        The fundamental way in which fiber reinforced composites differ from conventional engineering materials such as metals is that the material properties are highly directional. This anisotropy affects the way in which the materials are used and the way in which the directions of the individual plies are selected. The stiffness properties needed for a plane-stress analysis are the modulus in the fiber direction E11, the modulus transverse to the fiber direction E22, the in-plane shear modulus G12, and one of the in-plane Poisson ratios ν12 and ν21. These properties are routinely characterized by laboratory experiments. Testing methods are examined to investigate mechanical characteristics of advanced composites, and basic properties are measured. Especially, the testing preparation, test processing, and results are examined in detail.

      • Pyrantel Pamoate (Combantrin)에 依한 蛔蟲 및 鉤蟲感染의 集團治療

        The mass treatment trial of pyrantel pamoate on Ascaris lumbricoides and Ancylostoma duodenale infections was carried out to school-children and inhabitants in rural areas in the central part of Korea. Pyrantel pamoate ("Combantrin") tablet (123 mg base) was administered as a single dose of 10. 0 mg per kg. body weight to a total of 4,198 Ascaris infected cases selected out of 4,436 (41. 6%) positives, who were screened from the total 10,660 collected stool specimens. Of these, only 3,169. cases were followed up after treatment to provide an analysis in this study. Incidentally 161 cases with concomittently infected hookworm were also subjected to assess the efficacy of pyrantel pamoate against A. duodenale. The egg negative conversion rate on A. lumbricoides was 95.3%, and on A. duodenale, 97.5% four weeks following treatment. In failed cases, the egg reduction rates on both of the infections were 97.6% and 97.3% respectively. No side effects and no problem in drug administration were demonstrated. It is concluded that this study confirms the high efficacy of pyrantel pamoate in the treatment of Ascaris lumbricoides and Ancylostoma duodenale infections and also proves the acceptability and safety of this drug in the mass treatment of ascariasis in a population with relatively high worm burden.

      • 협동학습이 자연과 학업성취 및 과학태도에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to manifest the effect of STAD cooperative learning which has not yet been explained in cooperative learning of an elementary school, on the academic achievement in science and science related attitudes. Therefore, in order to achieve that purpose, I established the following issues of study. First: What effect does STAD cooperative learning have on the elementary school students' academic achievement in science? Second: What effect does STAD cooperative learning have on the elementary school students' science related attitudes? The results of the study are as follows. First, while it was proven that the effect of STAD cooperative learning on academic achievement in science had no significant difference in pre·post achievement levels for both the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group showed larger changes in the mean value than control group; it can be inferred that classes to which cooperative learning is applied is more effective than traditional science classes. Second, in regard with the effect of STAD cooperative learnign on science related attitudes, while there was a significant difference between the experimental group and control group in pre examination, there was no significant difference, which means STAD cooperative learning does have effect on science related attitudes. In conclusion, the results of this study manifest that STAD cooperative learning is effective for science related attitudes in elementary school science classes, and assume that it can be effective for academic achievement.

      • FeCoB계 아몰퍼스 자성박막의 임피던스효과에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we has studied frequency dependence of impedance of FeCoB amorphous magnetic films. First, we investigated optimal composition and sputtering conditions for fabrication of zero magnetostrictive amorphous magnetic films. (Fe_(1-x)Co_x)_79Si_2B_19 was selected as the basic composition and then, the films were fabricated with x=0.94 and 0.95 respectively by using sputtering method at high frequency. In order to relieve the internal pressure and derive the magneto-anisotropic. we annealed the films in about 150[Oe] of magnetic field and in the range(280℃, 300℃ and 320℃ respectively) of crystallization temperature(360℃). In addition, we annealed the films under non-magnetic field and near crystallization temperatures (283℃/30min, 400℃/30min and 400℃/1hr respectively) in order to decrease magnetoanisotropic. Then, we investigated magnetic properties including magneto-impedence and inductance. As the results, we found excellent magnetic characteristics and high impedence changing rate(4.52[%/Oe]) when we fabricated a sample under the condition that input power 400[W], Ar gas pressure 6.4[mTorr]. sputtering time 30[min] and annealing time 30[min] at 300[℃] in 150[Oe] magnetic field Especially, the impedence changing rate which was basic characteristic of Ml element was 4.52[%/Oe] for x=0.94. Moreover, the inductance values of the samples annealed at 400[℃/30min] were higher by 132[%] to 197[%] than those of the non-annealed samples. In addition, the quality factor Q was below 0.7 for all samples. Consequently, we find that the zero magnetostrictive amorphous magnetic film can be used as a magnetic sensor material.

      • 전문 런닝화 개발을 위한 런닝화 화형 분석 : 2000년 런닝화를 중심으로

        This study was designed to investigate the problem of the existing Running Standard Last for the Male adult and to suggest some useful information for the better design development and construction of running shoes last. The subjects for this study are based on 4 male adults who had the running pattern of rearfoot strike with normal feet. 51 separate measurements of four lasts of running shoe with N, R, AD, AS brand were tested using a 3-mentional measurement. Four running shoes and a barefoot were measured using a pressure distribution measurement. The findings of the study were as follows 1) The N running shoes last was larger than those for R, AD and AS the standard in the 8 items. The AS running shoes last was larger than those of N, R, AD last in the 8 items. The R's last was the biggest in short heel girth and long heel girth. The AD's last was the biggest in seat length and firth toe height 2) In the regional peak pressure of the running sheos, the barefoot and brand running shoes showed the biggest pressure distribution in the hallux, There were the slightest pressure in the medial midfoot and lateral midfoot. 3) The instance of regional peak pressure, the barefoot and the running shoes showed earlier peak pressure for the lateral heel. It was barely possible to measure pressure distribution in medial midfoot. 4) In the light of time percentage of peak pressure distribution measurement in each mask, N running shoes showed the longest time in medial heel, lateral heel, medial midfoot, lateral metatarsal and lateal toes, AD running shoes showed the longest in first metatarsal, second metatarsal and hallux, R running, the longest in second toes. 5) In the maximum force for pressure distribution, barefeet showed the biggest pressure distribution in second metatarsal and R, AD running shoes the biggest in first metatarsal, respectively. 6) In the time of peak pressure distribution measurement, barefeet quickly showed peak pressure distribution in the lateral midfoot. Simultaneously, N. R, AD and AS's running shoes showed peak pressure distribution with barefeet. 7) In the characteristic of the new last's model, bottom length resulted in 276.00mm, stick length 283.29mm, 70% ball mirth 255.12mm, bottom width 91.21mm, toe thickness 30.00mm.

      • Pyrantel Pamoate(Combantrin)에 依한 蛔蟲症의 減量療法

        The mass treatment trial with low dosage of pyrantel pamoate against Ascaris lumbricoides infection was conducted to school children in rural areas of Korea. A comparative trial in the use of piperazine salt, santonin-kainic acid complex in the treatment of ascariasis was also attempted to evaluate the efficacy of' pyrantel pamoate. A total of 804 Ascaris infected school children selected out of 822-positives, who were screened from the total 1, 699 collected specimens, were classified into 7 groups. One of the three kinds of anthelmintics, i.e., pyrantel pamoate, piperazine adipate and santonin-kainic acid complex was administered to each group according to the planned regimen. For the evaluation, the egg negative conversion rate(cure rate) and egg reduction rate were calculated 4 weeks after treatment on 623 follow-up cases with the obtained results from the stool examinations (Cellophane Thick Smear Method and Stoll's Egg Counting Technique). The results obtained were; 1. The egg negative conversion rate was the highest in pyrantel treated groups (Group 1, 2, 3), santonin-kainic acid complex treated group (Group 7) coming next, and the lowest in piperazine treated groups (Group 4, 5, 6). 2. The reduction rates were also obtained just as the same order of the above results. 3. Among the pyrantel pamoate treated groups, the low dosage groups (Group 2 8: 3) showed 90.6% and 85.7% of negative conversion rate, and 99. 2% and 98. 2% of reduction rate respectively, while 94.1% of negative conversion rate and 97.9% of reduction rate were obtained in the conventional dosage group (Group 1). 4. On the analysis of efficacy in the groups treated with piperazine adipate, the best results were. shown in 2 or 3 consecutively treated groups (Group 4 &.- 6) under the supervision of qualified doctors, and the worst was in the group treated with 2 consecutive administration by teachers without supervision (Group 5). 5. The side reactions were so negligible in all the trial groups that none of the treated cases complained about the known side effect of those anthelmintics. From the present study, it can be suggested that the pyrantel pamoate is the most effective among three drugs, and also be recommended to apply the low dosage schedule of pyrantel pamoate in the masstreatment of ascariasis to reduce the expense of masstreatment.

        독일 문예이론이 한국문학에 끼친 영향에 대한 비판적 고찰 : 게오르크 루카치의 경우

        Georg Lukacs ist einer der einflußreichsten Literaturtheoretiker in Korea. Bis Mitte der 80er Jahre des letzten Jahrhunderts konnte man aber uber ihn nicht offentlich diskutieren wegen der Unterdruckung der Linden durch die militarische Diktatur. Und es ist gerade die Eignetumlichkeit seiner Rezeption in Korea, daß diese eher von den linken Literaturkritikern geleistet wurde als von den fahigeren Germanistikern. Unter den Einspruchen gegen Lukacs' Theorie spielten wohl die von Brecht und Adorno die vichtigste Rolle in Korea. Brechts Kritik, daß Lukacs Klassenkampf vergißt, reproduziert sich hier, wie im Ostblock, als die gegen seinen sogenannten Revisionismus, die spater in der leninistischen Partei-Literaturtheorie Resultiert. Letztere ruft heftige Reaktion auf der Seite der liberalistischen Kritiker hervor, die in dem Radikalismus der Literaturbewegung nur die verdeckte Begierde nach Hegemonie sehen mochten. Die Forderung der Gestaltung des Typischen -ein Kern von Lukacs' Realismustheorie- bildet die widerspruchslose Grundlage der Debatten zwischen radikalen Kritikern der 80er jahre, obwohl man mit zima den Verdacht der Eindeutigkeitsmythologie erheben kann, hinter dem Adorno steht. Aber jeder Vertreter der Literaturgruppen gibt andere Konstellation von Typen zu erkennen als die in der damaligen Situation der Veranderungsbewegung treffendste, was ein notwendiges Resultat der Theorie des Typischen ist, die immer mit der Wirklichkeit konfrontiert werden muß. Und die literaturpolitische Anregungskraft des Radikalen verfluchtigte sich mit der Verdunkelung der Perspektive der baldigen Umwalzung in Korea. Aber die wesentlichen Elemente von Lukacs' Literaturtheorie haben großere Tragjahigkeit und Dauerhaftigkeit bewiesen als jenes System, das ihm mehr Ehre gegeben hat als den Vorwurf des Revisionisten. Deren Lebenskraft stammt aus der repressiven kapitalistischen Wirklichkeit, und zwar aus ihrer Elastizitat, die von der materialistischen Dialektik nicht getrennt werden kann, und die sich z. B. in den differenzierten Bestimmungen vom Sieg des Rialismus klar darstellt, der auch in Korea einen heißen Streitpunkt gebildet hat.

        포도종실 추출물이 Methylcellulose 필름 성질에 미치는 영향

        The film with methylcellulose(MC) and grape seed extract(GSE) were prepared by casting their aqueous solution at 80℃ and drying at 23℃ for 48 hrs. Effect of grape seed extract(GSE) on the barrier permeabilities and the thermomechanical property of methylcellulose(MC) film was studied. The barrier permeabilities and the thermomechanical property of MC film containing various contents of GSE were evaluated in terms of water vapor, oxygen permeabilities, and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA). The rate of water vapor permeability of MC film decreased with GSE contnets in the MC films. Also, the rate of oxygen permeability also decreased with GSE contents indicating higher oxygen barrier property of MC film. The results showed that GSE had a good miscibility with MC and acted as a plasticizer for MC film resuling in lowering the glass transition temperature of the film.

        Various approaches can be used to study a special field such as biomechanical aspects of marathon shoes. A runner who wants to buy a pair of running shoes is confronted with a wide range of models, ranging from inexpensive to expensive, from soft to hard, and from red to yellow. These marathon shoes may have special features like wedges or exchangeable damping elements which visually underline the special quality of the shoes. Advertisements for running shoes in marathoner's magazines explain their products by using words such as "support", "rearfoot control", "cushioning", "shock distributor" and "heel stabilizer". One aspect of marathon shoes biomechanical design is the protection and /or the reduction of injuries. In other words, it is aspect of forces acting on the human body, and also the effects these forces produce in this system. The problems can be studied using theoretical techniques using mathematical models and some of these are discussed int below. A marathon shoe must fit not only overall length and ball width, but with respect to several other aspects such as the instep, arch, top lines, and heel and toe curve. A marathon shoes must fit your biomechanical needs very, very well. Match the support in the shoe as closely as possible to your pronation factor, or how much motion your feet experience when on the ground. Marathon shoes must fit your feet even better than the proverbial glove. They swell from the ramped-up circulation that accompanies continuous activity, and may actually spread out a bit as the 26 bones and dozens of tendons, ligaments and muscles in each foot adapt to several hours of pounding. Marathon shoes should be racing flats only if you think you can win. What makes no sense is to think that is significant when compared with how hard your shoes have to work during the last few miles to support your rapidly fading body. Lightweight shoes mean lightweight support. A large variety of elements which have various names, such as inserts, arch supports, arch cookies, orthotics, and orthoses, can be put into a shoes. The inserts for the sports shoe market consist of many different types of plastics and E.V.A(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate). Another type of insert is the built-in insert which is incorporated into or onto the sole of the shoe. This is a rather rare form of conventional shoe construction. Changes in midsole geometry and material are only one of various strategies which can be used to alter the properties of a running shoe. Heel counters, heel stabilizers, insoles, inserts, additional wedges, and different lasts are some additional strategies used in running shoe construction. Many of them are used in combination with others which may introduce additional problems in quantifying their effects. An athlete can use external elements to influence load and stress on his body. The two most important ones are the running shoe and the surface. On the other hand, he or she can use internal elements which anre muscles, tendons, ligaments, and so forth, and his or her running style. Careful exercise and control of these elements is an important factor in the attempt to reduce running injuries.
