H₂SO₄ 수용액 변화에 따른 철-알루미나이드 합금의 부식특성

Corrosion characterization of Fe-XAl-0.3Y(X=5, 10, 14 wt%) alloys in 0.1~IN sulphuric acid at room temperature was studied using Potentiodynamic techniques. The morphology and components of corrosion products on surface of Fe-aluminide alloys were investigated using SEM/EDX, XRD and EPMA. The potentiodynamic polarization curve of alloys exhibited typical active, passive, transpassive behaviour. Corrosion potential(Ecorr) and corrosion current density(Icorr) values of Fe-XAI-0.3Y alloys followed linear rate law. Ecorr of 10AI alloy and 14AI alloy was ten times lower than 5AI alloy. Icorr of 14AI alloy was five times lower than 5AI alloy. The passive film on the surface of Fe-5AI-0.3Y alloy was formed iron oxide. Fe-10AI-0.3Y and Fe-14AI-0.3Y alloys passive films were aluminium oxide. especially, Fe-14AI-0.3Y alloy showed good corrosion resistance in 0.12~IN sulphuric acid. This is attributed to the forming of protective AI₂O₃ oxide on surface of Fe-14AI-0.3Y alloy.
A Study on Thermal Analytical Model for a Dry Dual Clutch

The stability of friction characteristics and thermal management for a dry type dual clutch transmission (DCT) are inferior to those of a wet clutch. Too high temperature resulting from frequent engagement of DCT speeds up degradation or serious wear of the pressure plate or burning of the clutch disk lining. Even though it is significantly important to estimate the temperature of a dry double clutch (DDC) in real-time, few meaningful study of the thermal model of DDC has been known yet. This study presented a thermal analytical model of lumped parameters for a DDC by analyzing its each component firstly. Then a series of experimental test was carried out on the test bench with a patented temperature telemetry system to validate the proposed thermal model. The thermal model, whose optimal parameter values were found by optimization algorithm, was also simulated on the experimental test conditions. The simulation results of DDC temperature show consistency with the experiment, which validates the proposed thermal model of DDC.
페라이트 도금법에 의한 MxZn0.22Fe2.78-xO₄(M=Mn, Ni) 박막의 제조와 자기적 성질

The magnetic thin films can be prepared without vacuum process and under the low temperature (<100 ℃) by ferrite plating. We have performed ferrite plating of Mn_xZn_(0.22)Fe_(2.78-x)O₄(0.00~0.08) films and Ni_xZn_(0.22)Fe_(2.78-x)O₄(0.00~0.15) films on cover glass at the substrate temperature 90℃. The crystal structure of the samples has been identified as a single phase of polycrystal spinel structure by x-ray diffraction technique. The lattice constant in the Mn_xZn_(0.22)Fe_(2.78-x)O₄ films increases but in the Ni_xZn_(0.22)Fe_(2.78-x)O₄ films decrease with the composition parameter, x. The saturation magnetization in the Mn_xZn_(0.22)Fe_(2.78-x)O₄ films does not greatly change, in agreement with observations on bulk samples.
