The Bond Strength of Ni-Cr Free Alloys of Recasting for Porcelain Fused to Metal

Objective: This study was to find out the effect on bond strength to porcelain of reusing some Ni-Cr alloys that do not include Beryllium, as a harmful substance. Methods: Alphaloy (Alpha Dent. KOREA), Vera Bond 2V (AlbaDent, Inc. USA), T4 (Ticonum. USA) as non precious alloys without Beryllium and Noritake Super Porcelain EX-3 porcelain powder were used as experimental materials. 3 point flexual rigidity test was done using universal tester (Houndsfield, England) to measure bond strength of metal to porcelain and the following results were gained. Results: 1. In case of Alphaloy, significant discrepancy was shown with mean value being the highest in single use. And as a result of post-examination, it has been shown that there was difference between single use and 3 time reuse. 2. In case of Vera Bond 2V, the mean value was the highest in single use. But it was not a significant discrepancy. 3. In case of T4, there was significant discrepancy with the mean value being the highest in single use. The results of post-examination showed there was difference between single use, 3 time reuse and 5 time reuse. Conclusion: Establishing strategies on how we will use Ni-Cr alloys from now on and advanced studies for more systematic future study results should be done.

정보화로 인해 교육현장에서도 멀티미다어의 활용이 가속화되고 있으며, 다양한 교수-학습도구들이 등장하고 있다. 또한, 이를 이용한 교수-학습방법 역시 응용 및 확산되어 그 효과성 역시 검증하고자 하려는 노력이 진행중이다. 그러나 기존 교수자 중심의 텍스트 기반 교수-학습의 연장선상에서는, 학습자 중심의 멀티 미디어 교수-학습 환경측면을 이해하려는 데에는 한계가 있다. 즉, 멀티미다어가 활용되는 환경을 이해하고 다양한 도구들이 가진 장점들을 융합할 수 있으며, EFL 상황에서의 효율성이 요구되는 영어 어휘 학습을 체제적으로 분석할 수 있다. 이를 통해서, 교수-학습의 향상을 목표로 하는 심상 형성 활동을 통한 영어 어휘 학습 방법을 설계ㆍ개발하고자 한다.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A series of alkaline earth metal-promoted nickel catalysts supported on Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>–ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> (Ni–X/AZ, X=Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba) were prepared by an epoxide-driven sol-gel method and a subsequent co-impregnation method. For comparison and reference, promoter-free Ni/Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>–ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> catalyst (Ni/AZ) was also prepared by an epoxide-driven sol-gel method and a subsequent impregnation method. The effect of alkaline earth metal addition on the physicochemical properties and catalytic activities of Ni–X/Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>–ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> catalysts in the steam reforming of ethanol was investigated. The catalysts were characterized by nitrogen adsorption-desorption, ICP-AES, XRD, TPR, TEM, H<SUB>2</SUB>-TPD, NH<SUB>3</SUB>-TPD, and EtOH-TPD analyses. It was revealed that addition of alkaline earth metal promoters reduced acidity of the catalysts and positively influenced catalytic activity in the steam reforming of ethanol. Hydrogen yield increased with the introduction of promoter, which was attributed to enhanced nickel dispersion. Nickel surface area and ethanol adsorption capacity of the catalysts were well correlated with hydrogen yield. Hydrogen yield increased with increasing nickel surface area and with increasing ethanol adsorption capacity of the catalysts. Among the catalysts tested, Ni–Sr/AZ catalyst showed the most promising result. It was concluded that addition of alkaline earth metal promoters increased nickel surface area by acting as a spacer, leading to higher ethanol adsorption capacity and hydrogen yield.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Ni–X/Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>–ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> (AZ) (X=Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba) catalysts were prepared. </LI> <LI> Hydrogen was produced by steam reforming of ethanol. </LI> <LI> Hydrogen yield increased with increasing ethanol adsorption capacity of the catalysts. </LI> <LI> Hydrogen yield increased with increasing nickel surface area of the catalysts. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

이야기를 통한 메시지 전달은 가장 강력한 소통의 기구다. 그것은 디지털미디어가 발달하면서도 마찬가지이다. 정보의 급격한 양과 질적인 변화는 인간에게 다양하고 변화되는 학습이 요구되고 있으며, 평생교육의 개념이 강화되는 상황 속에서, 디바이스의 발달은 지식 정보화 사회에서의 필수적인 학습도구로서 자리잡고 있으나, 진화를 요구 받게 되어있다. 특히, 영어학습에서 디바이스들은 EFL 에서 학습한계를 극복하고, 문화적 교육을 가능하게 하는 도구로 발전하고 있으므로, 수집된 정보들은 의미전달에 있어서 효율성을 취하는 설계에 있어서 디지털 스토리텔링방법의 효과성 검증과 디지털 매체 그리고 변화된 환경의 학습자 분석을 통한 교수학습의 촉진기반연구가 필요하며, 이에 기반한 영어어휘 교수 학습설계의 개발연구를 제안하고자 한다.
