        혼종모형을 이용한 호스피스팀원의 영성적 자기돌봄 개념분석

        Purpose: The study aimed to clarify the concept of spiritual self-care in hospice team members. Methods: To analyze the concept of spiritual self-care of hospice care team, the study was carried out using Schwartz-Barcott and Kim's hybrid model including theoretical, fieldwork and final analytic stages. In the theoretical stage, 'spirituality', 'spiritual well-being', 'spiritual health', 'spiritual care', and 'self-care' were set as search terms, and the resulting 107 related works of domestic and international literature were analyzed. In the field survey stage, data were collected from nurses and spiritual experts with more than 5 years of experience in spiritual self-care. Results: The concept of spiritual self-care is to realize the meaning and purpose of life while constantly maintaining relationships with oneself, neighbors, communities, and the absolute, utilize transcendence and internal resources, strengthen professional competence, maintain work-life balance, and achieve spiritual well-being. It was identified as a dynamic state to realize. The quality attributes of the concept of spiritual self-care were found to have 5 attributes and 15 indicators. Conclusion: The attributes and indicators derived through this study will be helpful in understanding the concept of hospice team members' spiritual self-care. In addition, as a way to continuously grow and train professional hospice team members, it can be used to develop a spiritual self-care assessment tool and an educational program to prevent burnout.

        응급의료 영역 한국어 음성대화 데이터베이스 구축

        본 논문은 응급의료 환경에서 음성인식 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 실제 환경에서 데이터 수집 방법을 정의하고 정의된 환경에서 수집된 데이터를 전사하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 제안된 방법으로 수집되고 전사된 데이터를 이용하여 기본 음성인식 실험을 진행함으로써 제안한 수집 및 전사 방법을 평가하고 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 모든 음성은 기본적으로 16비트 해상도와 16 kHz 샘플링으로 저장되었다. 수집된 데이터는 총 166건의 대화로서 8시간 35분의 분량이다. 수집된 데이터는 Praat를 이용하여 철자 전사, 음소 전사, 방언 전사, 잡음 전사, 그리고 의료 코드 전사를 수행하여 다양한 정보를 포함한 텍스트 데이터를 구축하였다. 이와 같이 수집된 데이터를 이용하여 기본 베이스라인 실험을 통하여 응급의료 영역에서의 음성인식 문제를 실제로 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 제시한 데이터는 응급의료 영역의 1단계 데이터로서 향후 의료 영역에서의 음성인식 모델의 학습 데이터로 활용되고, 나아가 이 분야의 음성기반 시스템 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This paper describes a method of building Korean conversational speech data in the emergency medical domain and proposes an annotation method for the collected data in order to improve speech recognition performance. To suggest future research directions, baseline speech recognition experiments were conducted by using partial data that were collected and annotated. All voices were recorded at 16-bit resolution at 16 kHz sampling rate. A total of 166 conversations were collected, amounting to 8 hours and 35 minutes. Various information was manually transcribed such as orthography, pronunciation, dialect, noise, and medical information using Praat. Baseline speech recognition experiments were used to depict problems related to speech recognition in the emergency medical domain. The Korean conversational speech data presented in this paper are first-stage data in the emergency medical domain and are expected to be used as training data for developing conversational systems for emergency medical applications.

        Improved Metal Object Detection Circuits for Wireless Charging System of Electric Vehicles

        As the supply of electric vehicles increases, research on wireless charging methods for convenience has been increasing. Because the electric vehicle wireless transmission device is installed on the ground and the electric vehicle battery is installed on the floor of the vehicle, the transmission and reception antennas are approximately 15-30 cm away, and thus strong magnetic fields are exposed during wireless charging. When a metallic foreign object is placed in the magnetic field area, an eddy current is induced to the metallic foreign object, and heat is generated, creating danger of fire and burns. Therefore, this study proposes a method to detect metallic foreign objects in the magnetic field area of a wireless electric vehicle charging system. An active detection-only coil array was used, and an LC resonance circuit was constructed for the frequency of the supply power signal. When a metallic foreign object is inserted into the charging zone, the characteristics of the resonance circuit are broken, and the magnitude and phase of the voltage signal at both ends of the capacitor are changed. It was confirmed that the proposed method has about 1.5 times more change than the method of comparing the voltage magnitude at one node.

        Factors Affecting Sustainable Web Technology Adoption

        오늘날 지속가능성을 위한 사업 기회 창출을 위해 지속가능한 정보기술에 대한 수용이 사회적으로 미치는 영향에 대한 연구가 절실함에도 불구하고, 환경적 영향 요인 외의 여러 사회적 영향 요인들에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 지속가능한 웹기술 환경에서 소비자의 친사회적 행동이 지속가능한 정보기술 수용에 미치는 요인들을 탐구한다. 그리고 지속가능한 정보기술 개념에 대한 이론적 근거는 사회적 교환 이론에 두었다. 이론적 근거를 토대로 지속가능한 웹 서비스 신기술에 대한 소비자들의 사용 의도를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 실증적 연구 결과, 소비자들은 자신들이 웹 기술 서비스의 사회적 책임성과 사회적 유용성을 고려하여 수용 선택을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 지속가능한 정보 기술의 수용에 있어서 해당 기술이 가진 사회적 특성과 영향력을 처음으로 실증적으로 검증한 연구이다. 아울러 지속가능한 정보기술의 초기 도입 단계 수용에서 기술의 사회 책임적 특성과 유용성을 인식하는데 있어 소비자의 친사회적 성향이 중요한 선행 요인으로 작용한다는 것을 본 연구를 통해 밝혔다. Examination of the various impact factors on adoption sustainable IT can influence on the potential for creating sustainable businesses in today’s society. However, the societal factor out of environmental factors, which stimulates customer intention to use sustainable IT, has seldom been investigated. In this paper, we examine the adoption of sustainable web technology from the pro-social behavior perspective. The concept of sustainable IT is theoretically examined based on social exchange theory. An empirical investigation is conducted into customer intention to use new sustainable IT. The results indicate that customers care about the social responsibility and usefulness of the sustainable IT-based services they choose. In this study, the social features of web technology and their influences on adoption are verified empirically for the first time. In addition, pro-sociality is identified as necessary to a perception of the socially responsible features of information technology. Furthermore, pro-social adoption behavior in the beginning stages of sustainable IT use is elucidated.

        Realistic Circuit Model of an Impact-Based Piezoelectric Energy Harvester

        A vibration-based energy harvester and its equivalent circuit models have been reported. Most models predict voltage signals at harmonic excitation. However, vibrations in a natural environment are unpredictable in frequency and amplitude. In this paper, we propose a realistic equivalent circuit model of a frequency-up-converting impact-based piezoelectric energy harvester. It can describe the behavior of the harvester in a real environment where the frequency and the amplitude of the excitation vary arbitrarily. The simulation results of the model were compared with experimental data and showed good agreement. The proposed model can predict both the impact response and long term response in a non-harmonic excitation. The model is also very useful to analyze the performance of energy conversion circuitry with the harvester.

        Synthesis of two-dimensional MoS<sub>2</sub>/graphene heterostructure by atomic layer deposition using MoF<sub>6</sub> precursor

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The effective synthesis of two-dimensional (2D) heterostructures is essential for their use in electronic devices. In this study, by using atomic layer deposition (ALD), 2D transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) heterostructures were grown by a halide precursor. This study shows the growth characteristics of the fluoride precursor compared to the chloride precursor used for the synthesis of the TMD on the graphene layer and the other TMD layer. Additionally, a carbonyl precursor was used for comparison with the halide precursor in terms of the thermal stability. From these experiments, the fluoride precursor was adequate for synthesizing on the graphene, however, was inappropriate for the TMD/TMD heterostructure because of its etching characteristic. Meanwhile, the chloride precursor was appropriate for the TMD/TMD heterostructure, even for a low binding energy with the substrate, but was inadequate in forming the TMD/graphene heterostructure, even if the ALD cycle increased.         Development of Dual Beam High Speed Doppler OFDI

        This paper describes development of a high speed Doppler OFDI system for non-invasive vascular imaging. Doppler OFDI (optical frequency domain imaging) is one of the phase-resolved second generation OCT (optical coherence tomography) techniques for high resolution imaging of moving elements in biological tissues. To achieve a phase-resolved imaging, two temporally separated measurements are required. In a conventional Doppler OCT, a pair of massively oversampled successive A-lines is used to minimize de-correlation noise at the expense of significant imaging speed reduction. To minimize a de-correlation noise between targeted two measurements without suffering from significant imaging speed reduction, several methods have been developed such as an optimized scanning pattern and polarization multiplexed dual beam scanning. This research represent novel imaging technique using frequency multiplexed dual beam illumination to measure exactly same position with aimed time interval. Developed system has been verified using a tissue phantom and mouse vessel imaging.

        Protective Effect of Anthocyanins against the Hepatotoxicity of Carbon Tetrachloride in Rats

        Reddish purple-colored fruits and vegetables contain high level of anthocyanins, which are well known to exert antioxidant, cardioprotective and hepatoprotective actions. In the present study, the effect of purified anthocyanin on the liver injury and dysfunction induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl₄) was investigated. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were injected intraperitoneally with CCl₄ at a dose of 1.1 mL/㎏ to induce hepatic damage. The rats were orally administered with anthocyanin (50, 160 or 500 ㎎/㎏) 4 hr and 30 min prior to as well as 4 hr and 20 hr after CCl₄ challenge. Four hr following final anthocyanin treatment (24 hr after CCl₄ injection), time-course of blood concentration of intravenously-injected bromosulphalein were examined. In addition, blood parameters of hepatic injury in accordance with histopathological findings were analyzed. The biliary excretion time and clearance of bromosulphalein were greatly delayed by CCl₄ injection, which were recovered by anthocyanin (160-500 ㎎/㎏). CCl₄ drastically increased the blood markers of hepatotoxicity, and caused centrilobular congestion, hepatocytic degeneration, lipid droplets and inflammatory cell infiltration, leading to disintegration of hepatic cords The increased biochemical parameters and hepatic lesions induced by CCl₄ were significantly attenuated by anthocyanin treatment. The results suggest that anthocyanin might prevent liver dysfunction induced by CCl₄, and that anthocyanin could be a potential candidate for the prevention of hepatic disorders.
