        행간(行間)·소부(少府) 보사침법(補瀉鍼法)이 국소뇌혈류량(局所腦血流量) 및 평균혈압(平均血壓)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine influences by the order, Reduction and Reinforcement in Acupuncture on cerebral hemodynamics [regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) and mean arterial blood pressure(MABP)] in normal rats. Methods: This experiments was to to investigate eath other changes of rCBF and MABP at Xingjian(LR2)(1st) Shaofu(HT8)(2nd) Reduction, Xingjian(LR2)(1st) Shaofu(HT8)(2nd) Reinforcement, Shaofu(HT8)(1st) Xingjian(LR2)(2st) Reduction and Shaofu(HT8)(1st) Xingjian(LR2)(2st) Reduction in Acupuncture. Results: 1. LR2(1st) HT8(2nd) Reduction in Acupuncture was decreased rCBF and MABP in compared with normal condition. 2. LR2(1st) HT8(2nd) Reinforcement in Acupuncture was significantly decreased rCBF, and was decreased MABP in compared with normal condition. 3. HT8(1st) LR2(2st) Reduction in Acupuncture was decreased rCBF during acupuncture but was recovered rCBF after with-drawing of the neddle. 4. HT8(1st) LR2(2st) Reduction in Acupuncture was decreased MABP during acupuncture and after withdrawing of the neddle. 5. HT8(1st) LR2(2st) Reinforcement in Acupuncture was significantly increased rCBF during acupuncture and 30min after withdrawing of the neddle. 6. HT8(1st) LR2(2st) Reinforcement in Acupuncture was decreased MABP during acupuncture, but was recovered MABP after withdrawing of the neddle. Conclusions: I suggested that LR2 HT8 Reduction in Acupuncture and LR2 HT8 Reinforcement in Acupuncture cause a diverse response of cerebral hemodynas.

        Objective : The aim of this experiments was to investigate the effects of Kyongo Puryu(originated from ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$), Kyongo Um-gok(originated from ${\ll}$Ling Shu${\gg}$) acupuncture on the Blood Pressure, Cardiomegalic index, and plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide in Hypertensive RAT induced by 2K1C. Methods : The effects of Kyongo(L8) Puryu(K7), Kyongo(L8) Um-gok(K10) acupuncture on Blood Pressure in Hypertensive RAT induced by Two Kidney One Clip(2K1C). Results : I. Blood Pressure was decreased significantly after acupuncture of L8 K7. II. Cardiomegalic index decreased significantly after acupuncture of L8 Puryu, L8 K10. IlI. Plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide was increased significantly after acupuncture of L8 K7.

        행간(行間) 자침(刺鍼)이 뇌혈류력학(腦血流力學) 작용(作用) 기전(機轉)에 미치는 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate whether Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture affects cerebral hemodynamics〔regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF), mean arterial blood pressure(MABP)〕in normal rats, and to make manifest whether Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture is mediated by cyclooxygenase or guanylate cyclase. Methods: This experiments was to investigate at the other changes of rCBF and MABP at Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture in normal rats, pretreated rats with indomethacin(1 ㎎/㎏, i.v.) and pretreated rats with methylene blue(10 ㎍/㎏, i.v.). Results: 1. Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture was significantly increased rCBF during acupuncture and after withdrawing of the needle. 2. Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture was decreased MABP during acupuncture, but Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture was increased MABP in compared with normal condition. 3. Pretreatment with indomethacin(1 ㎎/㎏, i.v.) was significantly inhibited Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture induced increase of rCBF, but was increased Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture induced increase of MABP. 4. Pretreatment with methylene blue(10 ㎍/㎏, i.v.) was significantly decreased Haenggan (LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture induced increase of rCBF and MABP. This results suggest that Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture increased rCBF by dilating pial arterial diameter, and the mechanism of Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture is mediated by guanylate cyclase.

        홍화약침(紅花藥針)이 국소뇌혈류량(局所腦血流量) 및 평균혈압(平均血壓)에 미치는 실험적(實驗的) 영향(影響)

        Objective : Carthami Flos has been used as a herb to promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis in oriental medicine for many centuries. To investigate treatment of cerebral vascular disease(CVA) by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(活血化瘀法), we observed the experimental Effects of Aqua-Acupuncture of Carthami Flos on the Regional Cerebral Blood Flow and Mean Arterial Blood Pressure in Rats. Method : When aqua-acupuncture of Carthami Flos(ACF) was injected into LI4, Liv3, B23, B62, GV16, experimental effects of ACF on the regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) and mean arterial blood pressure(MABP) is not known. Therefor, this study was designed to investigate the effects of ACF on the change of cerebral hemodynamics. The changes of rCBF and MABP were tested by Laser Doppler Flowmetry(LDF). Results : When ACF was injected into LI4, change of rCBF and MABP were decreased in a injected time-dependent manner. When ACF was injected into Liv3, change of rCBF and MABP were decreased in a injected time-dependent manner. When ACF was injected into B23, change of rCBF was significantly increased in a injected time-dependent manner, MABP did not change. When ACF was injected into B62, change of rCBF was increased in a injected time-dependent manner, change of MABP was significantly decreased after injection 60min. When ACF was injected into GV16, change of rCBF and MABP were similar to the change of normal. Conclusions : In conclusion, I suggested that ACF(LI4, Liv3) has an effect that depress the blood pressure & cerebral hemodynamic acceleration and ACF(B23, B62) has an anti-ischemic effect through the improvement of crebral hemodynamics.

        풍륭(風隆)·음릉천(陰陵泉)에 대한 약침(藥鍼)(창출(蒼朮), 의이인(薏苡仁))이 고지방식이(高脂肪食餌)로 유발(誘發)된 비만백서(肥滿白鼠)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objectives : This research was performed to investigate the effect of herbal acupuncture (Atratylodes japonica Koizumi and Coix lachrymajobi var. mayeun Stapf) at Pungnyung(ST40) and Umnungchon(SP9) on weight gain, food intake, food efficiency, serum of lipid concentrations, liver function and HDL to total cholesterol ratio of rats fed high fat diet for 5weeks. Methods : Experimental groups were divided into normal group(Sham), high fat diet group(Control), high fat diet and Atractylodes japonica-herbal acupuncture in ST40 SP9 treated group (AJ), high fat diet and Coix lachrymajobi var. mayeun Stapf-herbal acupuncture in ST40 SP9 treated group(CL), high fat diet and Atractylodes japonica+Coix lachrymajobi var. mayeun Stapf-herbal acupuncture in ST40 SP9 treated group(AJ+CL). Herbal acupuncture was bilaterally treated at the level of 132.5mg/kg body weight per day. Results : Body weight and food efficiency were decreased in AJ, AJ+CL. Feed intake was decreased in AJ, CL. The level of serum HDL-cholesterol was increased in AJ, CL. The level of serum total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol and phospholipid were not significant. The level of serum triglyceride, free fatty acid were increased in AJ. The level of serum AST was decreased in AJ, AJ+CL. The level of serum ALT was decreased in AJ, CL, AJ+CL. The level of serum ALP was decreased in AJ+CL. The HDL to Total cholesterol ratio was increased in AJ. Conclusions : Atractylodes japonica-herbal acupuncture in ST40 SP9 can control the body weight, feed intake and feed efficiency ratio, HDL-cholesterol and herbal acupuncture combined Atractylodes japonica with Coix lachrymajobi var. mayeun Stapf is effective on Body weight, feed intake, feed efficiency ratio, protection of liver function and prevention cardiovascular risk by obesity.
