The authors intended to study on sports injury of track and field players. And I want to study a precautionary measure and a rehabilitational program of sports injury. A follow up study of subjects of this note was sprinters 48, long distance players 39, jump players 42, throw players 36, total 165 persons. The results were as follows. 1. The first time of sports injury was mostly within 1∼3 years. 2. The time of begining exercise of sports injury was that sprinters, jump and throw players were mostly 31∼60 minutes, long distance players were mostly 61∼90 minutes. 3. The average time of sports injury was mostly 1∼5 times. 4. The place of medical cure of sports injury treated by chinese medicine and physical therapist. 5. The most common site of sports injury was that track players were ankle joint, knee joint and field players were lumber, knee joint, ankle joint. 6. The most seasonal of sports injury was that track player were winter, spring, autumn and field players were spring, winter, autumn. 7. The indirect motives of sports injury was that track and throw players were insufficient warming-up and lack of adeguate rest and jump players were insufficient eguipment,insufficient warming-up, lack of adequate rest. 8. The condition after medical cure of sports injury was mostly recovers. 9. The mothod of reducing sports injury was sufficient warming-up, adequate rest, rest after sports injury.

(1) In response to the question, "When did you sustain an injury?", 11.9% of middle school girls surveyed responded that they sustained injuries before 3 yeare old, 9.5% when 7 years old, and 8.4% when 12 years old, in that order of percentage. In case of high school girls surveyed responded that they sustained injuries 10.5% when 5 years old, 9.4% when 6 years old, and 8.6% when 7 years old, in that order of percentage. This indicates that entire girls should take more care of themselves when they are in their infant time. (2) In response to the question, "What place did you sustain injuries?", 42.7% of middle school girls surveyed responded that they had injuries at home, 16.2% near the house, 15.4% on the road. In case of high school girls, 43.1% of girls surveyed responded that they had injuries at home, 17.4% on the road, 14.2% near the house. This indicates that girls should take more precautions against which happen to occur at home or near the house. (3) In response to the question, "Have you ever sustained an injury to any part of your body?", 33.9% of middle school girls surveyed responded that they have sustained injuries to their legs, 21.1% to their face, and 17.2% to their hands, in that order of percentage. In case of high school girls, 34.1% of girls surveyed responded that they have sustained injuries to their legs, 20.5% to their face, and 19.6% to their hands, in that order of percentage. This indicates that all girls should take more precautions against legs and face. (4) In response to the question, "What's the cause contributing to injuries?", 20.2%-21.8% of middle and high school girls surveyed responded that they had sustained injuries by fire, 19.7%-21.3% by stone, and 10.6%-10.8% by wood, in that order of percentage. This appears that girls should take more precautions against which happen to get burned. (5) In response to the question, "How did you sustain injuries?", 27.1% of middle school girls surveyed responded that they had injuries by falling down to the ground, 26.3% during playing, and 20.9% during working, in that order of percentage. In case of high school girls, 29.3% of girls surveyed responded that they had injuries during playing, 27.4% by falling down to the ground, and 13.6% during working, in that order of percentage. This indicates that parents should advice children to take precaution against children's play. (6) In response to the question, "How long does tear of injury?", 43.2%-45.4% of middle and high school girls surveyed responded taht they had cracked under 1-centimeter scar, 18.7%-18.8% 2-centimeter, and 9.6% 3-centimeter, in that order of percentage. (7) In response to the quesetion, "How many scars do you have?", 48.9% of middle school girls surveyed responded that they had one scar on their body, 30.3% two, and 8.4% three. In case of high school girls, 52.3% of girls surveyed responded that they had one scar on their body, 24.4% two , 9.7% none. (8) In response to the question, "Where did you cure your injury when you sustained an injury?", 58.3%-59.4% of middle and high school girls surveyed responded that they had cured at home, 32.9%-34.2% at hospital, and 6.4%-8.8% of girls surveyed responded that they had never cured their slight injury. (9) In response to the question, "Which season did you sustain injuries?", 57.2% of middle school girls surveyed responded that they had sustained injuries in summer, 16.2% in fall, 14.5 in winter, and 12.1% in spring, in that order of percentage, In case of high school girls, 50.2% of girls surveyed responded that they had sustained injuries in summer, 19.6% in winter, 17.8%in fall, and 12.4% in spring, in that order of percentage.
