Notes on the Korean Higher Fungi(XVII)

Many higher fungi were collected at Mt.Manrae, Mt.Kirin, Mt.Nam, Mt.Unjang, Mt.Yonsuk, Mt.Minjuji from May, 2000 to June, 2001 and they were identified. As the result, Marasmius buxi, M. epiphylloides, M. hudsoni, Mycena erubescens, Agaricus bisporus var. bisporus, Panellus ringens, Lactarius aquiflus, Leccinum quericinum were newly discovered in Korea. They were designed Korean common names by author.

Notes on the Korean Ascomycetes (IX)

Many ascomycetes were collected at Mt. Minjuji, Mt. Manduck, Mt. Odae, Mt. Yonsuk and Mt. Sunun from August 1999 to September 2000. They were identified. According to the reusulting, Helvella villosa (Hedw.: O. Kuntze) Dissing and Nannfedt, Dasychyphus corticalis (Pers.:Fr.) Mass., Lachnellula fuscosanguinea(Rhem) Dennis, Lachnellula subtilissima (Cke.) Dennis and Scutellina erinaceus (Schw.) Kunrze are newly to Korea. They were designed Korean common names by authors.

Many higher fungi were collected at Mt.Sunun, Mt.Kangchon and Mt.Moak from June, 1991 to April, 2003. They were identified and surveyed with references. According to the result, Cordyceps clavata, C. cocciniocapite, C. ryougamimontanna, C. tuberculate J. moelleri and C. yakushimensis are unrecorded species to Korea. They were designed Korean common names by authors. Common names: Cordyceps clavata, C. cocciniocapite, C. ryougamimontanna, C. tuberculate f moelleri, C. yakushimensis, unrecorded species, common names.

Diversity and Geographic Distribution of Anti-cancer Higher Fungi in Korea

Many higher fungi were collected at Korea from 1976 to 1998. They were identified and surveyed on resources with many reference books. According to the results, fungal fungi were 40 families, 90 general and 215 species. Among them , anti-cancer resources used in Korea were Ganoderma lucidum, Phellinus linteus, Agaricus brazei and Cordyceps militaris. Three species exception Agaricus brazei were distributed in Korea. All these are cultivated in Korea.

2000년 5월 중순부터 10월까지 채집하였다. 이 중 2속 4종을 확인하였고 6균주를 분리하여 모두를 자실체 유도실험에 이용하였다. 그 결과 동충하초 [Corcyceps miliraris(CHO-7410)] 1균주, 눈꽃동충하초[isaria japoica (CHO-6713, CHO-7413)] 2균주를 상업적이나 의약품개발에 있어서의 시료등 각 산업에있어서 전반적으로 이용가치가 충분히 있다고 사료되어 우량균주로 선발하였다. Many Cordyceps spp. were collected for excellent strains selection at near Wanju-kun from May to October, 2000. They were identified. As the resulting, They were 2 genera and 4 species. 6 strains were got through 4 species culture. 6 strains are Cordyceps militaris f. albino, C, gracilaides, C. militaris and Isaria japoica. Among them, 4 species used for induction of artifitial fruiting body. 3 strains of them were selected for excellent strains. excellent strains are Cordyceps militaris and Isaria japoica.

二重 Silicon Gate NMOS 工程을 利用한 2K EPROM 製作 및 測定

2K bit EPROM array and test patterns were fabricated by double poly silicon-gate NMOS technicue. The channel length and width of the EPROM cell were 6㎛ and 12㎛, respectively. The operation of peripheral circuits was simulated by SPICE and the expected results were compared with experimental results. The optimal conditions of cell for programming were the drain voltage of 15-17V, gate voltage of 19-21V and the width of programming pulse of 30-35㎳, respectively. At that time, the threshold voltage was shifted from 1.6V(in erased state) to 9.4V (in programmed state).

The changes in contents of proteins of Schizophyllum commune were studied using synchronous culture. 1. Biosynthesis of proteins were high at primordia formation. 2. The contents of free amino acid and protein were equal at homokaryotic mycelium but free amino acid were turned over alkali stable protein at primordia formation.

The purpose of this study is to identify housing choice making process by the consumer approach. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires designed for this study, and the sample consisted of 602 households in 4 urbans. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, χ2 analysis, and ANOVA analysis. The major finding is as follows: 1) Residents choiced first the region, the second is the price, the third the constructional enterprise through housing choice making process. 2) Consumer's housing choice making process is strongly influenced by the total housing price, the brand image of the construcional enterprise, the community convenience, the level of educational environments. 3) Factors that effected the housing choice making process were divided into three specific types: regional characteristics, housing characteristics, information characteristics, and economic characteristics.

The objective of this study is to analyze the import demand behavior for wheat in Korea in order to provide some basic information to policy-makers and importers who are interested in the efficiency of import. In particular, this study focuses on the analysis of import demand by country under the assumption that wheat is different in quality by place of production. The analytic model used in this study to analyze import demand is the two stage estimation method. In the first stage, the total import demand functions are estimated for wheat. And the import demand functions of each country are estimated in the second stage. Major findings of this study are summarized as follows : First, the import price elasticity and the domestic production quantity elasticity of the total import demand for wheat are very low. But the domestic price elasticity and the income elasticity are relatively high. Second, the own price elasticity of American wheat is low, but cross price elasticities of import demand for other countries with respect to the American wheat price are very high. Therefore, taking notice of the price change of American wheat and diversifying importing countries are important to incease the efficiency of wheat import.
