최근 전력수요의 급증에 따라서 전력예비율에 비상이 걸리고 있다. 발전용량의 한계와 최근 잇따른 원전비리와 발전중단 등으로 전력공급에 차질이 생기면서 정부는 매일 전력예비율을 높이기 위하여 애쓰고 있다. 에너지 사용절감을 유도하기 위하여 2012년 시작된 최대피크전력의 적용은 누적전력 뿐 아니라 순간 최대피크전력을 관리하여 추가요금을 부과하겠다는 의지인 것이다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 Meter를 이용하여 최대피크전력을 상시 Monitor하고 이를 단계별로 감시 또는 예측하여 목표전력을 초과할 우려가 있을 경우에 각 단계별로 설정된 부하제어를 통하여 항상 목표전력 범위 내에서 전력관리가 가능하도록 하며, 필요 시 IT네트워크를 통하여 사용자에게 단계별 알람을 통보하는 장치를 구현하였고 이들을 검증하여 보았다.

In order to characterize the thermal conductivity and viscosity of grout materials used for backfilling ground heat exchangers, nine bentonite grouts and cement grouts being adapted in the United State have been considered in this study. The bentonite grouts indicate that the thermal conductivity and viscosity increase with the content of bentonite or filler (silica sand). In addition, material segregation can be observed when the viscosity of grout is relatively low. The saturated cement grouts appear to possess much higher thermal conductivity than the saturated bentonite grouts, and the reduction of thermal conductivity in the cement grouts after drying specimens is less than in case of the bentonite grouts. Maintaining the moisture content of grouts is a crucial factor in enhancing the efficiency of ground heat exchangers.

발전소 전기설비를 위한 효과적인 케이블 포설 알고리즘 및 자동화 프로그램 구현

본 논문에서는 발전소 전기설비의 설계 중 케이블 포설 설계가 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 케이블 포설 알고리즘 개발 및 자동화 프로그램을 구현하였다. 기존의 케이블 포설 설계 작업이 수기로 작성됨에 따라 케이블 누락 및 기준치 이상의 케이블 포설 등 불필요한 오류가 발생되어 인적 시간적 투자 대비 비효율성을 갖는 반면, 제안된 케이블 포설 자동화 프로그램은 케이블과 케이블 선로 구간을 코드화하여 효과적으로 과포설 계산 및 선로 구간을 변경할 수 있도록 하였다. 실험 결과, 구현된 케이블 포설 자동화 프로그램은 설계 규격대로 수행됨을 확인할 수 있었고, 프로젝트의 규모에 따라 하루에서 한 달 이내로 설계기간을 줄일 수 있어 발전소 전기설비를 위한 케이블 포설 설계를 경제적이고 효과적으로 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In this paper, we proposed and implemented the automated cable-spreading program which can be done effectively cabling plan for electrical equipment in power plant. Cause the process of existing cable-spreading design was written in by hand, there are grossly inefficient gain by a personal and time investment with cable omission and unfixed overfill value. Proposed automation program for cable-spreading, which is coded cable and raceway, can calculate the overfill value and raceway change. Some experiments are conducted so as to verify the proposed model, and as a result, implemented cable-spreading program is well performed.
컴퓨터 및 데이터 처리장치의 화면 영상정보를 고 해상도 디지털 녹화하기 위한 HD-TVI 영상변환에 대한 연구

To record a video screen of a computer or computer-based data processing unit, the image should be extracted through the USB serial port or through a video distributor that is connected to the video monitor in parallel. In this case, the video lines and the USB signal are less efficient because they should be located near the very limited distance within the recording device. In order to record the positions of the PC group scattered, it is necessary to convert the signal for transmitting a video signal of high resolution to the far and to convert the video format to match the image format and resolution between the PC and the recording device. In this study, we implemented a method for converting the format and resolution of the high resolution video from PC using a USB serial communication and converting the image signal into the HD-TVI analog for transmitting an image of high resolution up to several hundred meters using conventional coaxial cable to record and verify them.

Bentonite-based grouting has been usually used for sealing a borehole installed for a dosed-loop vertical ground heat exchanger in a geothermal heat pump system (GHP) because of its high swelling potential and low hydraulic conductivity. The bentonite-based grout, however, has relatively lower thermal conductivity than that of ground formation. Accordingly, it is common to add some additives such as silica sand into the bentonite- based grout for enhancing heat transfer. In this study, graphite is adapted to substitute silica sand as an addictive because graphite has very high thermal conductivity. The effect of graphite on the thermal conductivity of bentonite-based grouts has been quantitatively evaluated for seven bentonite grouts from different product sources. In addition, the viscosity of graphite-added bentonite grout was measured to evaluate the field pumpability of the grout.

The thermal conductivity and viscosity(or workability) of graphite-added bentonite grouts and cementitious grouts have been evaluated and compared to determine the suitability of these materials for backfilling vertical boreholes of ground heat exchangers. Seven bentonite grouts from different product sources and a portland cement grout with various mixture ratios were considered in this paper. As a new additive for grout, we choose graphite which has high thermal conductivity. The bentonite grouts indicate that the thermal conductivity and viscosity increase with the content of bentonite or with an addition of Graphite compared with that of silica sand. In case of cementitious grout also increase the thermal conductivity and decrease the workability dramatically though an addition of Graphite. Therefore, we cautiously select the amount of graphite and mixture ratio of bentonite and cement considering not only thermal conductivity but also viscosity for the optimum condition of backfilling material.
