These studies were carried out to investigate to distributions, propagations, and growth on Glehnia littoralis Schmidt et Miquel at western seashore areas of Tae-an peninsula in Chung-nam, Korea. The Gaheuido, island located in the western seashore area of the Tae-an peninsula, were shown to be well adapted areas of G. littoralis. The ratio of standing plant was higher at early sowing date, and was shown to be 88.1% in chilling seed storage. In the seed storage method of stratification, the ratio of germination was higher in sand+charcoal (1:1) method at 20℃ incubation showing 92.6% than open land method showing 55.4%. The seed of G. littoralis treated with GA?? 500ppm concentration for 48 hours was germinated 93.4% after 6 weeks. In the cutting propagation of G. littoralis, the ratio of surviver was higher in the part of root head showing 81.4% than the part of root top showing 8.0%, but the part of root middle was not survival. The ratio of sprouting hypocotyl was showed 84.5% after 4 weeks at 5℃. G. littoralis at culturing upland soil was lower in the ratio of survival shown 7.0% than that at culting seashore sand was shown 92.7%. The root head length was measured 25.22cm growing at habitat for 4 years old but could not be measured growing at culture. The root length, diameter, fresh weight was measured 41.84cm, 9.18mm, 7.03g, respectively growing at habitat for 4 years old and was measured 36.02cm, 11.12mm, 11.86g, respectively growing at culture. The flower of G. littoralis was opened growing for 3 years, and the ratio of flower was shown 85% in growing for 4 years.

This experiment was carried out to investigated the effect of Smi-7 and Paclobutrazol(pp-333) which were applied by spray and soil drench on the growth of Chrycanthemun morifolium RAMATUELLE. The results were summarized as follows; 1. As Smi-7 spray, pp-333 spray and pp-333 soil drench treated total extension growth was reduced. 2. The plant height was not significantly affected by Smi-7 soil drench treatment. 3. The total number of leaves preduced was not significantly affected by all treatments. 4. The flower stalk was not significantly affected by all treatments.
자발적인 승용차 이용 저감을 위한 모빌리티 매니지먼트 도입방안 연구

Traffic congestion is issued as a major urban problem nowadays. That is why many state or municipal governments throughout the world have been pushing a variety of transport policies, such as the expansion of transportation facilities, the collection of traffic congestion fees and the facilitation of public transit, ahead. They have few, however, practical effects in spite of the massive budget spending. In this context, it should be called for to shift a paradigm in transport policy from the construction of physical facilities to new one in an effort to relieve urban traffic congestion. Among others, the Mobility Management begins to make a mark as one of leading measures that could effectively solve traffic congestion in urban areas. In this context, the study aims to explore the fundamental ideas and concepts of Mobility Management through reviewing bibliographic sources, to examine how people voluntarily reduce car uses and in what ways by conducting foreign case studies, and finally to suggest useful measures which could apply to the Korean policy context. It also suggests feasible ways to introduce the Mobility Management which is one of the low-cost and high efficient solutions of traffic congestion as follows: 1) the development of communication skill between participants; 2) the clarification of stakeholders' major role; 3) the promotion of test-run projects; and 4) the revision of relevant laws and systems. 도시교통 혼잡 완화를 위한 도시교통 정책은 크게 통행수요에 대응하기 위한 교통시설의 확충, 승용차 통행발생을 억제하기 위한 혼잡통행료 부과 등의 교통수요관리기법, 그리고 대중교통수단 이용 촉진 등이다. 최근 도시 환경영향 저감, 지구온난화에 대처, 녹색성장을 위하여 과거 시설확충 중심의 교통정책은 패러다임 변화가 요구되고 있다. 수요자가 심리적·환경 의식 등 자발적인 행동변화를 통하여 승용차 이용을 줄일 수 있는 소프트 정책으로서 모빌리티 매니지먼트(Mobility Management)를 적극 개발할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 모빌리티 매니지먼트의 이론적 검토와 외국사례를 통하여 개념을 정립하였다. 외국사례 성공요인을 토대로 우리나라 도입범위는 참여대상자의 심리적 변화 유도, 기존 교통정책과 연계 시행, 그리고 다양한 소프트 정책과 병행을 설정하였다. 저비용의 효과가 높은 교통정책 대안으로서 승용차 이용을 줄일 수 있는 모빌리티 매니지먼트의 체계적 도입방안을 커뮤니케이션 기법의 개발, 시범사업의 실시, 중앙정부·지방정부·시군구·교통사업자·지역단체 등의 역할 정립, 그리고 교통 관련 제도의 개선사항을 중심으로 제시하였다.
