Ink-Jet Printing of Silver Conductive Tracks on Flexible Substrates
Kim, Dongjo,Jeong, Sunho,Moon, Jooho,Kang, Kyungtae TaylorFrancis 2006 Molecular Crystals and Liquid Crystals Vol.459 No.1

We have developed a conductive ink applicable to ink-jet printing to fabricate conductive lines on flexible substrates. Nano-sized silver particles with ∼21 nm diameter were used for the direct metal printing. Silver conductive ink was printed on polymer substrates for the application to flexible electronics. The printing conditions of pulse amplitude, head frequency, xy-stage moving velocity and substrate temperature were optimized to achieve smooth conductive track with high resolution. After heat-treatment at temperature of 100 ∼ 300°C for 30 min, the printed silver patterns exhibit metal-like appearance and high conductivity. The influence of the printing conditions on the microstructure and conductivity of the conductive track was investigated.

The flight distance of ski jumping critically depends on the take-off velocity, which is determined by the frictional resistance between the ski plate and the ice track. The friction regime of ice-ski interface is generally classified into three regimes: dry, mixed, and hydrodynamic regime depending on water film thickness. In ice-ski friction, the real contact area of ice with ski is very small because of surface roughness. Since frictional heat generated at the small contact spots of ice induces considerable temperature rise, thick water film is created at ice-ski interface. Therefore, hydrodynamic regime is dominant in ice-ski friction and analysis of water film thickness is essential for reducing frictional force. Here, we construct a heat transfer model to analyze the temperature rise and predict the thickness of water film and hydrodynamic friction coefficient of ski. We compare the theoretically predicted hydrodynamic friction coefficient with experimental data to find favorable agreement between them.

The space study of the art is based on the various media and techniques. According to the development of the technological civilization the digital appliance showed up and it is spreaded to the people fast and became one of the necessaries in the routine life.In the media art one genre of the modern art the use of projector the high technology appliance becomes used. It is also used as new media in the space study in the art. The projector has the characteristic projecting the light on the screen bigger than the computer monitor so it is used as the useful appliance not only in the movies and performing art but also commercial performance. In this art field projection mapping technique is developed and is used to construct the space effectively. The purpose of this study is to analyse how projection mapping is used to construct the space in the art field with the preexisted cases advance the appliable new mapping technology and show the forward possibility of the mapping techniques.
