In this study, the piezoelectric energy harvester was investigated employing the pillar structure with the diameter size of 50~500 um. Usually, the aspect ratio between the height and diameter was related with the piezoelectric performance. High aspect ratio was showed the low electric noise and high piezoelectric properties than low aspect ratio. Therefore, we have selected the Su-8 photo-resist and modified lithography process to manufacture the pillar structure with height above the 250 ${\mu}m$. In this presentation, we will report the process and properties of micro pillar structure based on the PMN-PZT (Pb$(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$-PbZrTiO$_3$) materials.

Purpose: OncoHepa test is a multigene expression profile test developed for assessment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) prognosis. Multiplication of α-FP, des-γ-carboxy prothrombin (DCP) and tumor volume (TV) gives the α-FP-DCP-volume (ADV) score, which is also developed for assessment of HCC prognosis. Methods: The predictive powers of OncoHepa test and ADV score were validated in 35 patients who underwent curative hepatic resection for naïve solitary HCCs ≤5 cm. Results: Median tumor diameter was 3.0 cm. Tumor recurrence and patient survival rates were 28.6% and 100% at 1 year, 48.6% and 82.9% at 3 years, and 54.3% and 71.4% at 5 years, respectively. The site of first tumor recurrence was the remnant liver in 18, lung in 1, and the peritoneum in 1. All patients with HCC recurrence received locoregional treatment. OncoHepa test showed marginal prognostic significance for tumor recurrence and patient survival. ADV score at 4log also showed marginal prognostic difference with respect to tumor recurrence and patient survival. Combination of these 2 tests resulted in greater prognostic significance for both tumor recurrence (P = 0.046) and patient survival (P = 0.048). Conclusion: Both OncoHepa test and ADV score have considerably strong prognostic power, thus individual and combined findings of OncoHepa test and ADV score will be helpful to guide postresection surveillance in patients with solitary HCCs ≤5 cm.

Eriocaulon sieboldianum (ES) is used in traditional oriental medicine for various medicinal purposes including headache, toothache, and inflammation. However, the anti-cancer effect of the ES is still not fully understood. In the present study, the human leukemia cell line HL-60 was used to characterize the apoptotic effects of ES. ES induced cytotoxicity of HL-60 cells in a doseand time-dependent manner. ES induced the generation of reactive oxygen species, and the release of cytochrome c in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, we showed that ES-induced apoptosis was accompanied by activation of caspase-3. Taken together, our results demonstrate that ES possesses anti-cancer activity in HL-60 cells.

오픈 소스 기반의 딥러닝을 이용하여 냉장고 속 상한 식자재와 상하지 않은 식자재 각각의 class를 만들고, Efficientdet D0 네트워크 기반 알고리즘을 미세조정하여 식자재들의 상한 여부와 이름을 알아내는 것을 실험해본다. 실험하면서 나온 정확도로 성능을 향상시키는 것이 목표이다. Using open source-based deep learning, we experiment to create each class of spoiled and intact food materials in the refrigerator, and fine-tune the Efficientdet D0 network-based algorithm to find out whether or not the food materials are spoiled. The goal is to improve performance with the accuracy from the experiment.

LP가스 연료사용 자동차의 국내외 안전관리현황 비교 연구

본 연구에서는 국내외 LPG 자동차 보급 및 안전관리현황 비교ㆍ분석을 통해 국내 LPG 자동차 관련 안전성확보 방향을 제시하였다. 국내 LPG 자동차에 대한 안전관리실태 조사결과 LPG 자동차의 안전성 확보를 위한 제도와 관리실태가 미흡하였고, 실제 약 5천여대의 LPG 자동차에 대한 가스누출 점검결과 약 4% 정도가 누출되고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 LPG 자동차 관련 안전성향상을 위해 국외에서 운영중인 안전기준을 국내에 적용할 필요성을 확인하였다. 따라서, 국내 LPG 자동차 관련 안전성확보 방향으로 최근 경형승용자동차 등에 대한 LPG 연료사용 허용으로 더욱 위험성이 증대된 지하주차공간에 대한 환기 등 시설기준의 개선, 그리고 LPG 자동차 확인 스티커 부착의무화 등 관리체계 개선방안을 제시하였다. This thesis suggests ways for ensuring the safety of domestic autogas (liquefied petroleum gas) vehicles by conducting comparison and analysis on the status of market diffusion and safety management scheme in foreign countries as well as in Korea. According to the result of the survey on the status of domestic autogas safety management, the national scheme to secure the safety of autogas vehicles seems neither well-organized nor sufficiently-controlled. Actually, the gas leakage check-ups conducted for 5,000 autogas cars revealed that about 4 percent of them had leakage problems. As a result, it was acknowledged that the autogas safety regulations being operated in advanced countries need to be selectively introduced for the domestic autogas industry. Consequently, in line with the recent permission to use autogas as a fuel for subcompact cars etc., this thesis is recommending some methods to enhance the safety management scheme for autogas cars such as the amendment of facility regulations including the ventilation of underground parking lots, mandatory attachment of labels claiming autogas cars and indicating periodical inspections etc.

본 연구에서는 LPG 자동차 운전자 교육생 544명을 대상으로 자동차의 가스누출 위험성 인식 및 반응형태 등 운전자의 안전의식 수준을 조사하였다. 전체 응답자의 63%는 LPG 자동차의 가스누출 위험성을 인식하고 있었으며, 79%가 지상주차를 선호하는 것으로 응답하였다. 지하주차장에 대한 주차 제한 필요성에 대해서는 전체 응답자의 58%가 필요하다고 응답하였는 데, 50대 이상 응답자의 71%, 지하주차시 위험성을 인식하고 있다고 응답한 운전자의 73%가 필요하다고 응답하였다. 또한 가스누출 위험성을 인식하고 있다고 응답한 운전자는 지상주차를 선호하고, 지상주차를 선호한 응답자는 지하주차시 위험성 인식과 주차제한 필요성을 상대적으로 크게 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 가스누출 위험성을 인식하고 있는 운전자가 그렇지 않은 운전자에 비해 상대적으로 위험대비 의식이 높기 때문인 것으로 분석된다. In this study, we surveyed 544 drivers, who had taken the education course for autogas car drivers, to figure out their safety awareness status including the recognition of hazards of gas leaking from autogas cars and response attitude toward them. As a result of the survey, we found out that 63% of the responders recognized the hazards of gas leakage and 79% preferred parking in the aboveground areas. For the necessity of introducing restrictions on autogas cars parking in underground lots, 58% of all responders answered yes while 71% of the responders aged over fifties and 73% of them who responded to have known the hazards of parking in underground answered in the affirmative. Furthermore, we found out that responders who had recognized the hazards preferred aboveground parking areas, and the responders who had preferred the aboveground recognized the hazards of parking autogas cars underground and felt the necessity of restricting them from parking in underground relatively high. Through the analysis of these results, we can analyse that the drivers who are aware of the hazards of gas leakage have higher safety attitude for hazards than the other drivers who are not aware of them.
