3차원 직선을 이용한 카메라 모션 추정

This paper proposes a method for motion estimation of consecutive cameras using 3-D straight lines. The motion estimation algorithm uses two non-parallel 3-D line correspondences to quickly establish an initial guess for the relative pose of adjacent frames, which requires less correspondences than that of current approaches requiring three correspondences when using 3-D points or 3-D planes. The estimated motion is further refined by a nonlinear optimization technique with inlier correspondences for higher accuracy. Since there is no dominant line representation in 3-D space, we simulate two line representations, which can be thought as mainly adopted methods in the field, and verify one as the best choice from the simulation results. We also propose a simple but effective 3-D line fitting algorithm considering the fact that the variance arises in the projective directions thus can be reduced to 2-D fitting problem. We provide experimental results of the proposed motion estimation system comparing with state-of-the-art algorithms using an open benchmark dataset.

The sea trade route to the Sandung peninsular during the united Shilla period was stretched from the middle western coast of the Korea peninsular to a northwestern direction. However, traders had to turn their path to west at Ongjin or Pungju after passing the Haeju area by land since the establishment of the Goryeo dynasty. This is because Hubaekje navy could raid the traders who sailed from Gaegyeong, the capital city of Goryeo, along the southern coast of Hwanghae-do. It is considered that Goryeo sea traders were the major player of the sea trade route, actively trading in the Sandung region. The Haeju region became a strategical point as the route to the Sandung peninsular became critical for foreign affairs and trade. This is the reason of why Pungju and Ongjin, the ports of the Korean peninsular connected to the Sandung peninsular, Haeju, the path from Ongjin to Gaegyeong, and Yeomju and Baeju were in the Gyesookwan district of Haeju. On the other hand, Chinese traders mainly used the sea trade route that links the Yangtze river area to the southwestern sea of the Korea peninsular. As they established diplomatic relationship with both of Goryeo and Hubaekje, they passed through the Hubaekje territory to Goryeo. The Wunju coast located at the western coast of Chungcheong-do was a place where Goryeo and Hubaekje tried to have their domination in the southernwest route of the Korean peninsular at the early stage of the Goryeo period. If Hubaekje succeeded to take hold the region, Goryeo could not connect with the Naju area. If Goryeo succeeded to take hold the region, Hubaekje had to suffer from communicating with Chinese dynasties in the central China or the Kitan. Therefore, the two nations fought intensively for the domination of the region, and some of the battles were led by the Kings of the nations. Finally, Goryeo took over the region, and this helped Goryeo unite the Korea peninsular much. 民世 安在鴻의 韓國 中世史 認識과 唯物史觀의 批判

This essay studies the writings on the Korean medieval history, and the criticism of the historical Materialism of Minse who followed the neo-nationalistic trend of history. During the colonial period he produced numerous works on the pre-historic period and the ancient period of Korea; on the contrary, only a few short writings on the medieval period such as the Joseon dynasty and the Goryeo dynasty. Minse inferred that the Korea was prosperous in the ancient period, but it gradually declined after the Unified Sinra period and eventually became a colony of Japan. His perception on the Korean medieval history shares similarity with the historical view of the Japanese colonialism, so Minse received criticism from the historians of the historical materialism. After the Liberation from the Japanese colonial rule, Minse stood up for his neo-nationalism and criticized the historical materialism against the socialist state-building theory. He left notes on the Marxist historians’ Class conflict theory, conception of state and society. In his note, Minse reasoned with the concrete cases from the Korean history and concluded that the Marxist theory could not be adapted into Korean society. His argument synthesizing classes in the name of a nation failed to advance as an actual study or an organized theory. Soon afterward Minse’s argument was succeeded and fulfilled by Son Jintae.
