Each country has a different name for its own language, so the names of its own language-related departments are different in universities and colleges. In South Korea, the mother tongue is named as the national language or the Korean language, and the subject names in the universities and colleges are different, such as the department of national language and the department of foreign Korean education. Taiwan calls its language national language or Chinese, and most of the departments related to the language in universities and colleges are called the Chinese literature department or the Chinese language department, which is similar with Korea that without unified name and there may be some misunderstanding caused by foreigners and even locals do not understand the difference between the two although the department names are all Chinese department that can learning Chinese. This paper will make a brief analysis about What is the difference between the Chinese literature department and the Chinese department and expect to help foreigners or Chinese people understand the Chinese literature department/Chinese department. It is also expected to contribute to the unification of the names of the Chinese literature department/Chinese department in Taiwan.

본 연구에서는 객체 지향 프로그램의 테스팅 방법을 지원하는 OOPT(object oriented Program Testing) 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 단일 클래스의 테스팅 요인과, 상속등으로 관련된 클래스에 대해 단계적으로 테스팅 요인을 지적하고, 이들을 지원하는 환경으로서 OOPT 분석기를 통해 여러 종류의 테스팅 정보 파일( TIFs )을 구축한다. 사용자가 선택한 테스팅 전략으로 TIFs를 참조하여 OOPT 실행기를 통해 전체적 관점에서의 테스팅 정보 파일(OPPT)을 구축한다. In this pater, I suggest an OOPT(Object-Oriented Program Testing) for a testing method of an object-oriented program. The method suggested is to point out systematically the testing factors in a single class and in an inherited class. I construct various kinds of TIFs through an OOPT analyzer as a supporting condition. Also I construct an OOPT as a testing strategy selected by the user making referance to TIFs.
試論臺灣《國家語言發展法》 與中國大陸《國家通用語言文字法》之比較

Modern countries under the rule of law promote the popularization of common languages and the protection and inheritance of languages used by different groups through the formulation of language policies and related laws. Both Taiwan and mainland China are multi-ethnic and multilingual society, and formulated their own language policies and regulations based on their different social environments. “Development of National Languages Act” of Taiwan was formally promulgated on January 9, 2019. There are a total of 18 regulations that set the goal of inheriting and sustaining the development of multilingual culture and protecting the rights of education, communication and public services of all ethnic groups using different languages, and this law based on the perspective of language preservation and sustainable development, respect the diversity of language and culture, and implement the spirit of cultural equality. Mainland China’s “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Standard Spoken and Written Chinese Language” was revised and adopted at the 18th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People’s Congress on October 31, 2000, and took effects on January 1, 2001. There are 4 chapters and 28 regulations. It mainly includes the use, management and supervision of mandarin. Its purpose is to accelerate the standardization and healthy development of the national language, promote the mandarin plays a better role in social life, and economic and cultural exchanges among all ethnic groups and regions. Both laws are formulated basing on the social structure and development. Although the reasons are different, they both explain and guarantee the “national language”. It has not been sufficiently studied that compare Taiwan’s “Development of National Languages Act” and mainland China’s “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Standard Spoken and Written Chinese Language”. Different from previous studies that have separately studied each language policy, this article is based on the two laws, try to compare the similarities and differences, and discuss the background, enactment, and impact on the society of the two laws, as a reference for further research.
원자력발전소 PSI/ISI 데이터 관리를 위한 지능형 데이터베이스 프로그램 개발(제2보)

제 1보에서 Windows 환경 하에서 PSI/ISI 데이터의 효율적 관리 및 다원적평가와 분석이 가능한 고리 원전 PSI/ISI 데이터베이스 구축과 프로그램 개발(IDPIN)에 대해 소개하였다. 제 2보에서는 월성 원자력발전소 PSI/ISI 자료 관리를 위한 지능형 데이터베이스 프로그램(WS-IDPIN)을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램에는 월성 원전 PSI/ISI 관련 자료 분석 기능, PSI/ISI UT 검사 보고서 양식의 표준화와 전산 시스템화, PSI/ISI 비파괴검사 결과의 통계적 신뢰도 평가 프로그램(depth and length sizing performance 등) 등을 개발하여 원전 PSI/ISI 데이터 관리 전문가시스템(expert system)화에 한 단계 접근하였다. In a previous paper, we have discussed the intelligent Windows 95-based data management program(IDPIN) which was developed for (effective) and efficient management of large amounts of pre-/in-service inspection(PSI/ISI) data of Kori nuclear power plants. The IDPIN program enables the prompt extraction of previously conducted PSI/ISI conditions and results so that the time-consuming data management, painstaking data processing and analysis of the past are avoided. In this study, the intelligent Windows based data management program(WS-IDPIN) has been developed as an effective data management of PSI/ISI data for the Wolsong nuclear power plants. The WS-IDPIN program includes the modules of comprehensive management and analysis of PSI/ISI results, statistical reliability assessment program of PSI/ISI results(depth and length sizing performance etc), standardization of UT report form and computerization of UT results. In addition, the program can be further developed as a unique PSI/ISI data management expert system which can be part of the PSI/ISI total support system for Korean nuclear power plants.
토끼에서 Etofenprox와 Spinosad 합제의 국소자극성 시험

This study was performed to evaluation the skin and eye irritation of etofenprox 8% and spinosad 4% combination in male New Zealand White rabbits. In skin irritation test, the combination of etofenprox and spinosad did not showed any change of body weight but caused slight skin irritation with the P.I.I. (primary irritation index) value 0.25. The etofenprox and spinosad combination showed severe eye irritation 1 h, 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h after ocular treatment, having the A.O.I. (acute ocular irritation) value of 37.3. Therefore, these result indicated that the combination of etofenprox and spinosad might be irritant formulation on eye and skin.

The research team conducted a series of studies to use CGS as fine aggregate for concrete. In this paper, through the adiabatic temperature rising test, CGS' hydration heating performance and its usability as a mass concrete hydration heating agent were reviewed. According to the analysis, the maximum temperature of the mix of OPC 100 was 53.7℃, and the temperature of CGS 50% was 45.2℃, which was 8.5℃ lower than the OPC 100.

This study evaluated temperature distribution through adiabatic temperature rising test and hydration heat Analysis as a performance verification to utilize CGS as a hydration heat reduction material for mass concrete when replacing it with fine aggregate. According to the analysis, the temperature difference between the center and the surface was the highest at about 30℃, followed by the CGS 50% at 26℃ and the low heat combiner FA 30% at 23℃.
CBS-dust 치환에 따른 고로슬래그 다량치환 시멘트 벽돌 품질에 미치는 영향

This study examines the performance of CBS-Dust for the utilization of cement bricks as alkali stimulants for furnace slag replacement binders. It converts the CBS-Dust substitution rate and the excess slag substitution rate. According to the analysis, when replacing CBS-Dust with 65~70 % of BS substitution rate and 7.5~10 % of CBS-Dust, it shows excellent performance as an alkali stimulant of BS' potential hydrophobic reaction, and it is expected to be effective for secondary products of BS replaced in large quantities.
