용인 덕성리 테크노밸리 조성사업부지 내 유적 출토 도ㆍ토기 및 기와의 물리화학적 특성 분석

용인 덕성리 지구에서 발굴된 토기와 도기, 기와 등 5점에 대한 자연과학적 분석 을 통해 기물의 물리화학적 특성을 파악하고, 출토 유구 간의 상관성을 파악하고자 하였다. 색차는 소성온도의 차이로 인하여 시료 간에 차이를 보이며, 단면관찰에서 는 기벽의 두께로 인하여 내부와 외부의 색상 차이가 확실히 구분된다. 흡수율은 YI-1번과 YI-3번은 5% 이하로 매우 낮았으며, 다른 시료들은 일반적인 토기의 흡수 율에 해당된다. 구성 광물분석에서는 일부는 물라이트가 검출되었고, 스피넬군의 광물도 확인되어 1,100℃ 정도의 온도에서 소성되었을 것으로 보이며, YI-5번 시료 는 백운모가 검출되어 1,000℃ 이하에서 소성되었을 것으로 추정된다. 원료의 상관 성을 살펴본 결과, 전암대자율 값은 0.16∼4.25까지 모든 시료에서 다양한 값을 보 였으나 값의 범위가 넓지 않았고, 주요성분 원소와 미량원소 함량을 이용한 통계분석에서 시료 간의 구별이 어려웠다. 이는 건물지나 가마 출토편들 간의 원재료적인 측면에서 모든 시료들이 서로 유사한 것으로 판단된다. Through the scientific analysis of the earthenware, pottery, and roof tile excavated from this study site, it was tried to identify the physical and chemical properties of the artifacts and the correlation between the excavated points. The color difference was different among samples due to the difference of firing temperature. In cross-sectional observation, the color difference between inside and outside was clearly distinguished due to the thickness of the wall. Absorption rate was very low at less than 5% in YI-1 and YI-3, and the other samples were higher than that, but these values are similar to those of ordinary earthenware. In the mineral analysis, some of the mullite was detected, and the minerals of the spinel group were also identified. Therefore, it is estimated that four samples were fired at a temperature of about 1100℃, but YI-5 was fired at 1000℃ or less due to the detection of muscovite. As a result of examining the correlation between the samples, the values of magnetic Susceptibility were varied in all samples, but the ranges of values were not large. Additionally the statistical analysis using the principal element and trace element content, it was difficult to distinguish between samples. In conclusion, it is estimated that all the samples are similar to each other in terms of raw materials between building and kiln points.
40 GHz 대역에서 프라임 부호를 이용한 RoF 시스템용 DOS-CDMA 실험적 연구

In this paper, we propose and demonstrate a future wide band mobile communication technology based on millimeter-wave Direct Optical Switching CDMA (MMW DOS-CDMA) in Radio-over-Fiber system. This DOS-CDMA system uses millimeter waves in 40 GHz bands as its carrier waves, which is much higher than the frequencies of several GHz used in the existing mobile communication technology. Orthogonal codes used in the encoding and decoding in CDMA have two types: prime code and unipolar code. Unipolar orthogonal code is used to eliminate padding chip. The code lengths and chip rates of the two orthogonal codes were 16 chips and 2.5 Gchip/sec, respectively. We selected code sequences with cross-correlation less than 2. Pulse-amplitude-equalized 40 GHz laser pulses were provided by rational-harmonically mode locked a 10 GHz fiber ring laser. By experiments, the RF spectra of the decoded optical signals and the optical interference noises showed noise suppression of 20 dB. However, CIR (Carrier-to-Interference power Ratio) raised to 45 dB after 40 GHz filtering of the decoded optical signals. Moreover, since the code frequency was 156MHz (2.5 Gcps/16), MMW signal bandwidth was as large as 78 MHz without spectral aliasing canceling.

People to use Informations are in need of promptness and convenience of information service. IP service through PSTN had a problem of difficulty to use informations because of inconvenient text-based system management Interface. At present, HP9000/H70 Workstation is being operated to serve 5 Databases using Sybase 10.01 DBMS through HiTEL INFOSHOP service, providing overseas study information, and medical information, etc, . These Databases are text-based. In this paper web-based database system using Java Servlet for user-friendly GUI and convenient system management will be presented. This database system have user and administrator to easily use information and to efficiently manage information, guarantees enhanced-performance, system-independence and wide-extendability. Moreover this database system will be constructed with 3-tier environment using JDBC can retain other database systems and can serve as a Database Bank role.
