B>, from 99.74 to 99.9884% for metallurgical Si and from 99.999772 to 99.999899% for upgraded metallurgical Si. In addition, large area of silicon nanowires (SiNW) are fabricated. The purification effect induces a ∼35% increase in photocurrent for SiNW based photoelectrochemical cell.</P>
Local Bearing Capacity of Steel Beams with Corrugated Webs

Nine specimens were tested to investigate the local bearing capacity of steel beams with corrugated webs. Then, the infl uence of diff erent load distribution widths on local bearing capacity was studied. Results showed that the failure modes of the specimens were web yielding and changed from brittle failure to plastic failure at increased distribution width. The ultimate bearing capacities were higher than those of steel beams with plate webs. Meanwhile, the loading course, ultimate load and failure modes were closely simulated through the fi nite element method, and parameter analysis was performed, the result of which verifi ed the decreased capacity of the sparse waveforms. The design expression of the local bearing capacity under diff erent load distribution widths were obtained on the basis of these results and applied to crane beams with corrugated webs. The calculated results compared with fi nite element analysis and experimental results suggested the correctness and reliability of the design expression.
Photoelectrochemical hydrogen evolution of tapered silicon nanowires

<P>The origin of the photocurrent enhancement and the overpotential reduction in solar water splitting employing nanostructured silicon is still a matter of debate. A set of tapered Si nanowires (SiNWs) has been designed for clarifying the impact of nanostructured Si on the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) while precisely tailoring several interference factors such as surface area, light absorption and surface defect density. We find that defect passivation by KOH achieved by tapering is much more beneficial than the optical gain. Surfactant-mediated modification of SiNWs is capable of engineering the band structure. In this study, inspired by ‘‘micro-explosion” strategies, a separation membrane with high porosity andpermeability, and highly efficient separation performance was prepared. With the use of polyvinylidenefluoride (Solvay6015) as membrane material, azodicarbonamide (AC) as an ‘‘explosion center point” tothe casting membrane solution, and NaOH as an ‘‘external stimulus” in the coagulation bath, the twochemicals undergo in-situ foaming reaction to form a loose nanofiltration membrane. FTIR, XPS, andTGA results demonstrated that the decomposition of AC was complete, which produced gases thatincreased the porosity of the membrane. The optimized membrane has a higher flux(101.72 L m2 h1 at 0.3 Mpa), higher negative surface charge, and better mechanical properties underthe premise of separating CR/NaCl. In the separation of pollutants with different molecular weights,the permeation flux of the optimized membrane increased by more than double. This foaming technologywas also applied to another membrane material, ethylene vinyl alcohol, from which we found that themembrane also had higher porosity and better permeability. Together, this paper presents an in-situfoaming method for preparing separation membranes and lays the foundation for solving the trade-offbetween membrane permeability and rejection in dye/salt separation.
Safety Evaluation In Vitro of Enterococcus durans from Tibetan Traditional Fermented Yak Milk

Despite its ubiquity in fermented dairy products, the safety of lactic acid enterococcal bacteria remains controversial. In this study, five Enterococcus durans strains – A1, A2, B1, B2, and C1 – were isolated from traditional fermented yak milk from Tibet. To evaluate the strains’ safety, biogenic amine production, antibiotic resistance and presence of known virulence determinants were investigated. Strain A1 can produce biogenic amines for histamine, spermine, and spermidine (mean values: 8.64, 8.31, and 0.30 mg/L, respectively). Polymerase chain reaction amplification for Strain A1 found genes involved in expression of gelatinase (gleE), cytolysin (cylA, cylB, and cylM), sex pheromones (ccf and cpd) and cell wall adhesion (efaA). Strain A2 showed sensitivity or intermediate resistance to all tested antibiotics, and no virulence determinants except gelE and ccf, but did produce tyramine at a relatively high level (912.02 mg/L). Both strains B1 and B2 could produce histamine (10.43 and 10.56 mg/L, respectively), and showed vancomycin resistance; B1 also produced tyramine (504.02 mg/L). Strain C1 could produce all five biogenic amines tested in the study – putrescine, histamine, tyramine, spermine, and spermidine; concentrations were 6.51, 9.59, 205.85, 5.55, and 5.39 mg/L, respectively. All E. durans strains found in Tibetan traditional fermented yak milk thus offer potential risk.
