모드해석 데이터를 이용한 파라미터 개선법

Model parameter updating procedure using a structural model is based on the discrepancies between analytical and experimental results. In this paper, several beam models are utilized to detect modal frequency differences and errors in physical parameters, Young's modulus and mass density, are calculated using the differences. Impact test is carried out for simple beam and beams with 1, 3, 7 holes to obtain natural frequencies and mode shapes. Updated parameters are compared with those of analytical model to check the effect of the holes. The results show that the beam with holes become weak because of the effect of the holes. The results of this research can be used to calculate the updated mass and stiffness matrices to update modal data.

B-TREE를 이용한 SEARCHING과 DELETION ALGORITHM에 관한 연구

본 논문은 Thread pointer를 만들지 않고 thread된 link구조에서 Lift와 Right pointer만 가지고 Disk 상에서 B-tree를 구축하는 Creation Algorithm과 특정한 node를 찾는 Searching Algorithm을 구축하고 구축된 B-tree에서 특정한 node를 Delete하는 Deletion Algorithm을 제시하였다. 제시된 Creation-Algorithm은 Deletion시 Deletion 으로 인한 tree의 level이 증가함으로써 효율이 떨어지는 것을 방지하였고 recovery도 가능케 하였다. 또한, 제시된 Algorithm을 비교 검토함으로써 그 효율성을 입증하였다.

시판 Nylon Stocking에 관한 연구 : band stocking을 중심으로 In Priority Band Stocking

As commercial Band stockings are one of the high-demanded feminine clothes and agree on the consumer's wearing aim to express the beautiful legs. This study examined on stocking-wearing and a physical ability with three subjects of more or less different sizes to contribute to improving quality by studying the elements which spoil the external appearance in wearing stockings in consideration of the adaptation rate of human body. The results are as follows. Because stockings were circular in shape their elongation in static pose depended on the shape of subjects' legs, and each elongation of the samples was against of the size : Multi > Support > Mono. In the variation of stockings in active, the order of bandloosement on the femoral region : Multi > Support > Mono and subject A < subject C < subject B. And in transformation rate of knee's motion the order of that was Mono > Multi > support, while in Mono and Multi the order was subject B < subject A < subject C and in support stockings that was subject A < subject B < sujbect C. In the transformation rate of ankle's motion, the orders were Multi < Support < Mono and subject A < subject B < subject C. The stocking-crossing in repeated action revealed fewer in the curse direction than in the wale. The orders of course direction-crossing were Mono > Multi > Support and subject A > subject B > subject C. The orders of wale direction crossing were subject B > subject A > subject C on the knees and subject A > subject B > subject C and Mono > Multi > Support on the front of ankles-the crossing on the front of ankles was lower than one on the back of ankles. The elongation of stockings was higher in the course direction than in the wale and the order of that was usually welt < leg < band, but the orders were Multi > Support > Mono on the legs and Mono > Support > Multi on the band. The rate of elastic recovery of elongation was higher in the wale direction than in the course and the order of each sample was Support > Mono > Multi. The orders of the Snag rate were Support(4.5grade) < Mono(2grade) < Multi(1.5grade) in normal state, and Support(5 grade) < Mono. Multi(4 grade) in double stretch. Finally the loosement, crossing, Snag and so on which spoil the external appearance depend on size and materials of the stockings. Therefore, my opinion is that the range of consumers'selecting stocking-size must be wide and varied, and the studies must be achieved about the shape and each elongation of stockings and the elastic recovery.

學校長의 指導性 類型과 職務스트레스의 關係에 관한 硏究

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between school principals' leadership styles, teacher orientation, task orientation, and bureaucratic orientation, and the teachers' job-related stress. Also, it is hoped that essential data, which can be helpful on the management of organization for achieving educational goals at school settings will be obtained. Participants were 500 elementary and secondary teachers in Jeolabukdo. After excluding the 150 teachers who did not respond or responded incompletely, there were a total of 350 final participants. Two scales were used in this study. The first scale used was the Principal's Leadership Behavior Description Questionnaire(PLBDQ) developed by Jong-Hee Noh. The other scale was the Job-Related Stress Scale developed by Yeong-Gil Lee, which considers specific characteristics of the school-organization based on the Ivanevich and Matteson's Scale. The collected data were analyzed through the SPSS program. A factor analysis was used to test the validity and the Cronbach α was computed for the reliability. Persons product-moment correlation coefficients were produced and a multiple regression analysis was applied to identify the relationships between sub-factors of school principal's leadership style and sub-factors of job-related stress. First, on the correlations among sub-factors of leadership style and sub-factors of job-related stress, human-orientation sub-factor of leadership style showed meaningful negative correlations with individual level factor, then with group level factor, and next with organization level factor in sequence. Task-orientation sub factor showed a negative correlation with individual level factor, group level factor, outer organization level factor, and organization level factor, with individual level factor showing the highest correlation and group level factor the next and so forth. Therefore, it can be said that teachers feel less stress when more task-orientation is related. Bureaucratic orientation revealed a positive correlation with individual level factor, group level factor, outer organization factor, and organization factor, with individual level factor having the highest correlation and so forth. In other words, the teachers feel more stress in bureaucratic oriented environments. Second, on the effect of leadership styles on job-related stress, the variance, which explains the individual level of job-related stress on sub factors of leadership styles, was 44.5% and it was statistically meaningful at the level of 0.1%. The variance that explains the group level of job-related stress on sub factors of leadership styles was 11.1% and it was also statistically meaningful at the level of 0.1%. The variance that explains outer organization level of job-related stress on sub factors of leadership styles was 6.1% and it was also statistically meaningful at the level of 0.5%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the teachers feel less stress under human-oriented leadership, task-oriented leadership, and then bureaucratic oriented environments in order. Therefore, the principals should try to lessen the teachers stress by showing they care and also working according to schedules, which are time-efficient. The principals should try to show their humanity and gain respect and trust from the teachers. The results also show that the individual level is the highest relating factor with human-orientation, task-orientation, and then bureaucratic orientation in order. Therefore, the principal should seek an efficient school management system considering the individual level factors such as, confrontation with ones supervisor, guarantee of autonomy, irrational attitude, self-righteous attitude, insufficiency of proper compensation, and others in consideration.

중성자에 조사된 원자로 압력용기 재료의 Barkhausen 노이즈에 관한 연구

원자로 압력용기 재료인 SA508 steel을 온도 70℃와 대기압하에서 최고 10 n/㎠까지 중성자를 조사시켜 조사량에 따른 자기이력곡선과 Barkhausen noise amplitude(BNA), Barkhausen noise energy(BNE) 및 미세경도 변화를 측정하여 이들 사이의 상관관계를 구하였다. 중성자 조사에 의하여 자기이력곡선은 변화가 없었으며, BNA, BNE 및 경도는 중성자 조사량에 따라 세 단계의 변화를 보였으며, 중성자 조사량이 10 n/㎠에서는 급격히 변하여 이들 사이의 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 BNA와 BNE가 중성자 조사에 의한 재료의 미세 구조 결함을 조사하는데 비파괴적인 방법으로 가능성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. Hysteresis loop, Barkhausen noise(BN), and hardness were measured in the neutron irradiated RPV steel for various fluence, irradiated dose up to 10 n/㎠. The coercivity, remanence and maximum induction of neutron irradiated samples did not change significantly, but the BNA and BNE were decreased as the neutron irradiation increased. The changes of BNE and BNA were characterized by three stages with respect to neutron dose. The BNA and BNE were decreased with an increase of neutron dose to 10 n/㎠, and remained nearly constant up to 10 n/㎠, then were decreased rapidly with an increase of the neutron dose above 10 n/㎠. On the other hand, the hardness was observed revesely with the change of BNA and BNE.

바이오필터에 의한 VOCs의 제거에 대한 연구

Biofiltration was successfully applied to treat amixture of volatile organic compounds(Benzene, Xylene) from contaminated air stream. Immobilized Ps.oleovorans biofilter was evaluated for its value in simultaneous removal of B.X from waste air stream. The variety of operating conditions were tested to evaluated important factors such as space velocity, PH, water content, ect. In the loading rate(1,000ppmv) and space velocity(l,200hr), the average removal efficiencies of B.X. were 39.3% and 30.5% and CO₂ production rate were 6.72 mg/hr, 4.65mg/hr, respectively. Removal efficiency of B.X. mixture was lower than it's each individual at same loading rate. When the concentrations of B.X. mixture were controlled 300ppmv and 900ppmv at two stages reactor, the average outlet concentration were 7.lppmv, 184.5ppmv and CO₂ production rate were 6.04mg/hr, 12.6mg/hr, respectively.

It is the aim of the authors to introduce the conception of asymptotic expansion and develope some basic properties of asymptotics. At first in §1, we explain fundamental conception of asymptotic theory by expanding the improper integral ∞ Ih= ∫ x-2h eW2-X2 dx w Where w>o and h is a non negative integer. after some steps of integral by parts we arrive the asymptotic expansion (5), and this expansion gives the asymptotic behavior of the integral Ⅰ. Secondly we get recurrence formulae for two improper integrals. ∞ sin x In= ∫ ------- dx o (w+x)n and ∞ cos x In*= ∫------- dx o (w+x)n In §2 we define asymptotic equality and proved that the notion of asympototic equality is reflexive, symmetric and transitive. Finally we proved sum and difference theorem and product theorem.

This research is for contemplating what Athleticism and Amateurism devote the meaning to the cultural development of England Sports. For this study, I have been researching the formation of England Sports, the concept of Athleticism, the education of England and the idea of Amateurism, Elite Education and the Spirit of Olympic as well as taken lead in what Amateurism gives the significance to England Sports. By doing this, the result of the study contents through the method of literature consideration produces the following conclusions. Firstly, Athleticism of England society is an ideology related to the characteristic educational system of England. It has been developing the circular cause and effect of Elite Group on a basis, and existing the heart of England Sports Systematization. Secondly, Athleticism which has promoted the systematization and spread of England Sports is established as a sports Ideology that is shrine connected with moral, religious, political purposes, a solemn Christian and pursuing cultivation of imperialistic loyalty. Thirdly, Amateurism which cannot be paid in a material way through the Sports in the middle and high classes is an Ideology that adopted by Coubertin, Pierre de as a general spirit of Olympic and contributes to the spread of England Sports and even significantly the change of educational ideology of Sports. Fourthly, Athleticism and Amateurism which is an central ideology systematization and spread of England Sports Culture have enormously influence on the formation of Sports improvement and modern Sports in England, have offered the significant points of world athletics and sport culture development.
