PIG 제조 공정에서 비전 처리를 이용한 CSP Chip의 챔퍼링 영역 검출 알고리즘 설계

In the PIG manufacturing process, a sorting device capable of detecting the pattern matching vision process using a machine vision camera is used to align the product for product completion and shipment packaging. However, the new product, CSP PIG, should be aligned based on the chamfered edges, but the conventional pattern matching method has limitations in detecting the chamfering region. To solve this problem, it is necessary to change machine vision cameras, lenses and lighting, and to redesign the vision processing system or introduce new alignment devices. However, this requires a lot of additional cost, time and process improvement. In this paper, we propose a chamfering region detection algorithm using only vision processing program change. Experimental results show that detection accuracy is over 99% by applying the chamfering region detection algorithm. PIG 제조공정에서는 제품 완성도 및 출하 포장을 위해 머신 비전 카메라를 이용한 패턴 매칭 비전처리 방식의 Detecting이 가능한 정렬 장치를 제품정렬에 많이 사용하고 있다. 그러나 신제품인 CSP PIG는 챔퍼링(Chamfering)된 모서리를 기준으로 정렬이 되어야 하지만 기존의 패턴 매칭 영상처리 방법으로는 챔퍼링 영역을 검출하는 데 한계가 있다. 이 문제의 해결을 위하여 머신 비전 카메라 및 렌즈, 조명 등의 장치 변경과 비전처리방식의 재설계 또는 신규정렬 장치 도입이 필요하다. 하지만 이는 많은 추가 비용 및 시간 소요, 공정의 개선 등이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 비전처리 프로그램 변경만을 이용한 챔퍼링 영역 검출 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 실험 결과 챔퍼링 영역검출 알고리즘을 적용하여 99% 이상의 검출 정확도를 확인하였다.

Geometer's Sketchpad(GSP)를 활용한 대칭의 응용에 관한 지도 방안에 관하여

The present class environments do not stimulate students' interest in mathematics. Many students don't feel mathematics is useful to everyday life. Many students remain to be passive learners rather than become active learners during mathematics class. Mathematics education must focus on the way to cultivate individual's ability by which he can analyze the forms or patterns hidden in the experienced phenomena, and find out mathematical concepts, principles and rules through the experiences, not on the transferring of mathematical knowledges. To fulfil the purpose, we have to reform the teaching-learning method. In this paper, we present an example of new teaching-learning model using the Geometer's Sketchpad, a dynamic geometry software developed by Nicholas Jackiw. We choose applications of reflection as teaching materials.

This research has an goal to offer useful materials for beginner Judo players who are middle&high school students and coaches. Furthermore, it has an prupose to analyze using technique during matches which men Judo players who are high school students and I present research question like this. I established with research question that first, difference of each weight players who use technique, second, difference of using technique about players who won a prize, players who didn't win a prize. I would like to notice this researfh's investigative subject that the 3rd Tamragi Judo contest, the 32nd national Judo league of springtime, YMCA Judo contest etc. In addition, I made an object participated 294 players who are high school students for 2003∼2004 season. I also analyzed contest recorded paper which Korea Judo association, research assistant practiced video tape and I made an check paper by myself. I used χ^(2)verification for statical method, I made notice level is α=.05. I made an conclusion with research method & procedure like this. First, it showed an order Ashi-waza, Te-waza, Koshi-waza, Renraku-waza, which total tried 811 times technique in all weight. Second, it showed an order Daki-age, Seoinage, Harai-goshi, Uchi-mata in detail technique otherwise most few used technique was Yoko-guruma. Third, it showed the difference of each weight which showed an order Ashi-waza, Te-waza in -55kg, -66kg, - 77kg, Ashi-waza, Koshi-waza in -90kg, -100kg,+100kg. So it means the difference of using technique between light weight player and heavy weight player. Fourth, it showed the difference of technique of players who won a prize that showed an order Renraku-waza, Daki-age, Uchi-mata, Seoinage, Osaekomi-waza.
