Whitening agents derived from natural sources which do not have side effects are sought after. Schizophragma hydrangeoides is an edible plant that grows wild on Jeju Island. We aimed to determine whether S. hydrangeoides extracts show anti-melanogenic activity. Here, we found that 70% ethanol extracts of S. hydrangeoides leaf suppressed α-melanocytestimulating hormone-induced melanogenesis in B16F10 mouse melanoma cells. This activity of anti-melanogenesis in B16F10 cells were investigated by determining melanin content and tyrosinase activity, and by performing western blotting. The 70% ethanol extract downregulated tyrosinase and tyrosinase-related protein 1. In addition, the n-hexane fraction of S. hydrangeoides leaf (HFSH) exhibited significant anti-melanogenic activity among the various solvent fractions tested without reducing the viability of B16F10 cells. Taken together, these results indicate that extracts from S. hydrangeoides leaf can influence cellular processes via modulation of tyrosinase activity. Hence, S. hydrangeoides can be used as a whitening agent in the cosmetic industry and as a therapeutic agent for treating hyperpigmentation disorders in the clinic.
Solar-CTP : 태양 에너지 수집형 무선 센서 네트워크를 위한 향상된 CTP

무선 센서 네트워크(WSN)는 배터리 자원의 제약으로 인해 수명이 짧다는 문제와 많은 이웃 노드와 통신하는 노드의 에너지 소비가 증가하는 에너지 불균형 문제를 가지고 있다. 이를 해결하고자, 최근에는 태양 에너지 수집형 노드를 사용하여 에너지를 지속적으로 수집함으로써 배터리 자원 제약 문제를 해결하려는 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 기존의 배터리 기반의 WSN을 위하여 제안된 유명한 데이터 수집 기법인 CTP(Collection Tree Protocol)도 이와 같은 에너지 제약 및 에너지 사용 불균형 문제는 고려하지 않고 설계되었다. 따라서 정전 노드 발생 및 루프 발생과 같은 네트워크의 안정성이 심각하게 저하되는 문제를 내포하고 있었다. 이를 해결하고자, 본 논문에서는 태양 에너지 수집형 노드로 구성된 WSN을 위한 향상된 CTP 기법 (Solar-CTP)을 제안한다. 제안된 Solar-CTP기법에서는 수집 에너지 및 사용 에너지양 예측을 통해 노드 동작 모드를 결정한다. 성능 검증을 통해 기존 CTP에 비해 Solar-CTP의 정전 노드의 수가 매우 적고, 싱크의 데이터 수집량이 많아진 것을 확인하였다.

This study was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the characteristics of the activities of the alumni ballet company in the early days and deriving the impact of college ballet education conducted in Korea on Korean ballet. In this study, the following results were derived. First, the style of Korean ballet work was established. Second, the diversification of Korean ballet research and education was avoided. Third, by contributing to the popularization of Korean ballet, it can be said that Korean university dance education has contributed to the development of ballet today.

This thesis proposes the need for an educational program that the life ballet education aim for as a community dance activity for social community and present the purpose of the development of educational programs. In addition, it is based on the fact that the subjects participating in the community dance are diverse and the institutions that perform life ballet are diverse. The final purpose of this thesis is to classify educational programs by subject and institution of life ballet that anyone can participate in, and to present information related to the establishment of differentiated strategies for each educational program. As described above, the future direction of the life ballet education program is presented as a community dance activity. It can design and apply a new direction in the actual field according to the life ballet education environment. A Life ballet as a community dance is an area that can be activated through the establishment of new strategy that can expand the participation of members of the social community, and it will lead to more participation.
초등돌봄교실의 무용교육프로그램 구성체계 분석-서울문화재단 예술로돌봄 사업을 중심으로

This study analyzed dance activities in elementary school care class, and the literature research was done for its qualified implementation. To amass valuable and concrete cases, the government project of caring by art in Seoul Foundation of Art and Culture was investigated, and the results are as follows. In conclusion, the research result was found that the success of dance activities in elementary school care class depended on the experts in art education who went through professional training and thorough preparation. Also, the effect of adjusting various methods into repertoire and creative dancing was regarded as positive.
