This study suggested a community leading participation platform service to make contributions in creating a transparent public office. Through a theoretical analysis, the public office was first defined and an analysis was conducted about the changes in the public office environment following the emergence of collective intelligence as well as the domestic collective intelligence platform. This was followed by in-depth interviews to identify the pain points of general users for the previous platform and an additional interview was executed with specialists who are directly and indirectly connected to the public office in order to gain deeper insight and it was arranged through affinity diagram, stakeholder map, and user journey map. Through this, a service that is needed for each touch point was identified. The problems that were identified and the solutions that followed were selected and suggested into three kinds in the key strategy suggestion. Accordingly, this study designed the prototype of the new mobile application, 'Conan' and conducted the process of taking in opinions of the users through usability verification, Think Aloud. Based on this, the significance of this study include how the community provided objective performance data about the public office and attempted to suggest a new mobile based public office specialized platform that verifies it.

This study focuses on university library services and proceeds to provide Library 3.0 services corresponding to Web 3.0. In order to provide library 3.0 service, we analyzed current usage of library and analyzed main characteristics of Online-to-Offline service to be used as core strategy through theoretical consideration. Also, we conducted an in - depth interview to understand the user `s painpoint by listening to the user` s own voice. Through interviews, we confirmed the needs of users. Based on this data, we conducted stakeholders map to grasp the relationships among university library users, managers, and library related channels. Stakeholders map directly identifies the inconveniences of library users and administrators or their respective channels. After that, user journey map was conducted to select a book, identify a series of processes from loaning to returning, and determine what kind of service is necessary for each situation. As a result of the user journey map, we were able to see how the painpoints of the users which was identified in the in-depth interviews occurred in each itinerary. To improve this, we selected the main characteristics of the Online-to-Offline service that was identified in the theoretical review as the core strategy and selected the main functions to be provided in the new university library mobile app. There are three main functions. First, it provided the current location and the status of the book in real-time. Second, it provides user-customized book reviews in the mobile app home screen. Finally, it provides the function that enables library users to remotely loan and return the books outside of the library. Each function has the technical merit that it can be utilized by the characteristics of Online-to-Offline service. Through prototyping, users were presented with tasks to perform usability tests to hear their opinions directly. As a result, we conducted research with the significance of suggesting the future direction of library services.

Korea already became a fast aging society in 2000 and there is a forecast of becoming a super-aged society by 2026. As the number of the aged increases, the issue related with the increasing number of elderly people living alone and aging society is becoming more serious but there is an insufficiency in supporting senior citizens and managing the situation. The purpose of this study is to identify problems occurred by the increasing number of elderly people living alone to obtain a solution for the problems and suggest a service design to attract young people in their 20s, who is more likely to favor voluntary service and donation for solution. For a study method, an observational study was conducted with selecting people who are engaged in senior care center, students in their 20s, and elderly people living alone and conducting questionnaire and in-depth interview with them and the problems occurred among those interested parties. The application steps were being simplified by dividing them into major categories, `performing voluntary service` and `donating`, to solve the problems. Also, `berry` points obtained by a voluntary service, which is an essentially time-donating, is available for designated financial donation. Those functions were manufactured as a mobile application prototype and first and second usability tests were conducted. As a result, it is expected that this study will contribute to creation of new donation culture with students in their 20s and solution for elderly people living alone.
