        대학 운동선수의 자기관리와 운동지속의 관계에서 운동몰입의 조절효과

        This study aims to analyze the relationship between the effects of exercise flow for college athletes’ selfmanagement and exercise adherence. Considering the college atheltes’ characteristics, the study analyzed what kinds of the moderating effects the exercise flow broughitn the relationship between the variables. The subjects of this study were 300 college athletes enrolled at Kroea Sport & Olympic Committee in 2016. They were selected by convenience random sampling method. Excluding1 2 inappropriate questionnaires for the research materials, 288 samples were used for the final analysis. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Interpersonal management, training management and mental management in college athletes’ self-management had positive influences on exercise adherence. 2. In these processes, the moderating effects of exercise flow are meaningful and the group with more exercise flow showed more exercise adherence in training management and mental management than in any other managements. 3. The gruop with less leisure flow showed more leisure satisfaction in mental management than in any other management.

        대학 배드민턴 선수의 자기관리와 운동지속의 관계 및 운동몰입의 조절효과

        Purpose: This study analyzes the effect in the relationship between college badminton athletes’ selfmanagement and continuing exercise. Also, it analyzes how exercise immersion had moderating effects on the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables considering athlete’s characteristics. Through the analysis, this study aims to present the data needed to prevent college badminton athletes’ dropouts and holds their conviction on badminton. Method: This study surveyed the subjects who were selected by non-probability sampling and purposive sampling. The subjects were 250 college badminton athletes regsitered in Korean sport & Olympic Committee who participated in Korean College Badminton Competition (2018.07.11-2018.07.17) and National Autumn Badminton Competition (2018.08.12-2018.08.18). 238 sincere questionnaires among 250 were used in the final data analysis. Results: The results were as follows. First, the college badminton atlhetes’ training, interpersonal relations, mental health care, which were sub-variables of self-managemen, thad meaningful effects on continuing exercise. Second, the level of training and interpersonal relations had more effects on elevating the level of continuing exercise in the group with high exercise immersion level, Conclusion: The college badminton athletes’ self-management has meaningful effects on continuing exercise.

        고등학교 유도선수의 내적동기와 자기관리 및 운동지속의 구조적 관계

        This study is aimed to provide academic rationales in developing training programs of high school Judo players using the systematic relations to intrinsic motivation, self-management and exercise adherence of high school Judo players. The subjects of the study were 290 high school male and female Judo players who participated in the 9th Chungpoonggi national Judo Contest from June 13th to 17th, 2016. Stratified Cluster Random Sampling Method was used in the study. Excluding inappropriate questionnaires for the research materials, 230 samples were used for the final analysis. The questionnaire was the research method. The reliabilities were .935 in intrinsic motivation, .906 in self-management and .915in exercise adherence. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The intrinsic motivation of high school Judo players has positive influence on self-management. 2 . The intrinsic motivation of high school Judo players has positive influence on exercise adherence. 3. The self-management of high school Judo players has positive influence on exercise adherence.

        Interaction Patterns of an Expert Wheelchair Rugby Coach

        본 연구의 목적은 한 휠체어럭비 전문지도자의 지도행동과 상호작용을 조사하기 위함이다. 특히 본 연구는 그 코치의 주된 지도 유형, 반복적인 지도행동 유형, 그리고 코치의 어떤 지도행동이 선수들의 반응과 관계가 있는지 조사하기 위함이다. 본 연구의 참가자는 전 미국 국가대표 휠체어럭비 코치로서 다음과 같은 기준에 의해서 선택되었다. (1) 최소 10년 이상의 코칭경험, (2) 7할 이상의 승률 (3) 코칭에 대한 수상경력. 본 연구방법은 양적과 질적 연구방법을 동시에 이용했고, 자료 수집은 총 18시간의 연습을 비디오촬영 했다. 자료분석은 CAFIAS (Cheffers & Mancini, 1989) 이 사용되었고 추가적인 설명을 위해 연습현장의 에피소드가 이용되었다(Schempp et al., 2004). 연구결과는 칭찬과 지식 전달, 그리고 지시로 나타났다. 또한, 휠체어럭비 전문 지도자와 학습자 간의 상호작용은 반복적인 지식전달, 지시, 그리고 칭찬이 주로 나타났다. 코치의 칭찬과 지도는 선수들의 연습을 촉진시키고 코치가 선수들의 생각을 받아들이면 더 대화에 참여하는 경향을 보였다. 마지막으로 코치가 선수들의 경기력에 대해서 부정적인일 때 선수들은 더 분석적으로 반응했다.

      • 대학 교양골프 수업에서의 성취목표 지향성이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

        The popularity and public interest in golf is leading many universities to offer golf classes as an elective course. The main purpose of this study is to identify The Effect of Goal Achievement-Oriented Golf Classes at a University Level on Self-Efficacy, The subjects who participated in this study were local university students which consisted of 165 males, 39 females, a total of 204 students, This study was conducted from November 17 to December 19, 2003, and showed the results as follows: First, the students were increased their awareness of Task Orientation after 16 weeks of Golf Classes(p<.00l). Second, the students were showed minor increases in Ego Orientation after 16 weeks of Golf Classes. Third, the students were increased Self-Efficacy after 16 weeks of golf classes(p<.00l). Fourth, the statistics indicated that goal Achievement Orientation which effects Self-Efficacy showed minor differences only in the area of Task Crientation(p<.00l).
