This study was conducted to investigate the effect of immersion treatment using lactic acid (LA) and sodium benzoate (SB) on the physicochemical quality and freshness of spent hen breast meats. A total of 135 spent hen breast meats were subjected to 9 different treatments using various concentrations of LA and/or SB in sterile DW. The 9 treatment groups were as follows: Control, sterile DW without LA or SB; T1, 1% LA; T2, 2% LA; T3, 4% LA; T4, 1% LA and 0.1% SB; T5, 2% LA and 0.1% SB; T6 2% LA and 0.2% SB; T7, 2% LA and 0.4% SB; T8, 4% LA and 0.2% SB, respectively. All groups were kept at 4oC for 15 d. The microbial counts in the control group gradually increased during storage, but those for the treated groups were significantly lower than the control or were not detected. The pH values of the control were significantly higher than those of the treated groups (p<0.05). In the color measurements, the lightness ($L^*$) and yellowness ($b^*$) values increased during storage and the redness ($a^*$) values decreased (p<0.05). The K-value and volatile basic nitrogen of the treated groups were significantly lower than those of the control group (p<0.05). Overall, the combined results of this study indicate that LA and SB could be used as favorable preservatives for spent hen breast meats to extend their shelf-life during refrigerated storage.

This study was conducted in order to investigate the effect of storage temperature abuse on the freshness of refrigerated and frozen spent hen's meat. After a room temperature storage condition, two different storage temperature were followed: refrigeration and frozen storage. All parts of the spent hen's meats were thawed at 4 d intervals up to 3 times (2, 6, and 10 d) for 24 h. The level of bacteria on the different parts of the refrigerated and frozen meats was higher than 6 Log CFU/g under the following storage conditions: refrigerated - breast, 12 h; leg, 6 h; wing, 12 h at the $1^{st}$ analysis, frozen - breast, 12 h at the $2^{nd}$ analysis; leg, 24 h at the $1^{st}$ analysis; wing, 12 h at the $1^{st}$ analysis. The pH value for the leg meat was higher than breast and wing meats. In the color measurements, under the room temperature storage condition, lightness and redness values decreased but the yellowness increased in refrigerated meats (p<0.05). The K-value regarding refrigerated leg meats exceeded 60%, which is the threshold value to evaluate the degree of freshness, during the $1^{st}$ analysis (p<0.05). The VBN value of refrigerated leg meat was the highest and reached up to 96.93 mg%. Thus, studies regarding the possible decline in quality according to the change of storage temperature could be used in order to establish a basic database for the quality control of spent hen meat being traded with other countries.

In this study, the thickness effects of $Al_2O_3$ layer on the sensing properties of $SiO_2/Al_2O_3$ (OA) stacked membrane were investigated using electrolyte-insulator-semiconductor (EIS) structure for high quality pH sensor. The $Al_2O_3$ layers with a respective thickness of 5 nm, 15 nm, 23 nm, 50 nm, and 100 nm were deposited on the 5-nm-thick $SiO_2$ layers. The electrical characteristics and sensing properties of each OA membranes were investigated using metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) and EIS devices, respectively. As a result, the OA stacked membrane with 23-nm-thick $Al_2O_3$ layer shows the excellent characteristics as a sensing membrane of EIS sensor, which can enhance the signal to noise ratio.
비교과 프로그램의 고쳐쓰기 활동을 통한 대학생 글쓰기 능력 신장 연구 - 숙명여자대학교 ‘챌린지 라이팅’ 사례를 중심으로 -

이 논문은 대학 글쓰기 교육을 연계·보완하기 위한 비교과 프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 통해 대학생의 글쓰기 능력을 신장시키는 데 관심을 두었다. 대부분의 글쓰기 정규 과목은 많은 학생 정원으로 교수자의 부담이 큰 편이며, 상대평가로 인한 성적 부담 탓에 학생들의 부담 또한 적지 않은 게 현실이다. 이러한 현실과 부담을 고려하여 학생들 스스로 글쓰기에 대한 내적 동기를 불어 넣고, 성공적인 쓰기 경험을 내면화할 수 있도록 집중적인 실습과 피드백 중심의 단기 비교과 프로그램을 구안하였다. 숙명여대 교양교육연구소는 ‘고쳐쓰기’를 통한 대학생의 글쓰기 능력신장을 살펴보기 위해 2020년 2학기 종료 후, 2021년 1학기와 2학기 종료 후 방학 기간 동안, 총 세 차례에 걸쳐 6차시로 구성된 비교과 프로그램(프로그램명 ‘챌린지 라이팅’)을 기획·운영하였다. 고쳐쓰기에 대한 거시적 접근과 미시적 접근을 고려하여 교육 내용을 선정하였고, 다양한 고쳐쓰기의 주체를 고려하여 프로그램을 설계하였다. 프로그램 운영 결과, 학생 글의 발전 양상 및 글쓰기 능력의 조직, 논증, 표현 영역에서의 신장을 확인할 수 있었다. 그동안의 글쓰기 관련 비교과 프로그램은 지식, 이론, 경험을 위주로 한 특강이 대부분이었고, 그마저도 일회적이거나 행사의 성격이 강한 편이었다. 그러나 숙명여대 교양교육연구소가 구안한 ‘챌린지 라이팅’은 정규 교과에서의 미진함과 한계를 과목 재수강이 아닌 비교과 프로그램으로 보완할 수 있게 함으로써 학생의 선택권을 보장하는 동시에 학생들이 취약한 역량을 집중적으로 강화할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 아울러 정규교과에서 다룬 글쓰기 결과물을 ‘고쳐쓰기’의 방식으로 프로그램을 설계, 운영함으로써 학생들의 쓰기에 대한 도전 의식과 끝까지 쓰는 용기를 자극하였으며, 궁극적으로는 이를 통해 학습자의 쓰기에 대한 성공적 경험을 내면화하고 학습자의 행위 주체성을 강화한 점에서 의의를 지닌다. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a non-curricular program model to link and supplement university writing education. In order to relieve the burden of teachers due to the large number of students in most regular writing courses and the burden on learners’ grades due to relative evaluation, etc. A non-curricular program using 'writing' was devised. Sookmyung Women's University Liberal Education Research Institute planned and operated a non-curricular program (program name 'Challenge Writing') three times in total to examine the improvement in writing ability and changes in efficacy of college students through 'rewrite writing'. Through the above extracurricular program, it was demonstrated that the writing ability of college students was improved in the areas of organization, argumentation, and expression. Most of the writing-related non-curricular programs were special lectures centered on knowledge, theory, and experience, and even that was one-time or event-based. However, 'Challenge Writing' designed by Sookmyung Women's University's Liberal Arts Education Research Center enables students to choose intensive programs rather than re-taking courses to compensate for the inadequacy and limitations of regular subjects, so that they can intensively strengthen their weak competencies. In addition, by designing the program in the form of 'rewrite' and 'rewrite' the writing results dealt with in the regular curriculum, it not only provokes students' sense of challenge and courage in writing, but ultimately internalizes learners' successful writing experience. It is meaningful in that it was able to strengthen the learner's agency in action.

Intramural pregnancy is among the rarest forms of ectopic pregnancy. Since it has been first reported by Doederlein in 1913, 37 cases were reported in worldwide literatures. The pathologic criteria required for intramural pregnancy is that the product of
