A Study on the Status and Recognition of SPORTS Welfare Using Big Data Analysis

Purpose: To identify public Recognition and areas of interest in sports welfare through big data related analyti-cal techniques, and to provide basic data required for establishing sports welfare policies. Method: Keyword frequency analysis, sentiment analysis, semantic network analysis,, and CONCOR analysis were performed. Results: The public was demonstrated the highest frequency and derived as a key keyword. As keywords related to the benefit from sports welfare support, health, physical strength, and happiness were derived, and words re-lated to the welfare of athletes such as athletes, competitions, events, games, and leaders appeared. As a result of sentiment analysis, the positive rate(79.52%) was found to be very high. Third, as a result of the semantic network analysis, keywords such as the public, health, sports activities, support, and service are located in the center of the network, and are confirmed as major keywords. As a result of the CONCOR analysis, ‘National Fitness 100’, ‘Sports participation Voucher’, and ‘Participation Policy of Sports for all ’ were formed. Conclusion: The public recognition and areas of interest in sports welfare were examined and Identified based on the results of this research. That could provide the basic data required for devising the sports welfare policies.

Purpose: The public s perception of the KTA Power Taekwondo Premium League is examined and un-derstood by using the big data analysis techniques to identify status of spectators type Taekwondo Method: text mining, sentimental analysis, and the semantic network analysis were performed to ex-amine and understand the public s perception of the KTA Power Taekwondo League, which is undergo-ing promotion and operated to enhance the interest of Taekwondo games by using the big data analysis related techniques. Results: First, the Korea Taekwondo Association, which is the supervising organization of the KTA Power Taekwondo League, demonstrated the largest frequency and was derived as a primary keyword. Second, as a result of the sentimental analysis performed, the positive ratio(63.37%) turned out to be higher than the negative ratio(36.63%). Third, as a result of the semantic network analysis performed, it was verified that the keywords of the Korea Taekwondo Association, game, holding, power, competi-tion, method, and Protector and scoring system were located at the center of the network and formed a discourse. Firth, as a result of the CONCOR analysis performed, ‘KTA Power Taekwondo demonstration,’ ‘competition holding 1,’ ‘competition holding 2,’ and ‘promotion of spectator type competition’ were formed into groups. This suggests that the interest and demand for the promotion and holding of the KTA Power Conclusion: In this study, the public s perception of the KTA Power Taekwondo Premium League is ex-amined by using the big data analysis techniques. That is sought to provide the basic data on how to improve the Taekwondo competition method to increase the interest in Taekwondo.
Research on the Difficulty of 9th Level Dan Promotion Test of Taekwondo

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the essential Poomsae difficulty of Taekwondo 9th level Dan promotion test with the awareness of the problem. This will help standardize the Taekwondo curriculum in order to meet the Taekwondo education goals pursued by the Kukkiwon, the headquarters of the World Taekwondo. Method: The literature research and in-depth interviews with people to be tested were performed to analyze the difficulty of essential Poomsae of Taekwondo 9th Dan promotion test. Results: As a result of questioning and analyzing the level of difficulty of the 9th level Dan promotion winner, it was concluded that the level of difficulty of Illyo Poomsae of the 9th level Dan promotion test is not appropriate. Courses to be completed for Color and Black Belts must comply with the completion time of the essential course and the selection course. Basic courses for Black Belt (Poomsae, breaking, sparring, and KTA personality) must be completed as mandatory courses, and in-depth courses (KTA self-defence techniques, KTA practical hand skills, and KTA core exercises) must be assigned. Conclusion: It is thought that Taekwondo 9th level Dan, the highest stage of the competition held at the Kuk-kiwon of the World Taekwondo Headquarters, should be educated to learn, guide, and evaluate Taekwondo ac-cording to the standard curriculum. However, the standardized Taekwondo curriculum should be distributed in consideration of the current Taekwondo training population, where the standardized Taekwondo curriculum has not been established. Taekwondo leaders will contribute to the educational use of Taekwondo by analyzing the essential Poomsae and curriculum of Taekwondo 9th level Dan promotion test and presenting the evaluation rules based on the Taekwondo standard curriculum.
