황구침법(黃丘鍼法)을 이용한 고혈압 환자의 혈압강하 효과에 대한 증례보고

Objectives: The aim of the study was to investigate the antihypertensive effect of Hwang-gu Acupuncture in hypertensive patients. Methods: We measured the blood pressure of the patients who were admitted in the Oriental Medical Clinic of Brother from 25th November 2005 to 27th March 2006. We included the patients only in case of the systolic blood pressure was over 140mmHg or diastolic blood pressure was over 90mmHg, Twenty two patients were treated by Hwang-gu Acupuncture. In order to evaluate the effect of the Hwang-gu Acupuncture, the blood pressure was measured before and after Acupuncture procedure total 4 times, 10times. Results: There were a significant decrease in the systolic blood pressure and significant decrease in the diastolic blood pressure by Hwang-gu Acupuncture 4 times. The effect of Hwang-gu Acupuncture by measurement time on blood pressure were follows: In a systolic blood pressure was gradually deceased significantly from 1st to 4th but diastolic blood pressure was significantly decreased after 2nd and 4th only. Conclusions: These results suggest that Hwang-gu Acupuncture is effective in decreasing the systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
초음파 표면개질에 의한 CDI 전극용 술폰화 염화비닐(PVC) 멤브레인의 제조 및 특성

이온 교환막은 전기투석, 확산투석, Redox flow 전지, 연료전지 등 다양하고 넓은 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 초음파를 이용하여 만들어진 PVC 양이온 교환막을 시간을 변화시켜 가면서 술폰화 반응에 의해 제조하였다. 술폰화제로 황산을 사용하였으며, 술폰화 PVC 양이온 교환막의 기본구조와 특성을 FT-IR, EDX, Water uptake, 이온교환용량(IEC), 전기저항(ER), 전도도, 이온수송수 및 표면 morphology를 SEM 분석하였다. FT-IR 스펙트럼 분석결과 술폰화 PVC 양이온 교환막에 술폰산기가 도입되었음을 확인하였으며 멤브레인의 Water uptake, IEC, 전기 저항 및 ion transport number의 최대값은 각각 40.2%, 0.87 meq/g, 35.2 Ω·cm 및 0.88이었다. Ion exchange membrane is widely used in various fields such as electro dialysis, diffusion dialysis, redox flow battery, fuel cell. PVC cation exchange membrane using ultrasonic modification was prepared by sulfonation reaction in various sulfonation times. Sulfuric acid was used as a sulfonating agent with ultrasonic condition. We`ve characterized basic structure of sulfonated PVC cation exchange membrane by FT-IR, EDX, water uptake, ion exchange capacity (IEC), electrical resistance (ER), conductivity, ion transport number and surface morphology (SEM). The presence of sulfonic groups in the sulfonated PVC cation exchange membrane was confirmed by FT-IR. The maximum values of water uptake, IEC, electrical resistance and ion transport number were 40.2%, 0.87 meq/g, 35.2 Ω.cm and 0.88, respectively.
배대승기탕(倍大承氣湯) 보류관장(保留灌腸)을 시행(施行)한 중풍변폐(中風便閉) 환자(患者) 45례(例)에 대(對)한 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察)

During 9 months the clinical study on the 45 cases constipation patients caused by C.V.A, who were treated with Bo-Riu Enema, was done in the Department of Oriental Internal Medicine II, Oriental Medicine Hospital, Taejon University. The result of this study is compared with glycerin-enema treated group. The results were as follows ; 1. The incidence rate of constipation caused by C.V.A is higher in old aged group. 2. The incidence rate of constipation caused by C.V.A is higher in Tae-Um-In(太陰人). 3. The improvement rate of constipation caused by C.V.A is higher in Bo-Riu Enema treated group than in glycerin-enema. 4. The admission period is shorter in Bo-Riu Enema treated group than in glycerin-enema. 5. In case of paralytic ileus, the improvement rate of constipation caused by C.V.A is higher in Bo-Riu Enema treated group than in glycerin-enema.
도담탕(導痰湯)이 뇌손상(腦損傷) 및 고혈압(高血壓)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Objective : This study was carried out to investigate the effects of DDT on the brain damage and hypertension. Methods : We observed the effect of Dodamtang(DDT) extract on KCN-induced coma, focal brain ischemia by MCA occlusion, cytotoxicity and protection of PC12 cells and B103 cells induced by amyloid ${\beta}$ protein(25-35). To prove the effect of DDT as a blood pressure depressant, we measured aldosterone, renin activity, catecholamine, sodium and NO density using the seperated blood plasma. Results : DDT showed a protective effect on cytotoxicity of PC12 cells and B103 cells induced by amyloid ${\beta}$ protein(25-35) in a dose dependent manner and proved the significant abridgement of brain ischemic area and edema induced by MCA occlusion, a critical decrease of neurologic deficitic grade in the fore-limbs. DDT didn't reduce the duration of KCN(1.87mg/kg iv.)-induced coma and prolonged the survival rate in the case of KCN(3.0mg/kg iv.)-induced coma by the ratio of 20%. While DDT increased the value of NO in SHR, it significantly decreased the blood pressure of SHR and the value of aldosterone& epinephrine in SHR. Conclusions : These results suggested that DDT might be usefully applied for treatment of hypertension, cerebral infarction, and brain damage.
PBT와 Nylon6,12의 블렌드 특성과 core/shell 구조를 갖는 PBT/Nylon6,12 미세모의 제조 및 압출조건

압출성형을 통한 core/shell 구조를 갖는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT)/Nylon6,12 미세모를 제조함에 있어 최적의 압출조건을 규명하기 위하여, 압출온도와 배합비를 다르게 하여 제조한 블렌드 미세모의 상용성을 SEM 모폴로지와 DSC 분석을 통해 확인하고 UTM을 통해 압출속도에 따른 기계적 물성의 변화를 측정하였다. SEM 모폴로지 분석결 과 압출온도가 증가할수록 분산상인 Nylon6,12 비드의 크기가 감소하였으며, Nylon6,12의 함량이 증가할수록 PBT 매 트릭스 내 Nylon6,12의 상분리 현상이 감소하였다. DSC 분석 결과도 같은 경향을 나타냈는데, 압출온도가 상승함에 따라 녹는점에 해당하는 피크들의 경계가 사라지고, Nylon6,12의 비율이 증가할수록 두 피크의 간격이 좁아지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 한편 PBT/Nylon6,12 블렌드 미세모의 인장강도와 연신율 및 굴곡강도와 굴곡탄성률 모두 압출온도 가 260˚C 일 때까지 증가하였으나 그 이상의 온도에서는 오히려 감소하였다. 260˚C에서의 인장강도와 연신율, 굴곡 강도, 굴곡탄성률은 각각 560 kgf/cm2와 220%, 807 kgf/cm2, 22,146 kgf/cm2였는데 이는 PBT와 Nylon6,12의 중간 값을 상회하는 수치로 두 물질이 압출성형에 의한 블렌드 효과가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이처럼 우수한 상용성을 보일 때의 블렌드 압출 조건들을 토대로 하여 core/shell 구조의 이중구조 미세모를 제조하였다. Poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT)/Nylon6, 12 core/shell micro fiber were prepared by extrusion molding, To investigate their optimum extrusion conditions, compatibility of PBT/Nylon6, 12 blend micro fiber in conformity to their weight ratio and manufacture temperature was explored with SEM morphology and DSC, The alterations in their mechanical properties by extrusion speed were compared and analyzed through a UTM. In comparison with SEM figures, the domain sizes of Nylon6, 12 were gradually declined by increasing the extrusion temperature of blends. Furthermore, according to these SEM images, the phase separation between Nylon6, 12 domain and PBT matrix became indistinct with increasing of weight percentage of Nylon6, 12. In case of DSC, the boundaries of two peaks were almost disappeared when increasing the extrusion temperature and also intervals of each two melting peaks became narrow as increasing the Nylon6, 12 ratio, The mechanical properties including tensile strength, elongation, flexural strength and flexural modulus were increased as the increase in the extrusion temperature until 260˚C. However, the mechanical properties were actually deteriorated over 260˚C. The tensile strength, elongation, flexural strength and flexural modulus at 260˚C were 560 kgf/cm2, 220%, 807kgf/cm2 and 22,146 kgf/cm2, respectively. These values are more than intermediate values of mechanical properties of PBT and Nylon6, 12. These results mean that there is compatibility between PBT and Nylon6, 12. Based on the extrusion conditions that produced optimum compatibility of blend, as a result, our group obtained micro fibers with the core/shell structure.
