대두 엽형에 관한 유전연구 제4보 엽형질에 관여하는 유전자의 분포상태

대두의 엽형에 관한 유전연구의 일환으로 엽장이 친 품종, 엽폭이 긴 품종, 엽장과 엽폭이 짧은 7품종들을 문배친으로 하여 이들 품종간의 이면문잡에 의한 21개잡종 F2 세대와 교배친을 재료로 엽병장, 주소엽병장, 주소엽장, 주소업폭, 측소엽장, 측소엽폭 등의 엽형질에 관여하는 유전자의 분포상태를 본 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 엽병장은 주소엽병장보다 길고 전체적으로 평균 5배정도였고, 주소엽장은 측소엽장보다 길며, 엽장은 엽폭보다 길었으나, 주소엽폭보다 측소엽폭이 도리어 긴 경향이었다. 2. 조사 측정된 6개형질 모두 부분우성으로 유전되고 회귀계수가 낮은 것으로 보아 비대립 유전자의 관여가 큰 것을 알 수 있였다. 3. 엽병장에는 A품종(선비잡이콩)과 B품종(동산6002)에, 엽장에는 A품종과 C품종(경남002), 엽폭에도 A품종과 B정종에 우성유전자가 많이 관여하고 있는 것으로 보였고, G품종(D69-7816)과 F품종(D62-7816)에는 각 형질에 열성유전자가 많이 관여하고 있는 것으로 보인다. Seven soybean varieties and 21 F 2 hybrids of a diallel cross among these varieties were used as the materials, and genetic studies were conducted to evaluate the frequency and distribution of genes governing the characters of soybean leaf shapes. Partial dominance was exhibited by petiole length of trifoliates, petiole length of terminal leaflets, length of terminal leaflets, length of lateral leaflets, width of terminal leaflets Mean values of length of terminal leaflet were higher than those of lateral leaflets and length of leaflets were higher than width of leaflets, but mean values of width of terminal leaflets were shorter than those of lateral leaflets.

Seven soybean varieties and 21 F₂ hybrids by the diallel crosses among these parent varieties were used as the materials, and combining ability test was conducted for many characters of leaf parts of soybeans. Partial dominance was exhibited by the petiole length of trifoliates and terminal leaflets, length of terminal and lateral leaflets, and width of terminal and lateral leaflets, etc. Differences among crosses in apparent degree of dominance existed for many of the characters. Mean square values of general combining ability were greater than those of specific combining ability for eight characters estimated, the effect of GCA were different among parents and characters, and the effects of SCA were also different among parents, characters and crosses.
