      • 大學敎養敎育에 있어서의 敎科課程 構成의 試案的 硏究

        Education is interested in the development of human being through the development of their minds. Its aim is not manpower, but man-hood. Therefore, this study on general education deals mainly with preparation for life in the broad sense of completeness as a human being, rather than in the narrower sense of competence in a particular lot. In other words, general education should provide not only an adequate ground-work for the choice of a speciality, but a milieu in which the speciality can develop its fullest potentialities. Specialization can only realize its major purposes within a larger general context, with which it can never afford to sever organic connection. In short, general education is an organism, whole and integrated; special education is an organ, a number designed to fulfill a particular function within the whole. Starting from this points of view, the folowings are dealt; 1. The meanings of general education, 2. The difference and the relationship between general and special education, 3. Areas of knowledge and traits of mind, 4. Proposed courses in general education.

      • 大學敎養英語에 관한 小考

        Education is the growth of the whole-child. Therefore, the schools, including colleges and universities, should accept responsibility for the total development of the whole-child. College education must rest upon secondary education, and if this lower education deteriorates for lack of competent teachers, school facilities, it follows that colleges and professional education, too, must deteriorate. The trouble quite clearly is that we are setting similar standards for students whose abilities are in no way similar. It is a though we taught high jumping by placing the bar at 6 feet and asking every-one in the class to jump until he succeeded in getting over it. Those who succeed, but with difficulty, will find this well-motivated learning experience. Those for whom the jump is impossible will be frustrated and will feed inferior. In connection with this, my proposals are the following: 1. College English programs must consist of grouping students on the basis of learning capacity during such periods of the day as they are engaged in learning activities. 2. In college English, practical English must be taken into consideration.

        The intellectual, social, and cultural environment provided by college plays an important role in shaping the student's development. It is important that the student makes a dispassionate appraisal of himself, his abilities and his aspiraion, his strength and his weakness. Then he can identify on a realistic basis those fields that are appropriate to his own tastes and talents. The categorical enrollment was introduced with the start of an "experimental college" system in the country. The freshmen so enrolled studied in those categories for one year before specializing in a major course. However. the freshmen so enrolled in those categories have had many problems in choosing major fields after finishing the freshman course. Because the most of them wanted to enroll social demanding departments. In this study, those problems were dealt with, especially in Kwangwoon University.

      • B.S Bloom의 敎育目標에 關한 小考

        Establishing educational objectives in schooling is the most important things. Being very difficult to set up, educational objectives sometimes are not well established by some of teachers. In details, the process of thinking about educational objectives, defining them, and relating them to teaching and testing procedures was regarded as a very important step on the part of teacher. In this context, the taxonomy of educational objectives could be most useful to teachers who have already gone through some of the steps in thinking about educational objectives. There are three domains: cognitive, affec-tive, and psycho-motor. The cognitive domain includes those objectives which deal with deal with the recall or reorganition of knowledge and the develop-ment of intellectul abilities and skills. A second part of the taxonomy is the affective domain. It includes objectives which describe changes in interest, attitudes and values, and the development of appreciations and adequate adjust-ment. A third domain is the manipulative or motor skill area. Although I recognize the existence of this domain, B.S. Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives in this field is not published yet. In short, this study is concerned with the taxonomy of educational objectives. It includes three domains: cognitive, affective, and psycho-motor. With this study, I hope that the reassess ment of taxonomy of educational objectives will be made further.

      • Ag가 첨가된 Fe계 초미세결정립 박막의 자기적 특성

        본 연구에서는 MHz영역에서 사용가능한 Fe계 연자성 재료를 비정질과 초미세 결정립이 혼재되어 있는 복합상을 가진 합금을 제조하기 위해 Fe-Zr-B계 조성에 Fe와 비고용원소인 Ag를 첨가시킨 Fe□□Zr□B□Ag□ 박막을 DC 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 제조하였다. 그리고 다양한 온도에서 1시간동안 열처리한 후 fan을 이용하여 냉각한 후 자기적 특성 및 미세구조의 변화를 열처리 온도에 따라 조사하였다. Fe□□Zr□Ag□박막의 경우 500℃에서 1시간 열처리하였을 때, 보자력은 1.1 Oe, 포화자화는 2.2 T, 투자율은 주파수 50 ㎒대역에서 5400으로 우수한 연자기특성을 나타냈다. Fe□□Zr□B□Ag□ 박막의 손실은 1 ㎒에서 0.7 W/cc로 매우 낮은 값은 가지며, 이는 초미세결정립의 형성으로 인한 투자율의 증가와 Ag 첨가에 의한 자구 미세화로 인해 와전류 손실이 감소하였기 때문이라 생각되며, 고주파 영역에서 우수한 연자기 특성을 나타내었다. The magnetic properties of sputtered Fe□□Zr□B□Ag□ amorphous thin films, which contains an additional insoluble element Ag, have been investigated as a function of non field annealing temperature in order to know its potential application as a core materials of thin film magnetic devices at MHz. The amorphous Fe□□Zr□B□Ag□ thin fims produced by relatively low temperature annealing at 500℃ for 1 hour was found to have high initial permeability of 5400 at 50 MHz, 0.2 mOe, low coercivity of 1.1 Oe and very low core loss of 0.7 W/cc at 1 MHz, 0.1 T, respectively. It is notable that the permeability and core loss values for various kinds of the soft magnetic thin films reported up to now. The reason for the appearance for the good soft magnetic properties is presumably due to the homogeneous formation of very fine bcc α-Fe clusters with the size of 8 nm in the amorphous Fe□□Zr□B□Ag□ thin films matrix, which can be deduced from the XRD results.

      • 實業系大學 敎養敎育의 問題點에 關한 分析 硏究

        We are living in these days of specialization. The more society makes progress, the more the degree of social specialization becomes high. Under these situation, we are apt to neglect general education which makes the cultivation of human nature and mental education its prime object. However, the general education which serves as centripetal force for social development, should be realized correctly. Accordingly, we tried to find the points at issue for vocational colleges. The major part of point as issue are as follows: 1. In vocational colleges, general education and special education are concerned fatally, filling up each other. 2. The object of general education for vocational colleges should be established in detail. 3. The general education and special education should be reconsidered in the continuous method which is usually divided before and behind. 4. It is desirable that senior professor should be assigned for general education. 5. Educational facilities for liberal arts department should be supplemented effectively, in order to support educational activities. 6. The practical application of general education should be continuously evaluated, supplemented and improved.

      • 潛在的 敎育課程에 關한 小考

        Inevitably, all who care for children come to realize that youth lives in a world of its own. Here in groups of their age-mates, boys and girls tend to create a body of customs, standard of behavior and moral values that constitute a distinctive culture. The requirements of this subadult peer culture exert a growing pressure upon the child as he progress toward maturity. In fact, a satisfactory adjustment to his groups of contemporaries and their demands is one of the major tasks in the child's social development and school lief. It is therefore essential that the teachers understand the nature of peer groups and life in the classrooms, so that their potential value for education may be capitalized, and some of their dis-advantageous effects counteracted. In this context, the hidden curriculum was especially dealt with, 1) its fountain heads 2) its concept 3) the relationship of an official curriculum and a hidden curriculum 4) the hidden curriculum in schooling 5) our tasks

        이방성 희토류 본드자석용 유기 바인더에 관한 연구

        Anisotropic bonded magnet is composed of magnetic powder and organic binder. organic binder in bonded magnet, serves to orientation of the powder. organic binder is composed of polymer resin, lubricant, hardener and coupling agent, etc. in this study, selection of the various components to producing an organic binder and by adjusting the composition ratio and concentrate, apply to bonded magnet for producing an organic binder that suitable for magnetic powder. so evaluation of magnetic properties and mechanical properties, the organic binder ratio and component was confirmed to suitable for bonded magnet.
