      • Marked Decreases of Foxp3 and CTLA-4 Are Associated with Strong Antiviral Effects of Tenofovir in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

        Aims: Immune regulatory molecules such as forkhead box P3 (Foxp3) on CD4+ T cell and cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 CTLA-4) on CD8+ T cell are associated with antiviral effector T cell dysfunction, which influences on T cell exhaustion and persistent viral infection in patients with chronic hepatitis B. These Foxp3 and CTLA-4 are up-regulated in chronic hepatitis B. During antiviral therapy with tenofovir, the expressions of Foxp3 and CTLA-4 could be changed. We investigated the relationship between antiviral effects of tenofovir and the expression of Foxp3 and CTLA-4 during tenofovir treatment in chronic hepatitis B. Methods: Eight patients with chronic hepatitis B under tenofovir treatment were enrolled for detection of Foxp3 on CD4+ T cell and CTLA-4 on CD8+ T cell. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated from these subjects before tenofovir treatment (T0), 3 month (T3) and 6 month (T6) during tenofovir treatment. For antiviral effect analysis, serum HBV DNA levels were checked at same time. The expressions of Foxp3 and CTLA-4 on T cells were monitored by flow cytometry. Results: Three patients (3 of 8) showed marked decreases of Foxp3 and CTLA-4 during tenofovir therapy (group 1). Five patients (5 of 8) showed minimal changes of Foxp3 or CTLA-4 during tenofovir therapy (group 2). Group 1 showed complete virologic response within 6 month therapy regardless of baseline HBV DNA level but, group 2 showed complete virologic response within 6 month therapy only in patients with low baseline HBV DNA level (< 7log HBV DNA). Conclusions: Among the patients with chronic hepatitis B, the patients who showed marked decrease of Foxp3 and CTLA-4 during tenofovir therapy are associated with strong antiviral effects of tenofovir regardless of baseline HBV DNA level. This finding suggests that restoration of HBV-specific T cell strengthens the antiviral effects of tenofovir.

        This paper was to investigate of a adhesiveness of the plasma sprayed coating materials did a salt spray by acoustic emission method in tensile loading. The powders used for the coating were nickel aluminum composite powder Ni-4.5wt.%Al and titanium dioxide powder T_(i)O_(2). These powders were coated on a carbon steel S45C by plasma spray method. The salt solution was a 5% NaCl and the salt spray times were 2. 5 and 10 hours respectively. The salt solution penetrated into the surface of the substrate through pore of the coating layer built in the process of plasma spay. Corrosion productions formed on the surface of substrate. The adhesiveness between the substrate and the coating layer is weaken by corrosion and the exfoliation initiated chiefly at the corrosion surface of the substrate. The AE events and energy of the corroded coating specimens decreased as the salt spray times increased. The AE amplitudes increased at strain range of 6%-11%.

        This study was carried out to investigate the migration and development of the Sparganum in rats and the changes of haematological values in the hosts infected with Sparganum. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. The recovery rate of the Sparganum in the infected rats was 57 per cent on the autopical findings of the infected individual rats during observations from 2 hours to 32 days after infection with Sparganum. 2. The larval Sparganum was found in the digestive tract within two hours after administration with oral route and then, the worms began to penetrate and migrate via the abdominal cavity within 4 to 6 hours and the worms were found in the muscular tissues 2 days onwards after infections. 3. The infected Sparganum began to deveolp the size of the body from 4 day after infection and then, the size of the Sparganum was measured by 52.9mm long and 3.2mm broad on 32 days after infection . 4. In the haematological observation of the host the red blood cell values changed little, while the white blood cells were increased significantly during 2 days after infection and thereafter they were recovered to the normal values.

        A new air classifier with cut size smaller than about 10㎛, which allowed rapid classification to avoid the disturbance of particles reagglomeration, was designed and manufactured. The characteristics of the air classifier for fine powders was experimentally investigated. The results of the experimentation could be summerized as follows. 1) As the velocity of laden air was increased, the entrainment of fine particles into the coarse side was impressed.. 2) When the velocity of clean air was equal to the velocity of laden air, the sharpness index was good. 3) By sucking a portion of clean air into the fine side, the entraintment of fine particles into the coarse side was effectively suppressed. 4) The cut size and the classification performance were not affected by feed concentration up to at least 0.3kg/㎥.

        “在行一点”付费问答平台的内容营销困境与对策研究

        Driven by the sharing economy boom, with the increasingly mature mobile terminal market, the combination of mobile communication and the internet has given birth to many new knowledge payment platforms. Knowledge payment platform has formed a new knowledge transaction method with its unique way of knowledge production and huge knowledge demand of users. The knowledge payment platform is the core of knowledge payment, but it is still in the initial stage of development. As an early explorer in the industry, "Zaihang yidian" has been exploring a new mode of voice payment, which is representative in the field of knowledge payment. Therefore, based on the concept of "paying for knowledge ", this paper firstly explores the development process and categories of the paid Q&A platform. Secondly, based on the 4P theory, this paper analyzes the content marketing strategy of the "Zaihang yidian" paid voice Q & A platform. Thirdly, conducts an in-depth analysis of the difficulties faced by the pay Q & A platform of " Zaihang yidian", such as ephemeral star effect,the classification method is not reasonable, 60 seconds paid Q & A has become a short board for development, fragmented knowledge is difficult to precipitate, voice content supervision is absent, etc. Finally, this paper tries to put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of establishing screening mechanism, establishing evaluation mechanism, strengthening supervision mechanism and improving service mechanism.

        Natural disasters are increasing due to recent climate change. Rainfall directly or indirectly affects aquaculture and agriculture. Therefore, it is important to anticipate and prepare for this. In this study, a study on the performance comparison between spatial interpolation techniques was conducted based on observed data, and predicted based on the data produced by the spatial interpolation techniques. The spatial interpolation methods compared the inverse distance weighting method, kriging and spatial random forest through MAE (Mean absolute error), RMSE (Root mean square error), correlation coefficient. The verification of predicted data was compared through MAE, CSI (Critical Success Index), FAR (False Alarm Ratio), POD (Probability of Detection) and ETS (Equitable Threat Score).

        As manifested in various urban policies, the Seoul Metropolitan Government(SMG) has made great efforts to improve the pedestrian environment. The City of Seoul has managed “Car-Free Day” events several times, and has designated pedestrian-only streets in many areas. However, it is not always convenient to walk in Seoul. On the streets, citizens still experience narrow sidewalks, streets cluttered with street furniture, and slanted sidewalk angles which are not safe for the mobility disadvantaged. The SMG still has work remaining to enhance the quality of the walking environment. In pursuing this goal, public officials in the SMG have realized an urgent need to seek guidance from a street design manual. Herein, the existing manuals were reviewed to see if they could be of use in the redesign of Seoul streets. It was found that the manuals were simply not up to the job, presenting many problems. First, in most cases, the national government created the manuals. Thus, they did not reflect the unique characteristics of Seoul’s built environment. Second, the manuals provided only general direction for street design, without specific details to deal with the diverse types of streets found in Seoul. Third, they set the focus on a few elements of street design, while considering various factors in an integrated manner is a key element for desirable street design. For these reasons, the SMG plans to create a Seoul Street Design Manual. As preliminary research for such a manual, this study drew on lessons from other cities in the world. The manuals for various cities abroad all have a common theme: they aim to convert current “Incomplete Streets” that were designed for automobiles to “Complete Streets” that put pedestrians and bicycles on equal footing with cars. Nevertheless, their coverage of design elements, the level of details included in the guidelines, and the contents of the manuals still differ from each other. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Seoul experienced rapid growth with the construction of major urban highways such as the Olympic Freeway. It may be evident that Seoul has not treated pedestrians and bicycles with due respect compared to automobiles. Therefore, we suggested that the Seoul Street Design Manual should focus on the design of Complete Streets, for which the design principles are proposed herein. Moreover, for a city like Seoul with various street types, it is important to provide customized design strategies for each street pattern. Readers can also find them in this report. Since physical developments, including buildings and transport infrastructure, have almost been completed, it is crucial to implement the design manual step by step. Although a design scheme such as road diet is a desirable outcome for pedestrians, it would bring about chaos for auto users if executed instantly. Learning from cities abroad(such as the Parklet program in San Francisco), we proposed a method to carry out the design proposal through gradual and acceptable changes. Finally, the creation of a fine street design is a task that should involve a wide variety of fields including transportation, urban design, and environmental engineering. This report also suggested organizing a Task Force(TF) to collect useful ideas from many disciplines. That way, citizens walking on the streets in Seoul could benefit for years to come.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the level of the satisfaction of facilities and spacial utilization behaviors among teachers who work for preschool centers in Jinju The results were as follows ; 1. With regard to their spacial utilization pattern, It was determined that most of their teaching activities took place indoor facilities. 2. The level of their satisfaction of facilities was medium on the average 3. There were significant differences in the level of the satisfaction depending on two variables, teachers and facilities.

        간호사의 셀프리더십과 간호업무성과간의 관계

        Purpose: This study was undertaken in order to suggest self-leadership as a way to promote organization efficiency of nursing organization. So the relation between self-leadership and outcome of nursing practice inorganization was studied. Method: The subjects of study were nurses as a population who were working for the 2 of university hospitals which have over 500 beds in Kyong Ki Province as well as who have been working for over 6 months. The data was collected by questionnaires from 215 nurses and analyzed using descriptive statistics, perason correlation coefficient, t-test and ANOVA on SAS Program. Results: Self-leadership of nurse got 3.51 grade out of 5 as a mean point. Each of the segments got 3.74 in self-compensation, 3.57 in self-expectation, 3.53 in goal-setting, 3.45 in rehearsal, 3.37 in self-criticism and 3.30 in constructive thinking in order. Independent performance of nursing practice at each items of outcome of nursing practice showed the highest correlations with the self-expectation among self-leadership segments. Constructive thinking, self-compensation, rehearsal, goal-setting were related like this in order, but self-criticism was related just a little. Dependent nursing practice has the highest correlation with the self-expectation, goal-setting, rehearsal, constructive thinking, self-compensation were similar as aboves in order, but self-criticism didn't show any similar correlations. Relationship practice has the highest correlation with the self-expectation, and goal-setting, constructive thinking, self-compensation, rehearsal were similar, while self-criticism did not show any correlations. Conclusion: In conclusion the result was obtained that self-leadership is much correlated with outcome of nursing practice. Therefore, as a way to promote efficiency of nursing organization, the constant study about self-leadership with the various aspects is needed focusing on self-management and inner motivation as a new leadership paradigm.

      • 혈관 내 폐 보조장치에서 적혈구의 microencapsulation에 의한 산소전달속도의 향상

        In this study, we tried to improve oxygen transfer rate and reduce pressure drop on intravascular lung assist device with microencapsulation of red blood cells, because microcapsulation of red cells reduce blood hemolysis. Hemoglobin was purified from outdated human red blood cells used. Phospholipid was purified from egg yolk. The hemosome was prepared by encapsulation of hemoglobin with phospholipid multilayer, using rotary vacuum evaporator. The function of hemosome was tested by measuring oxygen dissociation curve using blood gas analyzer. Oxygen dissociation curve of hemosome showed the same figure as the curve of normal red blood cells. Pressure drop showed lower use of hemosome rather than normal blood, because viscosity of hemosome are lower than that of normal blood. Also, oxygen transfer rate showed lower use of hemosome rather than normal blood at 2 hour, but it showed higher use of hemosome rather than normal blood after 2 hour. Because microencapsulation of normal red blood cells prevent hemolysis of normal red blood cells.
