네트워크형 도로터널 내 분기부 구조물과 제트팬에 의한 분기 환기효율 분석하고자 실제 도로터널을 1/45로 축소하여 실험을 수행하였다. 차량이 주행할 때 발생하는 교통관성력을 적용하기 위해 블로워 팬를 사용하여 축소모형 터널내 기류를 형성하였고, 터널의 국부적인 위치에서 속도를 측정하여 분기 효율을 연구하였다. 구조물의 특징으로 발생되는 환기 저감을 개선하기 위해 제트팬을 설치하여 터널 내 환기 효율을 최적화하였다. The experiment was performed to analyze the intersectional ventilation efficiency by intersection structure and Jet Fan in network-form road tunnel. For this, the size of real road tunnel was reduced by 1/45. To apply traffic inertia force when driving, blower fan was used to form an airflow in model tunnel and the intersectional efficiency was also investigated by measuring the speed at local point of the tunnel. To improve the reduction of ventilation caused by the structure character, Jet Fan was installed to optimize ventilation efficiency in tunnel.
임상연구 : Propofol을 이용한 마취 유도 후 근이완제 투여 없는 기관내 삽관 시의 Remifentanil의 적정 용량

Background: Many studies have shown that tracheal intubation could be facilitated after induction with propofol and opioids without muscle relaxants. Remifentanil, which has a rapid onset and ultra-short duration of action, is a useful estrase-metabolized opioid (EMO) for tracheal intubation. This study was designed to evaluate the adequate induction dose of remifentanil with propofol 1.5 mg/kg for tracheal intubation without muscle relaxants. Methods: We have assessed intubating conditions in five groups of 57 female patients, ASA PS I or II. Each group was administerd intravenous propofol 1.5 mg/kg with remifentanil 1.0μg/kg, 2.0μg/kg, 3.0μg/kg, 4.0μg/kg and 5.0μg/kg, respectively. Intubation was attempted, and the intubating condition was scored by the degrees of relaxation of jaw (0-2), position of vocal cords (0-2) and the patient response (0-2). Mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) were observed at each group. Results: The relationship between the concentration of remifentanil and the possibility of endotracheal intubation was as following: Probit (P) = - 1.38 (S.E.: 0.58) + 0.087 (S.E.: 0.23) × DRemi. The ED50 of remifentanil for endotracheal intubation without muscle relaxants was 2.12 (95% confidence interval: 1.42-2.62) μg/kg and the ED95 was 4.01 (95% confidence interval: 3.31-5.92) μg/kg. Conclusions: We concluded that adequate dose of remifentanil which make possible to endotracheal intubation without muscle relaxants after induction of general anesthesia with 1.5 mg/kg of propofol is 4.01μg/kg in 95% of female patients and 2.12μg/kg in 50% of female patients. This article analyzes how the people recognize the world of sports in terms of the concept of social representation. For achieving this purpose, we surveyed 1,000 adults over 19 living in Seoul Metropolitan Area (Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi-do Province), and conducted thematic and categorical data analysis to identify the sporting world’s image. This study founds that ‘corruption’, ‘violence’ and ‘illegalities’ as a social representation on the world of sports are the most mentioned words. The words are categorized into the concepts of ‘corruption & deep-rooted evils’, ‘vice’ and human rights abuses’ which are conceived as a negative image. It was founded that the social representation towards the sporting world are made up of a negative image (72.7%), a positive image (10.4%) and a symbolistic image (14.2%) in terms of a macro-categorical analysis. The study which empirically confirmed the negative perceptions of the people toward the world of sports provided an opportunity to reconfirm negative public sentiment expressed through the media.
터널 미기압파 저감을 위한 터널 갱문 확대 효과에 대한 수치 해석적 연구

Sudden pressure changes caused by the high-speed train entering the entrance of the tunnel are propagated into the tunnel and spread out around the tunnel in the form of a micro pressure wave at the exit of the tunnel. This phenomenon can cause noise and vibration around the tunnel, causing damage to the surroundings. Analysis of this phenomenon is very difficult, but the development of analytical technology has revealed more phenomena than in the past. In this study, we calculated effects of reducing Micro Pressure Wave(MPW) by applying portal of tunnel enlargement by CFD method. First, we calculated pressure variation on portal of tunnel entrance region without portal of tunnel enlargement. Second, patterns of pressure variation were identified on a various enlargement ratio of tunnel and optimized hood. Finally, we proposed optimized portal of tunnel shape on 250km/h.

An 11-year-old boy underwent thoracolumbar surgery to correct a deformity caused by congenital kyphoscoliosis from the 6th thoracic vertebra to the 2nd lumbar vertebra. During a screw insertion, some tore and cerebro-spinal fluid (CSF) leaked. After CSF leakage, the amplitude of the motor evoked potential in the left lower extremity was reduced by 90% compared to baseline value, but there was no nerve damage at the surgical site. His post-surgical mental status did not recover completely. Brain computed tomography revealed a subdural hemorrhage in the inter-hemispheric fissure, with both tentorium and right frontotemporooccipital and diffuse brain edema. On the 4th postoperative day, mental status recovered to near alertness, but upper motor strength was grade II, right lower motor strength was grade II and left lower motor strength was grade I. Right hemifacial palsy was also noted. At 2.5 months after surgery, right facial palsy remained, but motor function recovered to near normal levels with conservative care.
