        초등학교 행정의 문제점과 지향 방향

        Society is rapidly change, not only in the ways of living but also in the ways of thinking. In the situation, primary education ought to be change and primary school administration should also be changed. The purpose of this study is to analysis of the problems and to search the improving measures for the primary school administration. In analyzing categories of the primary school administration's problems, the organizational development model of Leavitt was utilized. The result of the study was as follows: Firstly, expending the autonomy and accountability. Secondly, strengthening educational qualities. Thirdly, activating human resources administration. Forthly, conducting the pursuit of school development.

        初等敎員의 男·女 性比 不均衡에 대한 改善 方案

        The purposes of this study were to analyse the tendency according to the feminization of teaching profession, to examine researches of the effects of teachers' sexes, and to present the improving measures for feminization of teaching profession in the elementary schools. The employed methods were analysis of reference researches and educational statistics. The main results of the study were as follow : First, femail teachers will accelerate ratio of teachers' sexes of the elementary school. Second, in the quality of teaches, there was no particular difference between elementary school teacher' sexes except as details. But, in the education of schoolchildren's affective domain, there was considerable difference. Female teacher is likely to lead the loss of the children's masculinity. Third, it was suggested that alternative plans were necessary to solve feminization of teaching profession.

        The direct purpose of the present study is to evaluate the principal by teachers to provide information that helps the principal improve in effectiveness, and to improve the School. With the literature on the subject, the writer was concerned with the following areas: ① evaluation of school administration. ② evaluation of principals themselves. The questionnaire was based on the evaluation form which was developed by the principal of a shool and five teachers who had volunteered to assist the principal in America. On the other hand, the writer surveyed opinions of a few teachers and school administrators with the questionnaire. And then it was analyzed and examined, the method of which was shown Pearson r. It was composed of 30 items to evaluate the principal. The data was analyzed by means of critical ratio. The summary of the study was as follows: 1) The degree of the principal evalution by teachers was nearly medium level in the practical evaluation and higher level in the expectation of level. 2) There is no significant difference befween the male teachers and the female teachers on the principal evaluation both in the practical evaluation and in the expectation of level. 3) Graduates from standard teacher training courses showed higher degree of the principal evaluation than graduates from non standard teacher training courses both in the practical evaluation and in the expectation of level. 4) Elementary school teachers showed higher degree of the principal evaluation than secondary school teachers both in the pratical evalution and in the expectation of level. 5) In the comparision ages, the senior teachers showed higher degree of the principal evaluation, while no significant difference was found between two groups in the expectation of level. 6) The expectation of level showed higher degree than the practical evaluation in the principal evaluation by teachers.

        A teacher was stressed in course of performance of his duties for the objectives of school organization. When he experienced cronical stress which he couldn't endure with his effort and coping resources of him in the process of performance of his duties, he might burnout. In the case of teacher burnout, he would not help students, valuing himself negatively, dealing with his duties negatively, being absent from school often, and even leaving his profession. These actions as a teacher were obstacle to achieve the objectives of school organization or to expand teaching profession. However, there have been a few studies such as the contribution to easing and defending teacher burnout in the field of education in Korea. The research problems of this study were to explore a model of process of the perceived teacher burnout and to make a survey of researches of the perceived teacher burnout.         사매가 Ovalbumin감작으로 유발된 천식 생쥐 모델에서 기관지염증 억제에 미치는 영향

        Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways, characterized by airway eosinophilia, goblet cell hyperplasia with mucus hypersecretion, and hyper-responsiveness to both inhaled allergens and nonspecific stimuli. Eosinophil are important in the pathogenesis of asthma, with release of inflammatory mediators such as histamine, leukotrienes, cytokines, and IgE after exposure to allergen. Objectives : This research investigates the effect of the extract of Duchesnea chrysanta (EDC) on OVA-indued asthma murine model. Methods : After i.p of C57BL/6 mice, OVA sensitization (day 0) were challenged intratracheally with OVA on days 8 and 21. EDC administered weeks 8, blocked the airway inflammatory response to OVA assessed 24 h after the last OVA challenge on day 22. Results : The CC chemokine receptor 3 (CCR3) is expressed by eosinophils, mast cells, and Th2 cells. The role of CCR3 in a murine model of allergic skin inflammation induced by repeated epicutaneous sensitization with ovalbumin (OVA), and characterized by eosinophil skin infiltration, local expression of Th2 cytokines, and airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR) to inhaled antigen. The administration of EDC during OVA inhalation significantly reduced CCR3 plays an essential role in eosinophil recruitment to the skin and the lung and in the development of AHR.. EDC extract reduced total lung cells and eosinophils in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, airway tissue eosinophilia, goblet cell hyperplasia, mucus secretion, and peribronchial edema. The inhibitory effect on airway eosinophilia and AHR was associated with reduced levels of IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13 in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid as well as reduced serum levels of OVA-IgE. We show that OVA inhalation following OVA immunization increased airway responsiveness to induced IL-113, IL-4 and IL-5 mRNA expression in the lung tissue. The administration of EDC during OVA inhalation significantly reduced this increased airway hyperresponsiveness and also inhibited airway inflammation. Conclusions : These results support EDC as a therapeutic target in asthma and indicate that selective EDC inhibitors can reduce allergic airway inflammation.

        敎育大學校의 變遷過程과 組織體系 分析

        Society is rapidly changing, not only in ways of living but also in the ways of thinking. In the situations, education ought to be changed and organizational systems of the university of education should also be changed. Organizational systems of the university of education are very important in educational quality, especially with regard to bring up excellent teachers. The purpose of this study is to clarify the process of the change and to analyse the organizational systems of the university of education. The main results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the radical change of the organizational system of the university of education was achieved in the transitional period of the military regime and the development speed of the years required of completing the course of study was slow. Secondary, the organizational structures of the university of education are much to be desired from the viewpoint of posts such as academic affairs office, student affairs office, office of planning and research and general affairs office.

        The purpose of this study is to look for the scope for the exercise of the teacher leadership. The way of this study is the theoretical study through the related literature analysis. The result of this study is as follows : First, the teacher leadership is needed in the three situations of human resources, professional request and the characteristics of the school organizations. Teacher leadership is surely necessary to use and to develop human resources, to establish profession of teaching, and to make an efficiency in the views of the characteristics of the school organizations. Second, the scope for the exercise of the teacher leadership was as follows: ·firstly, forming classroom culture ·secondly, taking part in school management ·thirdly, accelerating parent's communities consciousness. This study is the theoretical study on the teacher leadership, so tools must be developed to estimate the actions of teacher leadership.

        敎育實習의 實態分析과 그 改善方案

        It is believed that student teaching is the most significant aspect of teacher education. Despite knowledge of research on teaching, learning, and educational psychology, many critics have charged that student teaching has not developed a sound theoritical basis, and has no uniform or standard structure. In addition to this, student teaching is influenced by social and educational changes. Hence student teaching has to be inquiry on and on. The employed methods were analysis of reference books and statistical treatment of questionnaires. Findings from these data were discussed in regard to the student teaching periods, the local co-operating schools as practicing schools, the number of student teachers per class, the qualifications of co-operating teachers, the improving measures for student teaching administration in the attached elementary school and co-operating schools, the welfare of student teachers, the criterion of the importance of student teaching contents, and the improving measures for teachers college curriculum and student teaching programs.

      • 학교운영위원회에서의 갈등의 유형화 탐색

        The study aims to describe, understand and distinguish conflicts which could be created in school governing body by sorting those from the viewpoint of typology of organization conflicts. The objective, structure and function of school governing body were analysed in order to search the patterns of conflicts in it. The results led the searcher to approach it by the tasks and the relations as pattern because of the following properties. The task property of school governing body is the main source of conflict. in school governing body which is related in most part of school management, important in part of individual and nation, sometime connected with the professional, and involved in the commit's own interest. The relations property of it are complicated since it constitutes such representative as parents, teachers, school management area human, and region human. Furthermore, the relations between parents committee and teacher committee are dependent on requesting their children education, and the relations between principal committee and teacher committee are high and low. But there is a special quality of equality among them in the relations in school governing body. The complex and specific relations are main source of conflicts in school governing body. Tasks conflicts are created through such sides as professional, empowerment, interest and educational viewpoint, while relations conflicts are created through such relations as representation, parents of children, the upper and lower side, and congenialities. Conflicts are expected to be created in school governing body from the viewpoint of social change and organization conflicts theory. The conflicts in school governing body need careful attention and provided researches of conflicts pattern presented in the study are hoped to be followed.
