“오늘의 신학”에 대해 언급하고자 할 때는 먼저 “오늘”의 의미가 무엇인지를 밝혀야만 한다. “오늘”이라는 말은 과거-현재-미래로 이어지는 시간관에 있어서 중요한 역사적 의미를 지니고 있는 것이다. 그러나 우리가 아집으로서의 “오늘”을 주장한다면 이는 앞에서 말한 경험적인 시간관으로는 설명할 수 없을 것이다. 왜냐하면 경험과 아집은 이미 시간상 다른 차원에 놓여있기 때문이다. 세상에 남의 말을 들을 때는 그 사람이 말하고자 하는 말의 기준을 찾아내야만 한다. 즉, 아집에 기준을 놓고 본 “나”에 있어서는 시간관에 “현재”에 해당된다는 결론이 나온다. “오늘”이란 곧 우리들 자신의 기준에 의한 것이다. 세상에서 가장 고약한 것이 바로 아집인데, 이 아집을 통해서 하나님을 보면 곧 자기 얼굴 같이 보이며, 또한 이를 통해서 세상을 바라보면 모든 세상도 자기의 욕심대로 보이게 된다. 그러므로 되도록 우리는 “오늘”이라는 용어를 회피해야만 한다. 왜냐면 이 “오늘”이라는 것은 곧 아집을 통한 “나”를 중심으로 해서 시간을 따진 시간관에 의한 것이기 때문이다.

Western dialectic takes its form from Augustine's "City of God". It is framed by time and spatial axis to make complementary elements running in dihylic form in three stages. When eternity meets time that is the moment of ereation. After Adam, the 1st creature, Abel and fain are born as the progenitors of the Chosen and the Gentiles. With the coming of the Christ, the contrast is continued under the names of Christian Church and Roman State. The pair under gradual reduction of tension became Holy Roman Empire as the consummation of history and realization of the player that "Thy will be done on earth as if in heaven. " The three stages of the historical progress are further refined under Hegel as "Resevare", "Dolore" and "Elevare." 그림삽입 (원본p94참조) Instead of those stages in historical development, Monist philosopher exponds reality, on three levels, i.e. particularity (私) such as "Bobby", a dog's name; class (類) such as the class of animal called "dog"; and summum genus (達) such as the term, "thing", denoting basic quality common to all things. "Particularity" would have predicate (擧) in "class"; and the class, in summum genus. The level of particularity is dichotomized into spatial and temporal forms of logic. Huo (或) refers to problem whether the particularity is essentially complete; Chia (假) raised the question whether that particular action is still valid for the present. At the class level, there are four types of logics (22=4) : the 1st two are concerned with the subject and the predicate relation: Yean (援) refers to the vendication of the subject from predicative point of view, and vice versa is Tui (推) : the 2nd pair concern with the premises of the sentence,; Hsio (效) deduces the conclusion from the given premises and Pi (?) compares the two given premises to see their differences as well as similarities. Finally, at the 3rd level of summum genus (達) , the form of logic cogent to its degree of abstraction is "Mao" (牟) to deal with the formal structure of various expression. In this successive degree of ascendence in entity one does not need toassume "the absolute Spirit" to lead the anti-thesis into final synthesis. On the other hand, the classes, such "whiteness" and "hardness", would join together in concrete individual entity, such as "stone", and these classes would have equal standing under summum genus that they could have equal right to be the predicates of the particular to make up the idea "white hard stone." In this way while the Western Hegelian dialectic depends on the move of the absolute spirit to make the predicates synthesizable, whereas the Monist dialectic relies on summum genus for the cohabitation of the divergent predicates, and the existential foundation of individuality for the synthesis of the class categories.

100년을 맞이하는 한국교회, 그 평가와 자세

한국교회의 지난 100년을 어떻게 보며 어떤 자세를 가져야 되겠는가에 대해 무슨 학설에 의해서가 아니라, 우리 신앙의 토대가 되는 성서에 근거하여 생각해 보려고 한다. 한구교회의 지난 모습을 살펴 보려면 먼저 “교회가 무엇인가”하는 것이 문제가 된다. 교회라고 하면 흔히 글자를 따라 에클레시아라 하여 “부름을 받은 사람들의 모임”이라 하는데 그렇다면 누가 어떻게 왜 불렀는가 하는 것이 물어져야 한다. 그러나 이러한 용어 풀이를 통해 교회의 본질을 생각하는 것보다 역사적으로 교회가 맨 처음 성립된 사건에서 교회가 무엇인가를 살펴보아야 할 것이다. 사도행전 2장에 교회의 처음 모습이 기록되어 있는데, 이 사건은 예수가 떠난 후 마가의 다락방에 제자들이 모여 기도하다가 성령의 감화를 받고 예수 그리스도가 구주인 것을 증거하기 시작했다는 것으로 요약된다. 그때 그 증거를 통해 많은 사람들이 감화를 받아 교인의 수가 수천명으로 늘어 났다. 이들이 또 모여 기도하는 가운데 성령을 받고 나아가 예수가 그리스도임을 증언함으로, 그 증언을 통해 또 다시 감동을 받은 사람이 늘어나게 됨으로, 이러한 사이클을 반복하면서 교회가 늘어나게 되었다. 이러한 사건의 연쇄를 단순히 수평적으로 볼 것이 아니라 이 사건을 뼈대를 추려보면 모임, 성령, 예수 그리스도 증언이라는 세가지 구성요소를 찾을 수 있다. 성서가 말하는 이러한 교회의 본질적인 뼈대에 비추어 한국교회의 지난 100년을 살펴보려고 한다.

COBIT 기반 매뉴얼 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현

In this paper, we design and implement a new manual management system that realizes reliable and coherent management of the manuals of vendor companies. The proposed MMS is based on COBIT framework: i) plan and organize, ii) acquire and implement, iii) deliver and support, iv) monitor and evaluate. Through analysis of the lower processes of COBIT framework, we also choose the following areas that can manage the manual effectively in connection with MMS: i) PO8 quality management, ii) AI6 change management, iii) DS1 define and manage service levels, iv) ME1 IT performance monitoring and evaluation. From the implementation results, this paper proves that MMS established being applied of some fields realizes the up-dated manual of vendor company and that it assists software engineers who use the manual, via improvement of reliable and coherent of the manual.

우리가 비신화화의 방법에 대하여 언급하기 전에 이 문제가 일반 역사방법과 관련되어 있는 이상, 우리나라에 아직 역사방법론이 보편적으로 소개되어 있지 않으므로, 이에 대해서 먼저 간략한 전술이 필요할 줄로 안다. 역사방법론이란 자체가 최근에 와서야 주목을 이끄는 학문이니만큼, 아직도 성장시기에 있다고 볼 수 있으므로 무엇이라고 일관적인 정의가 아직 규정되어 있지 않으나, 윤곽 정도라도 안 후에 본제목에 착수하고자 한다.

「한국 교회 제2세기와 그 생명력의 소재」, 이 제목은 주최측에서 정해준 것인데 ‘앞으로 오는 세기에 우리는 교회를 어떤 바탕위에 어떻게 세워 나가야 겠는가?’라는 뜻으로 이해된다. 그래서 먼저 ‘제2세기란 무엇을 의미하는가?’를 살펴보고 ‘한국이란 어떤 문화 양상을 의미하는가?’ 생각해 보려고 한다. 그리고 결론으로 ‘생명력과 신앙’에 대해서 언급하려고 한다.

YH18968, a Novel 1,2,4-Triazolone G-Protein Coupled Receptor 119 Agonist for the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

G protein-coupled receptor 119 (GPR119) is expressed in the pancreas and gastrointestinal tract, and its activation promotes insulin secretion in the beta cells of the pancreatic islets as well as the secretion of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) in intestinal L cells, consequently improving glucose-stimulated insulin secretion. Due to this dual mechanism of action, the development of small-molecule GPR119 agonists has received significant interest for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. We newly synthesized 1,2,4-triazolone derivatives of GPR119 agonists, which demonstrated excellent outcomes in a cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) assay. Among the synthesized derivatives, YH18968 showed cAMP=2.8 nM; in GLUTag cell, GLP-1secretion=2.3 fold; in the HIT-T15 cell, and insulin secretion=1.9 fold. Single oral administration of YH18968 improved glucose tolerance and combined treatment with a dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitor augmented the glucose lowering effect as well as the plasma level of active GLP-1 in normal mice. Single oral administration of YH18968 improved glucose tolerance in a diet induced obese mice model. This effect was maintained after repeated dosing for 4 weeks. The results indicate that YH18968 combined with a DPP-4 inhibitor may be an effective therapeutic candidate for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
