        Results on the fly-wheel energy storage system driven by a high speed, and high frequency dual-inverter are summarized in this paper. The purposes of this system are mainly to achieve effective use of braking energy of electric railway locomotives, and additionally to reduce the peak load demand and the cost of electric utility. Economic evaluation is performed compared with the battery storage system. Basic characteristics of the Dual-inverter system, for the high power and high speed drive of fly wheel studied and the opening and closing method of the inverter from the induction machine during, the energy storing period, is suggested.

        건설업 규모별 안전관리 활성화 방안

        After the IMF financial crisis, a lot of risks in construction industry have been increased gradually with the expansion of construction industry widely, higher stories of building, and the expansion of the underground space and excavation work. These risks are bringing out constriction accidents such as the death, the injury of worker and so on, not so much as it would be effected the corporation's image. In spite of these situations, many constriction industries still maintain the wrong methods and riot try to decrease construction accidents. Decently, we should focus on the fact that larger construction industries have been endeavoring to decrease the accidents in construction site and the safety management system of the larger constriction also is being good, on the other hand, the condition of the work in the case of smaller construction industries is very poor, construction company have a particular safety management system but it has a difference according to the construction magnitude, construction companies have a particular safety management system but it has a difference depending on the construction magnitude. Thus, we need to study the smaller construction safety management to decrease the construction accident according to the construction magnitude. Therefore, this study will suggest the developed way of construction safety management by the comparison and analysis from the difference between the higher and the smaller construction industries.

        정량화의사결정기법을 이용한 빌딩공사 공종별 위험지수 산정

        It is very useful tool to get necessary informations by process and case of construction work for preventing of the construction calamity and accident What is the most important thing among the informations is considered to evaluate the degree of risk In the each construction process to prepare the safety planning Past construction accidents contain the information of construction safety method and hazard of construction activity So, to prevent construction accident, we utilize the past construction accidents properties Therefore the research is carried out prevent construction accident using the past accidents example like us a risk properties Firstly we re-categorized work type based on the past accidents, and analyzed accidents depending on the number of persons by work types secondly we collected the construction Specialists, opinion about the risk by work types With the result of risk work type applied AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, we compared these result finally we suggested the risk index of each work type and process

        거푸집공사 위험성 평가에 관한 연구

        The object of risk assesment is to prevent the accident from arising. The main reason for risk assesment of construction work is to determine priority order of improvement plan about risky work. Formwork is a complicated process that determines the total duration of apartment construction, and occupies 10~15% of total construction expense, and 17% of serious accidents occur during formwork. So, formwork occupies very importment roles in work sites, economical efficiency and safety. We need to identify the work type with a high risk of accidents, and to establish suitable safety counterplan and implement intensive safety management.

        승객용 승강기의 재해예방에 관한 연구

        Recently the car and elevator accidents as well as the fire, explosion and collapse increased. The passenger elevator accident from 1993 year to 2001 has about 56.7% of total accidents and the human victims of 180according to the Korea Elevator Safety Institute. Accident cause and prevention were investigated for the elevator having the fall, impact and narrowness accident types. The prevention and protection methods of the elevator accident from analysis results were suggested by comparing and analogizing the accident statistics about the accident investigation of the passenger elevator according to the elevator accidents.

        무기안료가 시멘트모르타르의 압축강도와 흡수율에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of inorganic pigments on the physical properties of cement mortar. For this purpose, the compressive stieugth and absorption test were carried out on cement mortar mixed with inorganic pigments by changing the proportion of cement mortar, water-cement ratio, and ratio of pigment. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: The compressive strength of colored mortar rapidly increased in red and yellow mortar, as the mix ratio of pigment increased. In case of green and black mortar, however, the compressive strength decreased as the mix ratio increased. In case of red and yellow mortar, the absorption of colored mortar increased as the mixing ratio increased, if the mean particle diameter of the pigment is small. In case of green and black mortar, the absorption ratio decreased as the mix ratio increased. After investigating the overall physical properties of colored mortar, it was confirmed that the proper mix ratio of pigment securing the properties of colored mortar was below 6% of the weight of the cement to be used.

        건설현장 화재예방에 관한 연구 : 용접작업을 중심으로

        Current fire safety in the construction sites has developed piecemeal over a considerable period of time. However, the law and regulation of fire safety is insufficient to protect fire in the construction sites. The frequency of fire in the construction sites is very rare but it brings longterm deterioration durability of building structure and large scale industrial calamity. There are many process of works and each work deals with many kind of flammable material, so it is very difficult find a proper safety fire prevention. This study executed the questionnaire and fire experiment of the welding work to provide effective fire prevention counterplan.

        재해사례분석을 통한 빌딩공사 재해 특성

        Recently, construction work's tendency has become a high-rise building, a complexity and a large size. According to the KOSHA data, construction work accidents have not been decreased. Looking at from the side of accident, accidents of construction industry are occupied over 1/3 among all industry accidents. Therefore, this study will analyze the accident of the building construction work from the data of KOSHA which were collected during 11 years(1992 -2002) data relating to serious accidents of the building construction work, suggest the counterplan according to the each work type in building construction work.

        Bond Strength of Mortar mixed Activated Hwangtoh

        This study aimed to mix and test mortar incorporating activated Hwangtoh to improve the Hwangtoh brick bond strength of brick structures. To do this, the bond strength correlation of mortar was analyzed by means of materials and experiment factors and levels, and the optimum conditions were suggested after analyzing the physical properties of brick and the mix ratio of mortar and additive. Furthermore, the compressive strength and bond strength were found to be in inverse proportion, and in terms of the materials and mixing level, W/C ratio, substitution ratio of activated Hwangtoh, and fine aggregate grading were shown to have a considerable influence on the strength. In conclusion, the optimum mixing conditions to improve the bond strength are found to set W/C ratio at 65% and replacmenet ratio of activated Hwangtoh at 10%.
