        This study examined the perception of empowerment of professional dance company members according to their roles. 475 dance company members across the nation - from national. metropolitan and provincial ones - participated in this study. Questionnaires were administered to collect data and the Spreitzer(1995)' measure was used for the questionnaires. The reliability coefficient was between .703 and .785 and t-test was employed to analyze the data. The findings are as follows; First, when analyzing the relationship between the roles played by the members and their perception of their level of impact on empowerment, a higher perception of impact was found in leading roles(3.12±.60) than supporting roles(2.66±.69). Statistically, similar results were found in this category on p<.001. Second, when analyzing the relationship between the roles played by the members and their perception of competence, a higher perception of competence was found in leading roles(3.71±.56) than supporting roles(3.43±.55). Statistically, similar results were found in this category on p<.001. Third, when analyzing the relationship between the roles played by the members and their perception of meaning a higher perception of meaning was found in leading roles(4.04±.59) than supporting roles(3.83±.67). Statistically, similar results were found in this category on p<.05. Fourth, when analyzing the relationship between the roles played by the members and their perception of self-determination, a higher perception of self-determination was found in leading roles(3.45±.57) than supporting roles(3.08±.71). Statistically, similar results were found in this category on p<.001.

        무용단 단원들의 역할에 따른 경력몰입 및 경력만족 지각에 대한 연구

        This study aims to examine how dancers?occupational commitment and career satisfaction vary by the roles that they are playing in professional dance company and what factors affect their occupational commitment and career satisfaction. To accomplish this research goal, I designed a structured questionnaire and conducted questionnaire on dancers in national or public dance companies. I employed t-test, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis to compile data, which suggested significant results. First, whether a dancer in a professional dance company plays the leading role or a supporting role affected his or her career satisfaction. Especially, it is shown that those who play the leading role have more career satisfaction than those who play a supporting role. Second, whether they play the leading role or a supporting role affected their occupational commitment. Especially, it is shown that those who play the leading role showed more occupational commitment than those who play a supporting role. Third, it is shown that the more career satisfaction they have the more occupational commitment they showed, regardless of the role they are playing.

        무용전공 대학생들의 무용활동몰입 결정요인에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the determinants of influencing on college students majoring in dance of dance activity commitment to investigate the result factors affected by dance activity commitment. The object of the study was students who majored in the dance at university, and 282 students participated for the final analysis. For our statistical test, correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analyses were performed to verify the hypotheses developed in this study. The analytical results support the conclusions to be summarized as following. First, the dance activity satisfaction impacts meaningful and positive(+) influence on dance activity commitment. Second, the leader support, growth flexibility and vision, and communication impacts meaningful and positive(+) influence on dance activity commitment.

        무용전공자의 셀프리더십이 창의적 행동 및 팀워크에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the self-leadership and the creative behavior, team-work of the university students who are majoring in dance to provide useful information in the field of dance instruction. Participants were the students majoring in dance who are enrolled in the dance department of the four-year universities nationwide and 330 data have been used for the final analysis. The analytical method for verification of hypothesis was regression analysis to be performed at a significance level of α=.05. As the result, the following conclusions have been gained. First, the constructive thinking pattern, natural reward and behavior-oriented among the sub-factors of self-leadership had a positive influence on the creative behavior. Second, the constructive thinking pattern among the sub-factors of self-leadership had a positive influence on the team-work. Third, the creative behavior had a positive influence on the team-work.

        사회과학분야 : 무용전공대학생의 팀건강성과 자기개발 노력, 공연성과와의 구조적 관계

        이 연구는 무용전공대학생의 팀건강성과 자기개발 노력, 공연성과와의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 서울, 경기 지역에 위치한 4년제 대학교의 무용전공생을 모집단으로 설정하였으며 표집은 비확률표본 추출방법인 편의표본추출법을 활용하여 2015년 2월 20일부터 4월 2일 사이에 자료를 수집하였다. 이러한 방법과 절차로 수집된 자료 중 253명의 자료가 실제분석에 사용되어 95.6%의 유효분석율을 보였다. 측정도구는 구조화된 설문지를 활용하였으며, 신뢰도 계수가 .851-.917에 위치하여 신뢰성 있음이 판명되었다. 가설검증을 위한 통계방법은 AMOS를 활용한 확인적요인분석(Confirmatory Factor Analysis; CFA)과 구조방정식모형분석기법(Structural Equation Model; SEM)을 적용하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 팀건강성은 자기개발 노력에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 팀건강성은 공연성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 자기개발 노력은 공연성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 이러한 결과는 무용전공 집단의 팀건강성은 구성원들의 자기개발 노력을 증대시키고 더 나아가 공연성과를 향상시키는데 주요한 요인으로 작용됨을 알 수 있다. 아울러 팀 내 자율성 및 의사소통도 공연성과에 강한 영향력을 행사함으로써 팀원들의 창의적 행동을 취할 수 있도록 자율성을 보장해 주는 열린 문화 조성에 주력해야 할 것이다. 이 결과는 대학의 무용 전공 팀의 효율적 관리에 유용한 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. This study intends to explore the relationship between team health, self-development efforts, and performance results of college students majoring in the art of dance. 95.6% of the analysis was valid. The questionnaire was used as a survey tool for reliability and validity. And the reliability coefficient was located in .815-.917. First, team health has a positive impact on self-development efforts. Secondly, the health of team``s teamwork has a positive impact on the performance results. Thirdly, self-development efforts have a positive impact on performance results. These results will be a major factor in the increase self development efforts therefore improving the overall performance of dance teams. In addition, the autonomy and communication within the team has an immense effect on the overall performance of the team, therefore, the team must create an open environment were teammates can be free in their thoughts and actions. These results will provide useful information in managing college students majoring in dance.

        무용전공 대학생들의 역할갈등과 자기유능감 및 스트레스와의 관계

        This study has the purpose to clarify the effects of university students majoring in dancing on self-efficacy and stress. The data was collected from students majoring in dancing of 4-year universities located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do and a structured questionnaire was used for the measuring tool. As for the statistical method for data processing, multiple regression analysis was utilized and as a result, below results could be acquired. First, the more university students majoring in dancing recognize individual conflicts and role vagueness, the more self-efficacy gets reduced. In particular, it could be understood that the role vagueness has more influence on the reduction of self-efficacy. Second, the more university students majoring in dancing recognized conflicts within roles and between roles and role vagueness, the more stress increased. Specially, it could be realized that conflicts between roles influence stress increase more. These results prove that for improvement of self-efficacy of university students majoring in dancing, first of all university students majoring in dancing need mind control for themselves and leaders and coaches are required to support obvious instructions and information on the roles for the students to reduce their stress from role vagueness. Furthermore, for their stress management, when the factors which may cause role conflicts are found and removed, the dancing activities of students can be actively progressed.

        무용학 : 무용단조직의 임파워먼트와 조직몰입의 관계

        This study placed the focus on clarifying the change of organizational commitment followed by the enhancement of empowerment for the date companies to contribute to human resource management practically. To achieve the purpose of study, the subjects were 475 dancers; members of seventeen dance companies including National, Municipal, Provincial and Private dance companies. The questionnaires regarding empowerment of dance company was the standard of Spreitzer(1995), were judged to show the illustration of approximately 64.1% and the reliability reaching to .703-.785. The questionnaires with regard to organizational commitment was the standard of Meyer and Allen(1991), was seemed to indicate the reliability amounting to .759. As for collected data, the analysis for hierarchical multiple regression was applied to sum up the results drawn through the abovementioned proses as follow;First, the empowerment and organizations commitment proved to be correlated with each other. Second, the meaning and impact; the lower levels of empowerment proved to be influential variables to increase organizational commitment among the comrades of the dance companies. This conclusions shall suggest that the organizational atmosphere be changed into adapting the purpose of the task and the title role in the task to the sense of value and attitude of each individual, the strategy, administration and critical decisions for practical business to open and participated for the individuals to influence on them.

        예술고 무용전공자의 자아탄력성이 무용성취도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 예술 고등학교 무용전공자의 자아탄력성이 무용성취도에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 예술고 무용전공 학생들의 성과 향상을 위한 전략에 실증적인 자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 경기도 및 전라북도, 충청남도에 소재한 4개의 예술 고등학교에 재학 중인 무용전공 학생들을 모집단으로 하였으며, 최종분석에는 240개의 자료가 사용되었다. 가설검증을 위한 통계분석방법은 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 예술고 무용전공자들의 낙관적 태도와 대인관계 효율감은 실기능력성취에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 특히 낙관적 태도가 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예술고 무용전공자들의 낙관적 태도는 이해능력성취에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 자아탄력성의 하위 변수 중 낙관적 태도는 무용성취능력의 모든 변수에 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 예술고 무용전공자들의 무용능력성취를 위해 낙관적 태도 함양 노력이 필요한 것을 알 수 있었다. This study aims to provide the empirical data to strategies for improving the performance of students majoring in dance in Arts High School by examining closely the effect of their ego-resilience on the dance achievement. Study subjects were students majoring in dance from four Arts High School located in Kyonggi-Do, Jeollabuk-Do and Chungcheongnam-Do, as being considered as a population, Data of 240 number were employed in the final analysis, For the statistical analysis to test hypotheses, multiple regression analyses were used, As the results, the following conclusions were reached. First, for students majoring in dance in Arts High School, an optimistic attitude and a sense of interpersonal efficacy had positive effects on achievements of practical technique ability. Especially, it appeared that an optimistic attitude exerts a strong influence. Second, the results showed that an optimistic attitude has a positive effect on achievements of comprehension ability. In particular, an optimistic attitude, one of the sub-variables of self-resilience, had strong effects on all variables for dance achievement ability. Thus, it was found that there is a need to make an effort to cultivate an optimistic attitude for improving dance achievement ability of students majoring in dance in Arts High School.
